Just had some crown work done in RPB by Dr. Lodhi. I have never had such great service from a dental office. It started with contact and making an appointment through my crown treatment with Dr. Lodhi. The deep cleaning to the crown replacement was actually enjoyable. It took me 71 years but i finally found a keeper, highly recommend her and the entire staff.

The dental visit my husband and I had was the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. We went for a routine dental cleaning, which ended up taking 3 hours. The lady, I believe her name was Andrea, was very rude and was unable to get our insurance information apparently. However, when I called the insurance company I was able to get the information needed within minutes. Even though it was a preventive care routine cleaning she wanted to charge us each $50 because of possible future dental work, which made no sense since the visit we had was only for the cleaning. So I had to call the insurance company again, put them on speaker, to verify that preventive care was covered 100%, which was stated on the previous call but the Andrea refused to accept that. There were other details such as dirty instruments, not providing proper coverage when x-rays were done, double booking appointments, and lack of professionalism overall. The staff shown in the pictures were not the same staff we encountered on our visit. The only person that was professional was the dental hygienist.

I have been going here for years, for braces and my routine cleanings, and I only have great things to say about Dr. Chang and the rest of the staff. Going to get your teeth cleaned and inspected is no one’s ideal day, but they made sure to make me feel super comfortable and at ease. From the front desk to the doctors, hygienists and assistants, everyone has always treated me with the upmost care and professionalism, and now I not only NOT dread going to get my teeth cleaned, I look forward to it!

I want to share that the office in Pembroke Pines Everyone is super professional and very nice. I was very nervous almost canceled my appointment because of past bad experiences. I called the day before my appointment with my concerns because it was a new dentist office for me and I have to do quartly cleanings. I spoke to office manager she listened to my concerns and she was very patient with me and assured me everything was going to be fine . I went to my appointment and they were expecting me and remembered my conversation. The hygienist Laurelli was the nicest,sweetest person I have met in a dentist office. She was very friendly, took the time and talked to me before my cleaning. She did my cleaning with angel hands and continously asked me how I was doing. I didn't feel no pain at all Incredible. I highly, highly recommend her and the staff "wonderful team". I am looking forward to my next cleaning in 3 months in my new Dentist home :)

Dr Chang, Wife and staff are very customer friendly, they go above and beyond for their clients. Maria is the best with the squeaky voice (mammy no english) 😁😁😁 I like the fact they are extremely courteous when counterating with other client enthicy

I go to the Pembroke Pines office and they are superb! They really show how much they care by following up with you during and after your visit especially if you are high risk and need extra care. They will do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and if there is a problem they have no problem correcting and rectifying the issue or concern. That alone means a lot to me as a patient. I highly recommend this office.

First time going to them and I am very happy, my wife , my daughter and I, we became their patients...super friendly environment and everybody is very nice...they are bilingual and the place is in mint condition, super clean...

First and foremost the place is very clean. Secondly the receptionist is approachable and polite. Lastly they do an excellent job when it comes to taking care of my sons mouth and braces.

My first initial, I was very nervous 😓. However everyone was very supportive. I was allowed to speak with Dr. Chang before I proceeded with ex-ray. Dr. Chang listened to my concerns and provided honest feedback. I knew he was being honest because I did my ow research about my concerns. Evelyn was very kind for answering all my questions. The ex-ray technician was very patient. In a world where customer service is lacking, kudos to the staff!

A fresh environment of young professionals with experience. Take your kids, parents & grand parents you will be amazed(2022). First time back in a year(2023), New staff added and service seems quicker with 'Perfection'.

Smile Perfection is an amazing place for dental service. The experience were having a staff of professional, kind and friendly people. The doctor examination was very precise and she made sure you understood your care. This is a very good office to select for your dental care because they are organized, timely, excellent care, and treat all with respect. Smile perfection is the best! Super organized, clean and they are very flexible with all guests regarding time and payment plans. Evelyn took care of me as soon as I walked in. I’ve had this fear of dentist since my aunt was murdered in a dentist office over 20 years ago. I’ve been once after her death for an extraction but never went back to the dentist after that. I’ve recently had some mouth pains associated with my two left wisdom teeth and made an appointment for Smile Perfection. I was very nervous but they assured me everything would be fine and talked me through everything that was going on and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Today was my second visit and I can say I’m extremely pleased and look forward to returning to get my oral health back on track. I appreciate everyone in this office. Thank you! 💕

I had my biannual teeth cleaning today. Both the Dental Hygienist and Dentist were so helpful! They explained EVERYTHING that I need to do, to maintain my dental hygiene. During my first visit I had x rays and a doctor examination. I was told I needed three fillings to "prevent cavities" and needed another service to address sensitivity in my teeth. They gave me a quote for over $3,000 of dental work. I have never had this kind of experience at a dentist and was completely put off. The receptionist was even rude that I said I would need to think about these procedures instead of making a follow up appointment. I went to a different dentist months later. I had no need for fillings, even after telling her the experience I had here.

recommended at 💯% my experience has been really good. they make you feel at home. very comfortable! the treatment since you arrive excellent. my 11 year old daughter feels very comfortable and happy with them. I recommend them very professional!
