I heard about Prospyr on my TV. I immediately gathered some old jewelry that I did not wear anymore and visited the Prospyr store in Pembroke Pines. The way I was greeted and seated made me feel comfortable at once. My jewelry was tested with several instruments, very thorough, very professional. All along the way I was explained what was done and why. I was very happy and very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Prospyr in Pembroke Pines and I will visit them again.

I went to this store to get my ring fixed as I had lost its stone. Karina and Andres were extremely professional, while also being very nice. They helped me choose the best way to replace it and also what color was best for it. I just got my ring back and I couldn’t be happier! It looks perfect!

Came here to sell some gold and silver and the service was amazing. Ken and Poomba were exceptional and patient as they walked us through the process and they have the high-tech equipment that determines the purity and value of the gold and silver - very cool. We will be back soon. Definitely recommend this location and rest assured you will be taken care of. Appointments are recommended but we were lucky to walk in and be taken care of right away.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and respect both Andres & Poonam showed towards me of little knowledge how selling coins & gold work. They were very professional and took a lot of time explaining how they work and arrive at what they pay for each item. Andres educated me on the collection of coins operate and perhaps it may be better to sell for silver weight. I will return.

This store was absolutely magnificent 👌 Poonam and Edith were very helpful. They sized me up, asked the right questions and ensured I was purchasing the right piece at the right price. They even recommended me to shop around which showed how much they really cared. The quality of their diamonds 💎 were superb. I even tested their clarity with my diamond tester and of course, passed the test. I'll be coming back to all my ring and diamond needs moving forward!

I went to a number of places before going to Prospyr to sell my diamond ring. This was the best place for me and Ken was so transparent and explained why prices were the way they are for my ring. The other stores around town weren't very kind and they barely spoke to me when it came time to talk numbers. He was so professional and kind, and so were the other two sweet ladies in the business. I was greeted by the manager and staff: Poonam, Mae and Miriam, warmly and they processed my jewelry professionally and quickly. I received a check and was surprised at the quantity I received, much more than expected! Gold us up, so now is the time to sell! The store is secure and easy to get to, and the ladies there are experts in their field. The store also sells gold and silver bullion, and fine jewelry, and diamond engagement and wedding rings. I had read the reviews for Prospyr and found them favorable, I had some silverware and wanted to see if it was silver. I met with Selma she was so helpful and pleasant she went through every piece. Not everything was silver but I did ok for what I had. Thank you for the learning experience on sterling silver. Highly recommend.

Visited Prospyr located at Hiatus Road and Pines Boulevard for the first time. Entering the suite I was greeted by two lovely ladies, Mae and Selma. Mae was very knowledgeable taking her time weighing the small amount of pieces I brought in. I was pleasantly surprised I didn't think I would get anything for them but I did. I visited Prospyr on two occasions. The staff was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. They are very detailed in accessing the value of each piece and the process is not hurried through. The location is superb....very safe. Selma I met on my first visit and was quite happy to speak with her a second time. I will be visiting them soon.

I saw the Prospyr ad on television and decided to give them a try on June 10th, 2023. I was delighted by their setting. A safe location with plenty of parking. I met Ken who handled my transaction. They have a spectrometer that determines the percentage of Gold in the 2 pesos coins and a gold chain I wanted to sell. Everything went fast and smoothly. I was quite satisfied with the evaluation and cash value I received. All I needed was proper identification and contact number. I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to anyone wanting to sell their gold and jewelry. I am glad I chose Prospyr.

This is my second visit to the Pembroke store. I had a few items of gold to sell and they were not simple pieces of gold. They were intricate with coins and gems. I did shop around and am fairly knowledgable when it comes to gold. On both visits I was greeted by a wonderful lady called Selma. She was pleasant, friendly, patient and gave every piece her utmost attention and care. I got the best customer service here in addition to the best offer on my gold. Yes, shop around if you wish but I promise you this is the place to do business.

I was there last week and Karina assisted me in appraising my jewelry for an AMAZING PRICE! I left with a HUGE smile on my face! Came in because they had amazing reviews already, to sell a piece and was immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. The office is beautiful and I was made to feel very comfortable. Poonam and Edith were amazing and very informative. They pulled out all sorts of stuff to test my jewelry which I had no idea about so it was really fun and interesting to watch them do their work. My appointment at the Pembroke Pines location of Prospyr this morning was the first time I had ever had jewelry inspected and evaluated and I must admit, I was nervous as to what to expect. The items I chose to bring in had been in my family for years and there was a part of me that felt like I was breaking tradition by attempting to sell them. My anxiety quickly disappeared when I entered the lovely shop and met Poonam and Edith who put me at ease, educated me as to the process, and explained each step to me so that I felt empowered to make the choices and decisions that reflected my values. The ambience in the shop was both congenial and professional. I drove home thinking that coming to Prospyr today was the right decision for me.
