My favorite burger place, love all the topping choices.

Always loved five guys as the food and milkshakes are to die for, but their online ordering system is complete trash. They WILL NOT make food to be ready to pick up. You come into the store, wait in line, ask for your food, THEN they will start making it... I would recommend five guys to remove the online ordering until they can make the food to be ready for pick up.

It is your standard Five Guys establishment. The burgers are good and made-to-order. There is ample of their complimentary peanuts. The fries are decent. The wait times were average and the place is clean. The restaurant itself is conveniently located in the same plaza as a movie theater, clothing stores, a grocery store, a wholesale store, etc. It is pricey for burgers, but it is nice as an occasional treat.

5 stars every time! We go here often, and the food is always really good! The service is excellent, everyone who works here is always nice. The food is always fresh, from the burgers, fries, and even the shakes are amazing here. We are regulars, and can't wait to go, until next time.

I keep coming back to this place not only for its amazing burgers and fries but also for its service, staff is amazing always with good attitude and willing to provide the best possible service. Food is amazing best burgers and fries in town, no need to try anything else in the menu lol. The relationship of price, quantity and quality is more than fair.

Hamburger, small fries, chocolate shake for over $20. Not a 20 dollar burger. And filling the bag with extra fries is not that endearing either. Can't recommend and won't be back. Much better food at more reasonable prices almost anywhere else.

The food was fine. Unfortunately, they only offer buns with seeds and my husband can't have seeds. Wish they offered options. The music was so very loud, it was difficult to talk.

The service here is soooo great. I love that they’re always super polite and kind. The young lady at the register today (4/4) was particularly sweet. And you already know the burgers are always great.

Great food but customer service is just horrible! You need to go in with a smile so it can be contagious to all employees bc they are just upset n rude!

Just wanted to leave a review for the staff at this location. We were greeted upon entering, the young men taking the orders were super friendly, polite, and well spoken. The whole team was smiling and having a good time. It is rare these days to get such great customer service and a friendly, smiling crew! CHEERS!

Foods good, customer service was good but personal I think the place is too crowded with all that stickers and signs on the walls .

The friendliest restaurant I’ve been too in the last 5 months. Everything tastes delicious too.

I was treated very nicely at the register, the food came out very fast and was very good and the place was clean!

This service and burger was comparable to Davies horrible service and burger. Normally Five Guys is dependable and the quality is very good. Not good on this day at the beginning of Oct. Maybe new staff, maybe new mngr. But definately not good. Sad to see, quality is going down.

This is the only Five Guys restaurant I have ever ate at that they refuse to do extra crispy fries saying it is against corporate policy. I eat at multiple locations in multiple states and have never experienced this. Rather disappointing.

We ordered delivery I mentioned to please keep the Cajun and regular fries separate because I have a food allergy to certain spices I also asked for lettuce wrap burger because I have celiacs and a dairy allergy they gave me a regular burger and in the regular burger for the other person they put jalapenos

Good Burger nice place you can take your family for a eat out.

As advertised one of the best places for eating a great burger. One can choose from a great selection of toppings like, onions, bacon, jalapeños, etc. While you’re order is being prepared you can enjoy some peanuts . I order a double cheese with bacon and a milkshake of Oreo maybe it was a little price but it was totally worth it.

Typically, I wouldn’t write a review, but I truly believe that the team at this Five Guys, Daniel, Jessie, and Nick, should all be recognized for their impeccable service. Before walking in, I stopped by a competitor burger place and the staff groaned and rolled their eyes when I wanted to order. This team was the exact opposite: from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, even though the restaurant was about to close. My order was taken with a smile on the face and prepared fresh. Each of the three were pleasant and friendly, and each showed a phenomenal work ethic. I will be returning soon in the hopes that this great experience can forever be matched. Thank you Daniel, Jessie, and Nick.

Without a doubt, amazing experience. To start the workers were extremely kind and helpful, and the food was fresh and amazing! The place was clean. I highly recommend you eat here if you want a cheap & fresh burger.

I ordered around 9pm, 5 burgers and 1 large fries. 3 of the burgers was wrapped in lettuce but when I got my order, 2 of the burgers was not wrapped in lettuce!! The bacon cheeseburger was with 2 little bacons. One of the two bacon cheeseburger was with onions as one of the toppings but it looked like half of the burger was ONLY ONION!! Therefore, all of the burgers was HORRIBLE and I would never recommend Five Guys to ANYONE.

I have dietary restrictions. I ordered 10 plain solo burger patties (no cheese) & ordered a side of lettuce, side of grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, & grilled mushrooms. I usually order this way at Five Guys. The manager at this location (Richard R.) told me that in order to get the veggies, he would need to charge me the regular burger price & modify the order to say “no bun works itself ”. I asked him to charge me the veggies separately as side items. He refused & said he could not do that. He was not at all accommodating & did not try to resolve this matter in any way. He only kept telling me that he had to charge for the regular burger price & could not sell me “sides” of the 4 veggies I wanted for 6 of the 10 plain patties. This is not what customer satisfaction should be about. People have different dietary restrictions & I’m sure there are people who pay full price but get the burgers with the bread, mayo, mustard, ketchup & other toppings but there are others that pay for the burger at regular menu price that only choose 1 topping. It works itself out & at $2.49 a patty (plus tax) it’s not exactly a “steal” for your manager to be nickel & dining your veggies especially when I offered to pay them as SIDE items. Richard R. is petty & should not be in management. All the other managers of Five Guys have always accommodated me. Especially bc I’m not asking for any freebies! Disappointing to say the least!!!

Last night they got my order wrong. I called and Spoke to the manager Jordan who was supper apologetic and compassionate towards the issue. He offered me either a compensation meal or refund and of course I took the comp meal lol. When I arrived I was taken care of by Nick and Mimi and they were phenomenal! I just came in wanting to be compensated for the burger alone since I did eat the fries I had. But they hooked me up with the burger fries and a drink and I didn’t even have a drink ! Love this five guys! 5 stars guys! Thanks for your hospitality!

I asked a young man to lower the music because it was very loud in the dining area which he did and responded very kindly. An older lady told me that the music is that loud because there’s a lot of young people that like it and I told her that was one of the rudest things to tell a client because the customer is always right. It might be good food but they need to know how to speak to their people I did not sit inside and I did not eat there and I am hoping that the five older than me people that walked in can handle music because they are as she said “old.” She was the oldest one working and should set an example to the other employees who were younger and kinder than her. I will never go back and actually don’t even want to eat the food at this point. And I am in my 60’s . Not ashamed of it.

The people were very nice. I forgot to order the french fries and they rushed it so it wouldn't mess up the dinner. When we left our friend forgot her pocketbook and a customer brought the pocketbook out to her

Employees are very nice and they prepare the food with a lot of care. Would definitely come back to this location.

I am SO impressed at the level of efficiency (almost military like) in which this restaurant runs at. They work in perfect unison as a team behind the counter to get the orders out - it was actually entertaining to watch. Not to mention the food is absolutely!!!

I was literally the only customer in there and they messed my order up they can’t blame it on being busy i asked for grilled onion pickles and A1 sauce and i literally had to stop them when i realized the burger they were making was mine with tomato sitting on top
