Dr. Greenstein has been my primary care physician for over 10 years . I feel he is extremely knowledgeable and really focuses on patient centered care. I never feel rushed and he always takes sufficient time to answer all my questions. He is extremely well organized and thorough . The office and exam rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are pleasant and professional . I have used the patient portal many times to communicate with Dr. Greenstein which is very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Greenstein to anyone who is looking for an excellent primary care physician who truly stands out among the rest.

Having to change my primary doctor after 15 years due to going on going on Medicare was so upsetting and I had a terrible experience with a doctor I found after I had to make the change. It was 2 years of torture and putting up with rude incompetent front desk, antiquated dirty office and a 2 hour wait time to get a prescription refill! Thankfully someone recommended Dr. Greenstein and I couldn’t be happier!!! The nurse practitioner Beth is wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The front office staff is so nice, and they actually return phone calls and don’t put you through unnecessary waiting. Dr. Greenstein is the most caring, compassionate, thoughtful and responsive physician I know. He takes the time needed with his patients to listen to them and their concerns, and decisions are made jointly so that patients are deeply involved with their care plan. Dr. Greenstein takes the time to study your current and past medical conditions to determine the best treatment. If you are experiencing an illness, the office staff will call and check up on you. I know this from experience when I was suffering from a especially bad case of bronchitis, and currently when we are trying to determine why I am experiencing symptoms and find a solution. I especially like his website where you can send messages and most often get a reply within 24 hours. I have had many doctors through the years, but I can say that there is none better than Dr. Greenstein. So thankful to be his patient.
