👍👍 Love love love this place. We went there for dinner. The ambiance is so sexy and warm. Love the red color and wall unit with the decor. It is just beautiful. I felt like I was in a cigar bar. The menu had so many items to choose from. We went there to celebrate a family member's birthday. I ordered... Update on April 2022 - 3 stars: We were so excited to return to Unit B with some friends who had never been. They wanted to celebrate a birthday and I assured them that this was the way to go. We made a reservation for 8pm a few weeks before and the day before they called us to tell us they had a last minute event and if we wanted to move it to 30 minutes earlier, so we did. Upon arriving we were told that the kitchen will be closing in 30 minutes and that we needed to get the orders in right away and felt like we were pretty much being rushed out before we even got our water, so we figured we would start with a few appetizers before deciding the entrees, after all, we still had 30 minutes to order, boy were we wrong. Long story short, the server basically disappeared for 30 minutes and by the time he got back it was to tell us that the kitchen was closed, ok that’s fine, but then they got some of the order wrong and a dish did not even arrive which we were told was being cooked but then we were told that it was never put in. The dishes that did arrive were all good, but when you receive very rushed and bad service, the food is just not as satisfying. If I do return I would make sure to call ahead a few times and ask if there is an event, as the way it was handled totally ruined the experience. I would’ve preferred if they canceled my reservation and told me that they cannot accommodate dinner at that time rather than treat us like a Fast food drive thru. I am not kidding when I say that we had to go to another restaurant to finish eating dinner and celebrate the birthday. Original January 2022 - 5 stars: After a friend had visited for lunch, they suggested that we got to Unit B for dinner. It was a Friday night and to our surprise, the place was not full. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you have been transported into some sort of speak easy in NYC or Chicago. The dark leather sofas against the wall, the dark wood and the whisky bottles on the wall gave it an old school yet elegant feel. Once seated we ordered our cocktails, they had a nice selection of unique cocktails and also rare items like the Elijah Craig 18 Single Barrel, we automatically had to order it, since it is very difficult to find. They served it with a side of distilled water which was a nice touch. We were also told that they carry a special private label barrel from Elijah Craig that we did not get to try (since we were too busy with the EC18), however, we will definitely be returning to try it! Moving on to the food, we ordered several items and they were all delicious. The ones that stood out the most were the Lamb empanadas, truffle mac and cheese, charred octopus, the cornbread and the whole Hen. The Hen was probably the best whole served bird we all have ever had, it was an explosion of flavor with the juices flowing with every cut and bite. The bird itself was stuffed with a fair amount of rosemary and garlic, which made for a delicious combination. It sat on top of a corn soufflé that complimented it well. We also tried the pork bao buns, the short ribs, Calamari, and banana foster; they were all good but nothing extra ordinary in my opinion. All in all, I will definitely be returning. The food and cocktails are too good not to warrant another visit.

Love love love this place. We went there for dinner. The ambiance is so sexy and warm. Love the red color and wall unit with the decor. It is just beautiful. I felt like I was in a cigar bar. The menu had so many items to choose from. We went there to celebrate a family member's birthday. I ordered the Oaxacan Chicken Spring Roll and Short Rib Empanadas for appetizers to share. For dinner I had the Churrasco which came with a yucca mash, grilled bok choy, scallion puree, and chimichurri. For my drink I ordered the Overcast Shadow which is charcoal coconut rum, chard lemon, agave, Aquafava, and raw ginger. I loved it so much I ordered 2. Their Time for you Babe was also delicious. I will have it the next time. Definitely a must try place if you're in Pembroke Pines. They have a 2nd location in Fort Lauderdale.

My son and I had dinner and drinks here last night 11.17.22. We tried several drinks from the menu which were presented nicely and tasted good. We split the beef ribs with yucca mash and a lobster tail. Even though the rib meat was not fall off the bone they were very tasty. The lobster tail was good. The hit of the evening was the Mac and Cheese!!! Far from a typical one but wow!!! So delicious! Very nice ambiance and great service as well.

I was so impressed by the cocktails and the food. We ordered the Bao Buns, Mac & Cheese, Oaxacan Chicken, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi. For drinks, I got the 21st Amendment and the Overcast Shadow.

What a great spot in the Pembroke Pines area! The food was great but we both liked the appetizers more than the main dish. The service is exceptionally well as they accommodated us even without a reservation on a Saturday night. Their appetizers are creative and so are their drinks. We went for dinner but this place is perfect for happy hour or a first date. I recommend as an appetizer the brisket end bao buns and the 1920s Havana to pair with them.

Looking for a casual spot for brunch and endless mimosas? Look no further. Unit B is where you need to go. The decor and ambiance are welcoming and cozy. The waiting staff is phenomenal and attentive. Addition to their great menu selections, be sure to ask for the chef’s special. The latter changes each visit. Your palate will thank you.

This is such a nice place for a couple or small group to have brunch. The food was yummy, the signature cocktail is refreshing, and the DJ played 90's and 2000's radio hits. What more could you ask for? I took a star off because I think they could use another server. The place got packed pretty quickly and our bottomless drinks took longer and longer to come around.

I am always in the Pembroke gardens mall but finally decided to eat here with some leaders for the holiday after a recommendation. Let me tell you this place is underrated! The chef personally came out to tell us about his menu. Nice man Dominican from the NY with a true passion for food and knowledge! The drinks were impeccable. The food was brought out with great presentation and temperature. Empanadas , short rib mac and cheese as appetizers we’re the perfect starters. The table had lobster tail (their rendition of lobster and grits) , surf and turf , and Mojo Citrus chicken! The side of salads that each each entree came with was spectacular . This is a place you truly want to visit and leave with a great experience!

We had a great experience at Unit-B! Our bartender Leslie was fantastic, very knowledgeable about their great bourbon selection! We enjoyed her drinks and pours very much! The food was also top notch, and the service was 10/10! We will definitely be going back soon.

Bring back the menus curated by Chef Yas. The current food and menu are EXTREMELY disappointing. It's heartbreaking because this place was such a delicious gem. The drinks and service is the same (good) but as a foodie, it's not enough to keep me coming back. Please fix the disappointing food!

Simply speechless.. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I was BLOWN away!! The mac and cheese short rib was PHENOMENAL, perfectly balanced not too Smokey and so so flavorful. Pulled chicken is a hard one to pull off but the chef nailed it, it was moist, tasty, and I wish I could eat it all over again. The ribeye was another star of the show, get it! You will not regret it!! Over all 10/10. Food, service and atmosphere, great date night!!

Went to this restaurant with the family and we had an amazing experience. We ordered the 5 meat platter, Bao Bun w/ Brisket burned ends, and mashed yucca. - Cocktails were 10/10 with great presentation, taste, and authenticity - Food was 6/10 it was very salty but extremely tender and soft right off the bone juicy - Waiter/Waitress 10/10 they were very attentive and constantly doing rounds asking about the service and my party of 6 was accommodated very easily

Yesterday I went with a group of friends to celebrate a graduation at this place. My first impression of the place wasn’t the aesthetics, or the food being brought to the table. It was a sign that said the place was closed for a private event that confused me. I didn’t know if the place was opened or closed. Luckily my friends were the ones to tell me to come in, rather than the actual restaurant themselves. When I walk in there were still about 15 minutes left of service. When I met with my group I was told that the kitchen had closed and really the only thing I could order was a drink from the bar. Aside from that the food was delicious but ultimately tarnished by the lack of customer service. If my friends and I couldn’t be met with quality service, I would have appreciated just a bit of honesty to say they could not accommodate us at that point. The servers were nice, and yes it could have been better but in reality the management is to blame. They tried to make it up with a glass of champagne, but what they should have really done is offer us a complementary bottle of wine (which odds are very low). If the service was at least mediocre, this would’ve easily been a 4 star. Also, this review doesn’t concern you if you can afford shutting down the whole place for $7000 and having all for yourself.

LOVE this fabulous little gem! Bottomless drinks, delicious small plates, beautiful decor, ambiance, atmosphere, feels like a little European vacation far away. Staff is warm and inviting, they aim to please and answer questions. We had such a lovely brunch experience. And then back to shopping. We’ll be back soon 🍸 👌

My friend and I got there around 915p Friday night. We were seated right away. The staff was friendly and we were made aware that all the servers help each other so we never had to wait for just one person to request food or drinks. And we never did. The servers were very attentive. Jodie is awesome. The bartender came right to our table for drink requests and was helpful in making my selection, as I'm picky with cocktails. Drinks were delicious. The food is always amazing. Its my second time here. I suggest going with friends and getting one of each starter item and sharing because you cannot go wrong. We had the pork chops and lamb chop entrees last night. Cooked to perfection. Also the pan roasted brussel sprouts and arugula salad are so tasty. Ladies, if you like bathroom selfies check out the bathrooms. BOTH of them, trust me ;) The whole ambiance/vibe is relaxing and inviting. We didn't want to leave. Visit this place. I hope you have as good as an experience as I've had.

Tuesday's is the day to visit for Oyster happy hour! Oysters are small but have great flavor. Visit this location for an adult night and had a blast. The steak was hands down the yummiest steak we've ordered at restaurant in a long time. My husband shared with another gentlemen and it was enough to fill them both. The steak is served with delicious sauces. I ordered the pork and actually returned it. I am pleased with our visit even though the pork was disappointing because the service made up for it. Cocktails are unique and full of flavor. Large liquor selection. Really cool date night spot. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Has outdoor seating so that's a plus. Waitress was very friendly but it took awhile for our drinks to come out and for orders to be taken. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend the place and come back
