Excellent Doctors. But they do not care about your time. If you are 15 minutes late, you must reschedule but they can keep you there sitting and waiting almost two hours. They are not efficient with the time between tests. That is something that should be addressed by the doctors. I do Love my doctor.

Wonderful experience with the staff and Dr Scott Cardone. Everything was conducted professionally, in a timely manner and with evident care for what they do. It seams that they all love working there as the whole ambiance felt nice. Waiting was almost non-existent and that is truly welcome. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

On my very first visit I felt welcomed, care and concern by everyone I came in contact with! I was greeted with a smile and hello! When I met Dr. Fishman he talked with me as if he knew me for years and he made me laugh! I had other choices, but I'm happy I chose Eye Surgery Associates!!

From central call center scheduling the wrong provider, to that provider, Dr.Cardone, having no bedside manner- this is the second office of “Eye Associates” I have been to that I will not be scheduling with again. I had an apt for my daughter- showed up to find out the call service scheduled the incorrect doctor and I had to verify the new one was in my insurance network. He was so we kept the apt. The assistant that conducted 90% of our exam was friendly, and we appreciated that. After waiting for dilation, Dr.Cardone walked in the room with another assistant. He briefly introduced himself, and immediately grabbed a baby toy and started tapping it with his finger repeatedly and saying “don’t look at me, look at the toy” to my daughter who is 5. He didn’t explain to either of us what he was about to do, and then was immediately short with her for not understanding. He did the same thing with the other eye and that was the entirety of his exam. He spent literally 1-2min tops in the room with us. He didn’t explain any of the tests or subsequent results that were conducted by him (or his other assistant). He stated my daughter’s issues weren’t eye related and moved to walk out. I attempted to ask some follow up questions and was brushed off as he left the room. I left the office stunned and infuriated, not understanding the tests or the results. Terrible bedside manner. Would not recommend.

Always a pleasant experience! Dr. Apara and all of the staff are always so welcoming and attentive. Nowadays it’s very difficult to get good service but that is not the case on the contrary everyone always goes over and beyond to make one feel comfortable.

I had a short wait to see the technician, who checked my prescription. Then, I rotated through the various other stops: dilation, scan, doctor and surgical coordinator. All the staff were very professional, kind and attentive. It was an excellent experience.

This was my 23 month old daughter’s first ever eye appointment, and it was amazing. The reason for our visit was for a concern we had about one of her eyes. Dr. Cardone was caring, playful, relatable and made us feel reassured. The nurse or tech that took care of our daughter before the doctor was soo sweet and patient, I would’ve loved to know her name. Truly, excellent service.

My first time there and I can honestly say the staffing is professional and friendly and the service is excellent. Little to no wait time. Fast service with a smile. I never leave reviews unless they are bad. However, I felt compelled to leave one. I was seen by Dr. David Jones who was awesome. He took his time with me and explains everything. I highly recommended if you need an eye doctor. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thank Dr. Jones.

Because of my issue the office fit me in at 8am. My medical assistant was so knowledgeable and thorough l felt well cared for. She prepared me for the doctors exam. Doctor gave me an extensive exam and recommended a neuropathologist. Which I now have an appointment with. Bless you all

I have been going to Eye Surgery Associates for many years. I trust all of the doctors there with my eye health. Doctor Jones did my cataract surgery and it couldn’t have been easier. The office staff is great, friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait for Dr Jones is a little long but he is very popular and very good at his job. Never had a bad experience at any of their offices.

Dr. Fishman is excellent. It’s always a pleasure. If you want a refraction, let the staff know right away

Dr Jones is really great. He's very thorough, and takes his time with his patients. He goes over things in good detail. He didn't make me feel rushed out of the office either when I had followup questions. He comes off as a very friendly guy. Naturally someone who takes so much time with a patient would lead to long waiting.. and while that's not totally untrue, the office seems very efficient with how they have multiple waiting rooms and different practitioners doing several different eye tests in between your time waiting for the doctor. I didn't actually see him until around an hour after my appointment, but I had already stopped by several different machines taking various measurements. It helped offset the feeling of waiting when I was never really sitting in one place for more than 10-20 minutes. On a COVID related note, as of 1/19/21 (still during Omicron) every employee that I saw was wearing a mask including the doctor and they cleaned all the machines before you come in contact with them in front of you. Great experience.

This was my first visit. I really liked the friendly / professional / inviting atmosphere . The staff was efficient , made me feel comfortable . There wasn’t a long waiting time , I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Apara is very knowledgeable, proficient, professional and compassionate.I highly recommend him ,should you need a retinal specialist.

I am blessed with 6 years of great vision! I've worn glasses since the age of 13. Since I had the eye implants, I no longer wear glasses and see very well. I still use reading glasses(1.75). The office staff is very organized and friendly. Dr. Angela is a magnificent eye surgeon! How fortunate I am! Thank you!

If I could give it zero stars I would. If you have kids don’t go here. So rude and not accommodating to kids. Maybe two women that were nice and helpful. The rest horrible.

As always this visit was no different than previous ones. I have been a patient of Dr. Fishman’s for a long time. The staff is alway professional. Would recommend Dr. Fishman and the entire team of Drs.

I’m giving five stars because everybody was so pleasant and Dr. Fishman was awesome! But in the beginning I waited 45 minutes unnecessarily. The front desk I think overlooked me. I didn’t get my health paperwork to fill out until 45 minutes pass by appointment when I approach the window and said why is everyone seen Dr. Fishman ahead of me when your appointments for after me. I recommend you just stay on top of that don’t sit there forever get up and ask what’s going on. But everyone apologized and once I got to the back everything was smooth and fast!

Had some issues with my eyes and was able to schedule an emergency appointment with the Retina Specialist, Dr. Apara. The staff was so nice to squeeze me in for my concern and went above and beyond. Dr. Apara performed a very thorough exam and explained what the problem was. He was very informative and detailed with his examples and solutions. He is the best!!!

The staff at Eye Surgery Associates was very polite, prompt and efficient. De. Angella has excellent rapport and is very knowledgeable in his field. He gave me recommendations and immediately treated my eye discomfort. I highly recommend Eye Surgery Associates to anyone who is looking for a great eye experience.

I absolutely recommend Eye Surgery Associates. Everyone , from the front desk, technicians, doctor assistants to the doctors all are pleasant and professional. I am especially pleased with Dr Guy Angella who has been my eye specialist since my glaucoma diagnosis six years again. Under his guidance and care my condition has stabilized. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been going to Eye Surgery Associates for years. This year I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. Great experience! Saw Dr. Daubert who was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I will definitely continue to use them.

Everything went very well. The time frame was well timed out. The entire staff was great from the time you entered until you left.
