Have always had issues with my knees, especially when I started playing soccer and doing crossfit more often. The team at TOC was able to help me with therapy and exercises I could do at home to fix the pain. Needless to say, I've been able to continue my activities with no issues and no pain! Top notch Physical Therapy. Dr. McGrath and his team are great. From my first visit I could tell that this wasn't somewhere that would just rush through my treatment and push me out the door. They took their time to help me understand my treatment plan and what I had to do on my end to get to my 100% recovery. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional...HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Since I was 20 I have had problems in my knees, I went to a doctor office to check my left knee since I felt lot of pain when I was playing soccer. They performed X-rays and MRI and they told me everything was ok, but I was still feeling lot of pain every time I played. So I went visit TOC at Pembroke and they helped me to get better and now my left knee is not bothering me anymore. If I have any other issue with my knees, I'll definitely come back.

My favorite hobby is soccer, but I've always had pain in my ankles. Dr. McGrath and his staff, have helped me strength them, and now I can enjoy soccer with no pain. Thank you very much.
