I have never been to this theater before today. They attracted me with morning show times, which suits my schedule. Upon walking in, the place looks brand new. Everything is updated, no musty old carpet smell like some other theaters have. The workers were on point and walked out from behind the counter to scan my on line ticket. I didn't have to look for them. The seats looked brand new, not all beat up like I see elsewhere. This theater is a little farther away for me, but I definitely will return. Very nice place.

This place is exceptional for an AMC theater. They’re all nice overall, but this one takes the cake in the area. I wish it wasn’t so far! They have easy parking and IMAX + DOLBY + all seats in other theaters are recliners = perfect AMC experience no matter which route you choose. The lobby is super cool too. Feels brand new. This movie Theater is smaller compared to most but it was previously a sears connected to the mall which is now a shared space with Round 1. So keep in mind seats are limited and to order your ticket ahead of time. This movie theater and bathrooms are always clean! I love the Amazing signature reclining seats with the ability to lift the arm rest, definitely makes it easier to share that bucket of popcorn or cuddle up with your partner or little ones. The stadium seating with the additional partial wall also helps for a better movie experience. If you have the amc app you can even order your food ahead of time and have it delivered to your seat. I highly recommend this location, I've never had a bad experience.

The Best AMC I have ever been to. Fantastic screens and impressive sound system will feed your movie-going desires. Highly recommended. Other comments here mentioned the "high price of the snacks." Which planet did you just come from? Duh, of course the snacks are high-priced, that is the way theaters make money. Very enjoyable experience desite the "thousands" of dollars we spent on the popcorn.

Very nice overall. The lobby was clean, I would even go as far as elegant. The bar was a spectacular add with the comfortable seating space. I enjoyed the theaters leather reclining seats. It was a great first time experience, on $5 Tuesday. Follow IG @bisquikjames

Very nice theater and the screens are huge. Nice deals from time to time. Only thing is their pricing for food is extremely high. While watching my movie, there was this continuous beeping noise that stopped every now and then which was kind of annoying but other than that, it was your average movie theater.

This is my go-to theater, it’s not even the closest AMC to me but I make the 30-50 minute (depending on traffic) drive every time. It’s kept well and clean and the staff are always friendly! I’d like to say my boyfriend and I are regulars, we go once a week. This was our first time going on a Saturday at night and frankly we will NEVER deviate from our regular schedule again. There are way too many disruptive teenagers on weekend nights that make the movie going experience unpleasant. I went to see “Smile” which was rated R and I understand that horror movies are meant to cause a reaction but not to this extent. I am 100% certain A LOT of people in there were under 17 and NOT accompanied by a guardian. I am in no way a hater because I was a teenager too but I never made anyone uncomfortable with my presence. They were talking so loud and making jokes for the majority of the movie. I wish this place would be more strict on I.D’ing everyone. Even for A-List they don’t even ask anymore.

Near the Pembrokes Lake Mall not inside. Easy to purchase tickets on the website. The seats are exclusively yours already so even if running a little late, if someone is sitting in them & you have your confirmation with you, they will have to be reseated by the staff. Seating was very comfortable & the theater was very clean with surround sound. My daughter & I went to see the Saw Sequel Spiral with Chris Rock for my birthday Memorial Weekend! It was a good movie & he was actually funny & good with his acting. If you like horror movies or follow the Saw movies, I recommend.

genuniely my favorite theater. i usually go here for movies i am dying to watch (marvel movies and other things like that) because the dolby theater is absolutely an experience but also on the more expensive side of tickets. seats are recliners and very comfy, i also see people complaining about the prices of food but thats how it is nowadays. everything's very expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️. you can bring your own food and stuff if that makes you feel better. i bring blankets since its always cold inside. no complaints.

June/July 2023 My favorite movie theater. The auditoriums, bathroom, lobby, concession stand are always clean. The recliner chairs are comfortable and new. The IMAX auditorium is the best movie quality for $20, has comfy chairs but they don't recline, I prefer watching a movie relaxed with my seat up. The snacks are pricey but they are having a special $5 small popcorn and medium drink until the middle of August 2023. Their Nachos are not my fave but the personal pan pizza is worth the $10. Sign up for their free membership to accumulate points for future free snacks or movie ticket. I recommend this theater because of the safe location, customer service and cleanliness.

This is my second visit to this amazing movie theater and the experience is awesome! I have this Premier rewards membership and its very helpful, I get discounts and I don’t have to make the long line to buy snacks and drinks. When you come to this movie theater pls. Ask to be part of the premier customer reward and you will get awesome benefits. I highly recommend this place for your movie night experience! I am adding something that I experienced in the last two times I came to this amc theater with my family: “ unfortunately the kind of people who comes to this theater is not very respectful because on this last two occasions we found other people seating on our reserved seats. I don’t understand why if you have assigned seating, people choose to seat on others people’s seats “ I am not sure why this is happening, could be bad management or just rude/ignorant people. My suggestion to the amc staff members and management is to play a message on the movie screen to inform people about respect for the individual by seating on their assigned seats and of course turn off their cellphones. I am looking forward to the solution to this issue.!

It is very nice and clean. So I recently went there and I really do like the reclinable terror that they do have. They are nice to sit in. They do have comfy seating arrangements for the most part. People do abide by the seating arrangements that you do select prior to getting in there for seating. I don't think that it would be a big deal if they had a little bit more times for showtimes for specific movies based off of the particular types of movies that you would like to see, but other than that I do like their options. It's pretty much clean. It's not very rambunctious like other places might be and the staff is very courteous and kind. They do have wheelchair accessibility and it is relatively easy to get to your sea and back and they actually have a lot of food choices to select from. So I would recommend this movie theater. If you're someone who would like to go ahead and order food, won't you get there also, other than that they do have AMC points so if you do frequently go out there to watch a movie they do have reward systems so it would be advisable to be a part of their loyalty plan and to go ahead and collect some points. So that way whenever you purchase anything off off of them you get rewarded for it

It's been some time ago since I've been to the movies. AMC Pembroke lakes 9 was above my expectations. Paying for your ticket is now automated with touch screens. But to purchase food, you still have that face-to-face representation which was great.! It's okay to come back to the movies! So it's time to start enjoying yourself!

Best movie theater! Seats are extremely comfortable, recliner seats. Parking is easy. The entrance is outside of the mall so no need to get through the mall. It’s calm. Definitely best in south Florida.

The theater is wonderful. it's spacious. I love the sitting area. Having a bar setup to enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for the movie to start is also great. There is parking near the theaters. This makes it convenient for moviegoers to find parking without any hassle. There are several nearby restaurants in the vicinity of Pembroke Lakes Movie Theater. Some popular options include: 1. Olive Garden 2. Red Lobster 3. Chili's 4. TGI Fridays 5. Bahama Breeze These restaurants offer a variety of cuisines and are located within a short distance from the theater, making it convenient to grab a meal before or after your movie.

The theaters are very nice and I like how it's curved like a musical theater. The sound in IMAX is excellent! The large soda machine area so you don't have to wait long or wait for someone else to fill your drinks. I like all the different options of soft drinks. Need more candy options. The popcorn was fresh. The spacious open concept with the bar is great for today movie watchers. Great place for family/ friends and solo. 🍿🍷🥃🍫🎫📽😊 Old Sears department store put to get use.

Comfortable theater, inexpensive on Tuesdays and they did have snack deals as well. An affordable night out and change of scenery from watching movies at home. Of the theaters in our area, this one seems to be in the best condition as others could use some refurbishment.

This movie theater is absolutely nice. I don't know about the weekend but a day like today it was very clean and organized. Ryan was so polite and helpful with our order . We watched Meg 2 3D, and it was so dope.

I enjoyed the little mermaid with girlfriends but the staff was rude, non attentive and cared less whether I got my food. They are younger teens but it’s no excuses for bad service. I actually like AMC theaters but this location is not worth it. Movies are way too expensive for me to pay for bad service. I also should have taken pictures of how dirty the theater and bathrooms. I was just in a hurry to leave!!! Never going back. They only get two stars because the movie was awesome

Every once in a while I get to go to the movies with my family. After my church service I went home and changed into something more comfortable, my great grandson picked me up and I ate dinner with them before leaving for the movie. We went to see the new Evil Dead and it was awesome. I loved it-- after the movie, my grand daughter and my great grandson drove me home. I had a wonderful day. Thank you Jesus.

A lot of people who don’t want to work.. First came gave my ticket for a 3D movie didn’t receive the glasses. I never watch a 3 d movie so I didn’t know I was supposed to receive it at the front. Second the concession stand was a hot mess..The people are not happy to be there and it shows. I had to remind them for the cups I already paid for. The chicken tender were burnt some of the pretzel bites were cold and EXTREMELY salty. I mean for a amc theater I expected better. First time in this theater FYI. I asked for a slushy the employee said they didn’t have and they did had to make the line and get it from someone else… Terrible service…

Beautiful theater. Great place to take the family or to go on a date night. I love how comfortable the chairs are and that they recline. I also love the little bar that serves drinks and that you can order your food ahead of time and have it delivered to you while you watch the movie. I had a wonderful experience.

I only gave it 4 stars because of course the prices for food/drink are insane! The place is super clean and they have tons of room in the lobby. They also have a bar! The seats in the theater were awesome!!!

This theater is great there was a guy named Jim who absolutely has the best attitude I've seen in a long time. The guy's full of energy doesn't mind helping you and enjoy serving the customers. Will definitely come back here.

It was a good theater, but today (11/20/2022 at 4 pm), auditorium 7 smell like urine during the whole movie. Totally destroyed the experience. It is the worst movie experience ever. I hope it can be fully cleaned next time.

This place has the potential to be so nice because it is modern and spacious but it’s so crusty. The inside of the theaters are moist and smell like cheese. There’s always a bunch of middle/high schoolers running around, it’s always dirty, the trash cans are always full, and it’s just not a vibe. In fact, I was gonna go to the movies here tonight but I’d rather lose my money than deal with coming to this musty establishment. You can tell everyone that works here doesn’t care and honestly I wouldn’t either at this point

I love coming to this AMC, the seats are always recliner (expect IMAX) but if you're watching a regular movie that's good. Food is always good. Only issue I have is sometimes they're short staffed, sometimes there's only 1 person at the ticket counter, so they're helping people buy tickets while trying to scan reserved ones at the same time. Concession stand always has a line cause there will be 2 employees at register. Bathrooms are not the cleanest at times, but them being short staffed feels like an AMC issue and not this location. Regardless, employees are nice, and I'll still go to this location

Bought my son & daughter here to see a movie, after not going into a movie theater for over 2 years now. This was our first visit to this location. Very clean inside snd outside. Employees were helpful and polite. Popcorn and drinks were good. Thank you. We will return to see another movie this month.

Great location for a quick movie. Love the virtual movie tickets and concession ordering. Good to know A-List members have their own line. Lots of parking. Only improvement would’ve been if the IMAX theater seats had just a little recline. Other than that great theater and family friendly.

Funny how you have to do a hard search to find the refund button. I have an email with my confirmation of my ticket. In my email, I need to click a link which takes me to MY AMC (Already signed in). When I put in my information, it tells me the info is not associated with any account. My email. That was sent to me from AMC, that signs me into my account, is telling me my current order is not associated with any account. Go to your refund page now. "It's coming soon" not even set up to see your history. Phone line tells you they are not dealing with people over the phone. You call up your theater and they tell you to call the number that tells you they don't deal with people over the phone. So the place that I need to cancel, because I can't make it there? I need to physically make it there to te them I can t make it there.

This is my favorite AMC because they have IMAX and usually is not so packed. Bathroom is clean, nice employees and comfortable seats. Located right next to Pembroke lakes mall Wich is a plus if you are hungry after watching your favorite movies. Plenty of free parking in front of the theater.

It is a movie theater, your times should be in GIANT BOLD LETTERS. I attempted to request a refund. Conveniently the app tells me to call the help line for a refund. You call the help line? "We are no longer assisting people over the phone", so you call the actual theater, no one picks up. An automated message directs you to the ebsite for a refund. The website? Directs you to the app. No wonder people are abandoning theatres and staying home

I love the Dolby experience at this place. The staff is friendly and quick. The line was very short to get the food. I always go here and always have a good experience. They have a bar for adults to get drinks but I haven't tried it yet, maybe next time.
