I
went
for
an
annual
physical
and
also
to
establish
care
with
a
new
primary
care
provider.
After
doing
research,
I
finally
decided
to
make
my
appointment
with
Dr.
Pinglo.
The
day
before
the
appointment,
I
spoke
with
somebody
from
the
office,
who
was
able
to
email
me
the
new
patient
packet
so
that
I
could
fill
it
out
at
home
before
the
appointment.
When
I
arrived,
there
were
not
a
lot
of
people
in
the
waiting
room,
which
was
the
first
thing
that
surprised
me.
Waiting
rooms
are
always
packed,
especially
on
a
Friday
afternoon.
I
must
have
waited
a
total
of
10
minutes
before
somebody
was
already
calling
my
name
to
go
to
my
patient
room.
Once
I
was
inside,
the
medical
assistant
greeted
me
and
reviewed
my
packet.
She
was
extremely
personable
and
patient
with
me.
When
she
finished,
she
left,
and
then
the
doctor
came
in
within
the
next
few
minutes
(like
literally
less
than
15
minutes).
At
this
point,
I
was
over
the
moon
because
I
am
just
so
used
to
waiting
hours
just
for
one
doctor’s
appointment.
When
the
doctor
entered,
she
greeted
me
with
a
smile,
and
made
me
feel
like
I
was
really
welcomed,
and
that
I
was
going
to
be
in
good
hands.
She
already
had
my
packet
with
her
and
sat
down
right
next
to
me,
and
one
by
one
reviewed
every
single
piece
of
information
I
had
written
on
the
packet.
Not
one
thing
went
unnoticed.
We
talked
about
the
main
thing
that
has
been
going
on
in
my
life,
and
I
truly
have
never
felt
so
seen
and
heard
before
by
a
physician.
She
never
seemed
rushed
and
really
listened
to
everything
I
had
to
say
with
genuine
empathy.
After
we
talked
about
everything,
she
ordered
all
of
the
bloodwork
that
I
was
hoping
would
be
ordered.
Not
only
is
she
an
amazing
person,
but
she
is
also
an
incredibly
intelligent
physician,
who
is
confident
in
everything
she
says
and
does.
She
made
me
feel
so
comfortable,
and
really
confirmed
that
I
made
the
right
decision
in
establishing
care
with
her
as
my
primary
care
doctor.
Both
her
and
her
medical
assistant
made
me
feel
extremely
grateful
for
having
found
this
practice
(&
that
they
are
covered
under
my
insurance).
I
have
already
recommended
them
to
so
many
people
that
I
know.
I
am
so
happy
with
my
decision
and
as
weird
as
this
sounds,
I
am
kind
of
excited
to
go
back
again!
