I purchase a Theater couch.. It arrive and was set up missing legs and it was very unsafe.. my sister fell toward because it was unstable.. I spoke to the manager and ask to take the couch back and to let me chose a couch that was safe. He declined instead 2 out of the three pieces were replaced, but as you can see in the photo, the replacement came with defects. It took months to replace the pieces. Very unhappy with the safety and quality of the couch. I do not recommend El Dorado.

After being very disappointed with my attempted purchase at rooms to go Fort Lauderdale location ! I walked into El Dorado furniture Pembroke Pines location the next morning, upon entry I came in contact with Liam Fumero Who welcome me with a smile and walked with me while being very helpful in helping me choose my beautiful living room. Liam was great and the store itself was immaculate! one of the best furniture stores I’ve ever entered. Liam found a delivery date within three days which was great! After completing my order Liam and I chatted all the way to the front door with nothing but positive vibes and laughter. When my husband and I walked into El Dorado at Pembroke Pines, we were met by Laura Ramirez and she was an excellent sales person. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was with us throughout the whole experience, helping us pick the perfect furniture for our house. Sergio Pagnussat was outstanding! He knows his stuff in decorating and guided Mom & I to update & modernize our home today. He’s very creative & helped me enormously to select the right pieces to accomplish what we needed. We did not stick to purchasing as per the showroom sets, but rather selected a sofa from one grouping and 2 accent chairs. We have a lot of crystal glasses & he found a corner glass curio that is perfect to add to our wet bar to store & display them. Today was the best experience we ever had purchasing furniture for our home. I highly recommend you look for him to help you with your decoration needs at El Dorado Furniture.

Bought outside set of wood furniture and in less than 4 months they look like 10 years old, very bad quality! Their answer was that we didn’t keep properly! In other words we should not keep outside furniture outside! Look at the pictures

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff there should be ashamed of the way they treat people. Upon entering the store my husband and I were greeted by a service member, and was told if there was anything we needed to contact her. We said thanks and if we need her we will find her - as we begin to browse - this service member is following us into each department. I asked her to please not follow us, if we needed her we will find her. She completely ignored my request, continued to follow us around to the point where it was distrusting us from shopping. My husband then asked her again to stop following us, again she continued to follow us. Upon entering another department, my husband turned around and asked her a THIRD time to stop following us, explaining to her he is a US Army Veteran with severe PTSD, she LAUGHED in his face! This is completely disrespectful and I will never buy anything from this company - To be disrespected and laughed at for a mental condition is beyond unacceptable, especially for someone who served this country! Very disappointed in this company and I will continue to share my experience with all my friends and veteran community.

Victor our salesman has been amazing, we bought our living room set in May and went back yesterday and mirrors, 2 consoles and a area rug, we also took my sister and she bought another living room set. Our most recent experience with El Dorado Pembroke Pines has been a positive one. Sergio, our sales person went out of his way to make us happy. We purchased a couch and an ottoman and due to shipping delays had to wait for the furniture to restock. Sergio kept us updated and when we finally received the furniture we noticed a small damage on the ottoman which Sergio replaced immediately. Great service and value! Not easy to find these days. Looking forward to returning to El Dorado Pembroke Pines and our favorite sales person for more furniture in the near future.

I am a repeat customer of El Dorado Furniture in Pembroke Pines, and it is because of their excellent customer service. On 4/23/2022, I was quickly greeted by Jorge L. Garcia, Sales Associate. Jorge was a pleasure to work with. He has the patience of a rock, as I was constantly changing my mind on the various options available. I was quite pleased with the vast majority of furnishings that were in stock and ready to deliver. I visited a few competitors in the area and was disappointed as almost all furnishing were out of stock or on back order. From the moment of greeting to the close of the sale, Jorge L. Garcia was a true professional, very caring on items being purchased. He was highly knowledgeable and attentive. He even paired my choices of furnishing together so that I can actually see how the items would look all together. He carried chairs to other items so that I can have a visual, personalized experience of the furniture as far as how it would all look together in my home. Jorge was courteous, and the process was customer centric, and streamlined. I can see him as a leader within the organization based on how well he cares for his customers. I had just bought my house and was trying to furnished it I went to several different furniture stores but when I got to El Dorado and met Laura she was a magnificent sales person. I ended up buying my furniture is for my entire home living room family room dining room and some accessories Laura was with me throughout the whole experience she was very patient with me as I sometimes did not know how to make up my mind she never seems upset or impatient. I even had a couple stuff that I had to exchange a couple of times and Laura she’s stuck with me through it all . She made this experience a fun experience for me . Some of my furniture pieces were on back orders. Laura kept track for me and the minute they arrive she called me and set up for delivery I just want to say that you are have an excellent employee and Laura.
