I
have
never
had
such
an
experience
as
the
one
I
had
today
at
this
office.
I
was
scheduled
to
see
Dr.
Catalano
for
only
a
consult
to
discuss
my
results
from
a
previous
doctor.
My
appointment
was
at
10:15am.
I
arrived
at
10am
as
a
new
patient,
filled
out
the
paperwork
and
sat
in
the
waiting
room
for
over
an
hour
to
be
seen.
Remember
this
is
only
a
consult
to
speak
with
the
doctor
as
a
new
patient
and
it
took
over
an
hour
to
call
me
back
to
be
seen.
Then
when
I
was
called
they
asked
why
I
was
there.
Why
would
you
not
know?
I’m
scheduled
for
a
reason.
They
had
no
results
from
my
previous
doctor
nor
did
they
care
to
make
sure
they
received
them
before
my
appointment
so
I
had
to
wait
even
longer
while
they
called
my
previous
doctors
office
to
ask
them
to
be
resent.
Mind
you,
that
previous
office
called
me
earlier
this
week
and
told
me
my
results
were
sent
over.
Yes,
the
office
staff
is
to
make
sure
they
have
what
is
needed
for
an
appointment
otherwise
what
is
the
point?
Once
the
doctor
came
in
to
speak
with
me
I
was
frustrated
and
was
about
to
just
leave.
Amazingly
my
results
came
through
after
they
called
to
get
them
sent
over
again
and
I
didn’t
even
want
to
stay
to
discuss
them.
I
was
expressing
why
I
was
upset
with
my
visit
and
all
the
doctor
said
was
that
it’s
not
the
office’s
responsibility
to
make
sure
my
results
were
there,
said
he
had
20
patients
scheduled
and
two
surgeries
in
the
afternoon,
and
said
not
to
trash
his
name
because
he
didn’t
do
anything.
First
off,
it
IS
the
offices
responsibility,
I
don’t
give
a
s***
that
you
overbooked
you’re
day
because
I
care
only
about
my
appointment
and
last,
the
doctor
clearly
only
cares
about
his
reputation
and
not
how
his
office
is
run.
The
doctor
seemed
nice
and
I’m
sure
he
does
good
practice,
but
because
of
my
experience
I
will
not
be
returning.
