I am honored to write this review for Doctor Walter Chao and Connie Chiang. They are simply the best. For over 25 years, I and my family have used them as our eye doctors. For the last 10 years, I saw Dr. Chao. I cannot articulate in mere words of my fondness and having the opinion Dr. Chao is the best eye doctor in the nation. Not only does he have the knowledge that supports this opinion, additionally, but his interactions with his patients also puts you at ease that your eye care is in great care. If you want great eye care I highly suggest you use them.

Really love coming here for my yearly check up since everyone here makes you feel super welcomed. Dr. Walter is awesome and makes you feel super comfortable. Love that he gives you so much knowledge on your eyes and what you should know about them. Wish I can give them a higher rating!

Dr. Connie Chang is a wonderful lady, sweet and caring. She is a fantastic Optometrist. Dr. Chang handled the details of my lasik Surgery and it was a complete success. I finally see 20/20 and I can read clearly too with mini monovision she prescribed. Being in her care was definitely the way to go. I highly recommend being seen by Dr. Connie Chang for your Lasik Surgery.

Dr Connie Chiang is like family to me. I have been her patient since 2015. I have the utmost respect for her and her practice. I am amazed by the way she shows interest. She's definitely an amazing woman both professionally and personally.

I've been coming to Dr. Chao for 5 years. Always a pleasure each visit. Very knowledgeable, kind and answers all my questions. He also shares information with me regarding my other non related eye issues I have. Amazing personality and very informative with his findings. Makes sure you understand your diagnosis and gives tips of how to improve on eye health and function. Definately recommend!

My family and I have all been seeing Dr. Chiang for nearly 20 years. She is absolutely the best and we refer everyone to her. She is such a caring doctor and takes her time with each and everything of her patients.

Dr. Chiang is a very caring person who definitely cares about your eyes and wants the best for you. She gave me recommendations and she did a wonderful job at taking care of me during my eye examination. The rest of her team have a wonderful and caring attitude. She is kind, understanding, attentive and reassuring if you’re a little nervous about getting your exam done. The lady at the front desk has been there for years and she is the nicest!! Dr. Chao is amazing! His office is 40 minutes away, and there are plenty of other options closer, but we do not mind the drive to get the great attention and care that Dr. Chao provides! If you are willing to engage him in conversation I assure you that he will share a wealth of knowledge!

The staff is friendly and attentive. Connie is patient and very knowledgeable. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Never thought I'd look forward to an anual eye exam haha. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice!

I had a great experience. Dr. Chao was very thorough with all the different exams. He also explained everything he was doing and what everything meant. He created a very friendly atmosphere and was happy to answer any questions I had.
