I had the best dental experience at Gonzalez Dental Care! Daniela, Rocio y Dr. G did a great job. I highly recommend this place. They explain exactly what you need in a way that you can understand why you need the treatment. I give ‘em 5 stars!!!

Can’t remember the last time I wrote a review but this one absolutely deserves it. I would NEVER recommend this dental office to anyone. They tried to charge my insurance almost $500 for a routine cleaning like what??? For a routine cleaning inclusive of their panoramic X-rays that is way too expensive in my opinion not to mention they recommended that I do a consultation with their orthodontist- charged my insurance $65..crazy people, mind you that consultation was an absolute waste of my time. The doctor looked at my X-ray then said he needed a 2nd opinion and would get back to me it’s been over 2 months and no one from that office has reached out to me so I’ve wasted $65 for what reason??? And yes I reached out to them after 2 weeks, i was told they are still waiting on the doctor. Ridiculous! Oh forgot I had to down pay $25 to make the appointment that I was told I would be reimbursed still haven’t gotten back that either. Their charges are very excessive and I’ve been to other places and never been charged so much for a cleaning before. It’s an absolute no for me!

The office is really nice and clean. The staff is also kind and friendly. Kathy and Humberto were great and super knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything and answer all my questions and were very gentle when they worked on my teeth.

I've been coming for years dr Gonzalez is awesome everyone here treats me like family and my hygienist Humbert is awesome. I recommend them 110%

I been coming to this clinic for quite some time now. Each visit is always a positive one. Dr. Gonzalez breaks information down so effortlessly and she's very attentive. Whenever I have a question or need clarification on a subject she steps out of her way to assist. The whole staff there has always been welcoming and do everything they can to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names in general. Regardless this practice is always a good atmosphere and positive energy.

I have been going to Dr. Gonzalez for over 10 years and I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism and great standard of care. Humberto does an excellent!! job. Always so pleasant and detailed in his care of my pearly whites. I have recommended many friends and they all say the same.

Wow. I would give 11/10 if possible. This was THE best dental experience that I have ever had, mind you, I have not had the best experiences at other dental places in the past. A very special thank you to Dr. Gonzalez, Humberto, Kenia, Helen, Katy and the whole front desk staff. You all gave me top notch customer service, and are incredibly genuine. I felt totally at ease throughout the cleaning/fixing of cavities. I am moving out of state but I might just have to fly back in on occasion just for future dental cleanings! Good dentists are hard to find but I assure you that Gonzalez Dental Care Dentist in Pembroke Pines is a total GEM! 💎

Wonderful professionals, likely my best dental experience in years! I woke up at 4 AM in pain, left them some messages, and I got a reply soon, they were able to assist me that same morning! Their office offers everything you need, is very peaceful and welcoming, and everyone is polite and kind. They helped me with the financing options so I could get the treatment I needed right away. I had the best experience today. Dr. Gonzalez took very good care of my teeth I was so nervous but he was so patient and gentle throughout the entire process, I highly recommend him. The staff is so awesome they are all so genuinely nice and patient especially towards my 3 year old son, who by the way is very active and talkative lol. They were all nice , I initially came for a cleaning and check up I got nothing done but X-rays and a consultation on what was going on in my mouth and I felt very pushed to make a payment towards a treatment when I just wanted a cleaning

I am a patient and Dr Gonzalez's practice. Since, I moved down here 5 months ago. I have to say their office is extremely friendly. They're extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel good and comfortable from Doctor Gonzalez to the oral surgeon to the registered dental hygienist Ms kenia Toirac. Who, I see every 3 months. I must say she is the best.She put me on a special treatment, it has saved my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Gonzalez's Dental Care office for all of your dental needs.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. After 4 years of ha not going to the dentist I had a huge cavity. I found this clinic and from the front desk to the assistant and the doctor they all was amazing . I had to get a root canal done and from the beginning to the end it was so easy, the doctor And her assistant made me feel so comfortable. I will be coming back to get my cap done and all the other work I need I will also be bringing my husband to do his cleaning here

June 2023 I recently started work on an implant. And I was worried about the swelling I still had. I called the office on a Friday at 6 pm thinking I had nothing to lose by calling at this time. Well to my surprise, someone answered the phone. It was Daily. She listened to my concern and consulted with someone. Before I knew it she was on the line telling me to come in the next day at 12. They saw me on a Saturday!! Lucky for me they were open this Saturday. Bottom line, the office staff is great. Daily, thank you so much for being so attentive to my concern and for easing me. Gold star for Daily!!! They are so well organized and 100% for the patient and our needs. Amazing office and staff. They acknowledge me when I arrive before the door closes behind me. It's a great feeling. I wish all my other Dr. offices were like Gonzalez Dental. Thank you all for making me and Maggie feel so comfortable. June/July 2022: The minute I walk in the door, they know who I am and are checking me in before I make it to the receptionist counter. The staff is phenomenal. Everyone is very thorough. And Dr. Gonzalez is on top of everything. She doesn't skip a beat. And they make sure each patient is taken care of properly and with kindness. Great experience!
