    THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have celiac disease and this location didn't take me seriously. When booking an appointment, I specifically asked if their contrast had gluten and they said no. Once I arrived, they forgot to call me the day before to pick up the contrast for prep. On the day of, I wasted four hours on site drinking a contrast that CLEARLY had gluten in it within their artificial flavoring. Additionally to the fact that I had to call off from work due to their negligence. When I asked the tech for a different contrast, she smirked at me and said that was the only they had. After the test was completed, I was told to download their app to review my results in 24-48 hours. Today, a full week after my test, I still don't have access to any records and have been bounced back and forth with phone numbers and various useless people. This ordeal has taken over 3 hours and still hasn't gone anywhere. Now, last week I spent the entire week sick and bed bound due to the contrast. Dealing with a place that not only my health, my concerns, nor my records are taking seriously, it leads me to believe that they are not equip. I am very discontent with everything and overall frustrated.

    My 3.5 year old needed some imaging done and I called Baptist right as I was leaving the doctor. They took us the same day and were so great with my son. Leigh helped me on the phone with all the intake information and even contacted the specific location to make sure they could see us right then. Mildrie greeted us when we arrived and was efficient in getting us in and out quickly. The technicians were wonderful with my son as this was his first time getting anything like this done before. They encouraged him and worked quickly. So glad I found Baptist!

    Your staff at the Pines location is the best. Greeted warmly and promptly was checked in by Shatavia. Loly the mamo tech is so profressional and kind. Besides her being very knowledgeable, she puts me at ease. Also, Carolyn was great. And Gabriella in U/S is also cheery and knowledgeable which calms me. Your staff is great.

    After several years of using this facility I can share is always excellent service, attentive through staff. Technicians take their time and they help with appointments. Very professional and caring center. I have found them to be very competent after not having the same experience in other centers. I don’t even like doctors or medical centers. Highly recommended.

    Never a long wait, sweet girls at the desk, wonderful technicians. I will definitely go there if I was in need of an image again. Professional, service oriented, and kind.

    Very friendly staff. They really care. Carolyn at the Pembroke Pines location was AMAZING. Her coworker (forgot her name) was very nice as well. I was scared and nervous but they had a way of talking and making you feel at peace and at ease. Their supervisor was equally amazing. Overall great experience. Thank you ladies.

    No compassion location. I have insurance and work full time. I requested a payment plan in order to get the tests needed and was turned down without paying half the bill which was in the thousands. I explained I could afford $350 (more than the minimum payment the rep that called me had originally quoted me) upfront and can make payments for the balance but they were not interested. After I left the diagnostic office in tears, deflated and embarrassed I was unable to get the imaging tests requested/needed by my doctor I was called back by billing as they "finally decided" they would offer flexibility- they agreed to perform 2 of the three tests requested by my doctor for $350 while being billed for the remaining balance. Baptist health is all about money first and care later. They were only moved to reconsider options for me after declining care and making the office visit traumatic. Disappointed and hyper aware of just how broken our medical system is and surprised by the lack of compassion. All patients should be offered affordable options to pay for health services needed. No one should ever have to leave in tears when the business has the option and power to present patients with payment options suitable to their financial situation. Health care should accessible to ALL.

    Definitely the best diagnostic center I ever experienced. Had the pleasure of working with an ultrasound tech by the name of “Alan” and was extremely professional on every level. He was completely understanding and had excellent bed side manners. Not only very experienced, but was phenomenal at his job. Most certainly will be sharing my experience with others and will only attend your facility. Thank you sincerely.

    What an amazing place. I had a mammogram and bone density test with Caro, she was awesome. I also had an ultrasound and the tech was amazing as well. It is so nice to have people that actually care. I live in miami lakes but will continue to go to the pines location.

    Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. My CA cats can appointment only took 35 minutes!! Minimal waiting in a very pleasant area with great music. Shatavia and Yoley were terrific!!!!

    Loved the fact the CT Scan intravenous needle is thinner. All Baptist diagnostic places should have that same thinner needle for CT Scans with contrast. The Service the radiology tech gave me me was great. All the radiology techs are fantastic. Great group of employees. Everyone was at the top of their game. Thank you.

    The technician was great but that $99. fee ridiculous. When I inquired as to why, the front dest stated that Insurance companies won’t pay but then she asked for my insurance card? I asked if ins pays do I get a refund and they stated “good question”. Seriously? Baptist Hospital is very good but their satellite offices are way too expensive and office staff doesn’t seem to have answers..

    First time at this facility at Pines Blvd. Staff were very informative and knowledgeable. Carolyn Mammo Tech very thorough and answered my questions. Darlene Ultrasound Tech also very thorough and knowledgeable. Both were professional and made me feel that I could trust and count that the exams were done accurately. I'm in healthcare and had an inaccurate exam result from Memorial Hospital

    Very pleased with this facility and staff. I’ve got my appointment within 2 days of me calling and the process was very straightforward. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The place was clean, comfortable and it has a coffee bar( definitely a plus :-) Waiting time was minimal and the technician was also super nice and patient. They even printed my disk in record time. I will definitely use Baptist Health diagnostic imaging center again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

    Hello everyone. I usually don’t post. However in this case I will. I had an MRI yesterday and when I got there, I told the technicians that I wasn’t ready for that. These two technicians that I don’t know their names, treated me as family. They allowed me to go in “before” the procedure to see if I could, and unfortunately I couldn’t. I guess I am claustrophobic. But they made me feel so good, that I will return but this time with some medicine to cope with the 30 minutes inside the tube. I really appreciate these guys. It is not just the knowledge of the machines, but the knowledge of people what makes the difference. Thank you, John

    I had a great experience!! Carolyn, the tech that did my mammogram, was amazing, with outstanding customer service! I have implants for over 10 years, and it’s always hard to find a person with the knowledge and experience who does a good mammogram. She took her time to make sure all pictures were correct while providing with great customer service! I will recommend Baptist and Carolyn without hesitation. Thank you once again! N.R

    The staff are very nice, professional and competent. Darlene did my testing and she was just great! A bit of feedback though, please stop calling 3 patients at a time to the door to line up like kindergarteners to lead us out to the back for our testing. It just doesn’t seem necessary and is rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, this facility is the best part of Baptist!

    It was such a pleasure to have my MRI at Baptist Diagnostic Center in Pembroke Pines. The facility was clean and the check-in was quick. Allen was such a professional and gentleman in assisting me in making sure I took my time and waited patiently for me to get comfortable. You can tell the women in his life had a hand in his up bringing. Thank you Allen, you’re the best! I would recommend this location for imaging services. Thank you. 4/4/22

    Booked a diagnostic for Tuesday but they cancelled the day before (on a holiday). Fine, called them Tuesday to reschedule and got appt for Friday at 745 am. Then I called a day later to add another diagnostic test ordered by my doctor. No problem, they said, we can schedule it right after the first appt. They asked me for the codes on the script and I told them. Showed up Friday morning and they had the nerve to tell me that I made a mistake booking the apps. Really? I wonder how since I gave them all the info they requested. Sorry but the doctor doesn't arrive until 830 and we are booked the entire day so you will have to wait until we can fit you in between patients....no thanks. That's why I booked early in the morning. Had to leave so I don't miss a work day and have to reschedule my work meetings. And now have to schedule for a third time and hope that "I" don't make a mistake again in booking their own darn doctor!

    Upon arrival Kathryn noticed that my prescription needed to be changed or I would absorb the total cost of the test, this she called my doctor and they changed the prescription so Medicare can make a full payment for the cost of the test. Very seldom you come across where employees put customers personal interest first, THANK YOU! Andrea the technician was so kind and treated me like a VIP, Baptist Health in Pembroke Pines has the best employees in the area, please keep it up and thank you for all you did during my visit.

    Every person I spoke to was kind and helpful And friendly. Facility clean and very pleasant, felt more like a fine hotel! Doctor Paralitica was professional, kind and empathic. Explaining every thing in a manner that could be understood ! His medical assistants were friendly and knowledgeable.     Amazing and organized service starting with the appointment making. They were extremely accommodating when I neglected to bring prior mamms. Raxys provided the upmost patience and care for my ultrasound. Super organized and efficient with sensitivitie to my schdule. Done with Pines Radiology going forward. Staying here forever.

    Great experience came in for a scan, was in and out in less than an hour the people were courteous and thoughtful. My technician (Yoly) explained everything about the procedure beforehand as this was my first. No stress very calming experience.

    I arrived at the facilities 1 hour before my appointment. The 2 young ladies at the reception desk should be better trained or let go. Past those 2, everyone was fine. The Imagery Tech, Carmen, was exceptional! Caring, professional, fully aware that she was attending to a patient and does it very, very well. I wouldn't give a star to the reception desk, but would, without hesitation, give 10 stars over 5 to the Imagery Tech, Carmen. She makes you feel that you are in good hands! She is a real credit to Baptist Health. I have been a Baptist Health patient for about 30 years.

    👎🏾👎🏾 people don’t care about other people anymore. My doctor made a mistake on my RX and the staff canceled my appointment right away, not even to say let’s see if we can help you by waiting a few minutes. I took the off for this appointment. I have been going to Baptist Health for over 4-5 years very faithful when it comes to my appointment. I will not go back there. Memorial hospital imaging is closer for me. Bad Bad experience yesterday and very rude. Everyone is on their cellphone.

    I was very late for my appointment. The staff was very understanding, they checked to see if they had any pending at that time. Space was opened. My husband was taken in shortly after. Procedure done and staff was extremely courteous and walked with us to exit.

    My experience at the Baptist Hospital Diagnostic Center in Pembroke Pines was an exceptional one. Upon arriving, I was promptly and courteously attended to. Wait time was minimal before being called back by Yoly my mammogram technician. Yoly was beyond kind, patient, very organized and professional. She immediately put me at ease, answered my questions and offered me much desired information regarding genetic counseling after I answered a few brief questions. She (and your reception area staff) made this experience sublime when compared to years visiting Baptist Diagnostics in Davie, FL. Great staff. Please commend and reward Yoly. She is an asset to your hospital. Keep up the good work.

    When I arrived, they were very professional there attitude was incredible knowing that people that go there or not in a very good situation. However, the receptionist made me feel very welcome and so did Alan who conducted the MRI thank you all.

    My experience today at Baptist Health Diagnostic Imaging for my annual mammogram was very pleasant. . The Technician was friendly as well as professional. She did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely give her 5 stars. My overall experience from beginning to end was a positive one.
