This location is terrible. I ordered a medium New York steamer and for $10 I got a thick loaf of bread with a bunch of toppings and no meat whatsoever. This is the second time this has happened to me so will not be returning. Definitely not worth the money

I had a minor issue with wait time, which was unusual for this location. The owner personally reached out to me to apologize. I really appreciated that and that shows he takes pride in his restaurant. It has incentivized me to look past this minor issue and keep going to them. They're subs are great, delicious, and tasty and I am highly impressed and appreciative of the ownership here. THANK YOU so much.

That Hawaiian sandwich is simple divine!! I'm not a big meat eater but I devoured that sandwich! Absolutely divine - the choice of bread with the pork, coleslaw and sauce is simply out of this world! The owners are super friendly and opened before opening time! And the bathroom was immaculate! My husband said he'd never seen a restaurant bathroom so clean!

The best subs and excellent customer service are right here! The subs are delicious, clean restaurant, and great atmosphere. A special shoutout to the worker, Haiji, who has done an outstanding job of making me and my guest feel welcome and valued. Thanks for the drink! Just come here, you’ll get good food and have a good experience. I came here on Sunday, it was my birthday and they were super sweet to me. I think one of the guys names was Alejandro??? But I didn’t get the other guys name. But they were BOTH awesome. Definitely would come back here.

It was my 1st time at this location... I came for the 2 can dine deal but it was over. I still ordered, Alejandro was courteous... just excellent. The sandwich was succulent. He takes care of the store as if he owns it. I told him I thought he was the owner or manager. Great!

Alejandro and Trey were awesome! Super friendly from the start. The place was exceptionally clean when I walked in. I ordered a Jamaican Jerk Turkey Sub; asked for double everything! Trey was happy to oblige. In no time he said sir your order is ready. I thought no way did he make that so quickly! I feared it wasn’t going to be well put together. As soon as I opened the container rays of light and heavenly music played. I have never seen such a well put together sub in my existence. It was something you only see in advertisements. Sincerely the most delicious sub I’ve ever tasted. Perfection! Thank you for the wonderful experience! I will most definitely be back, with friends and family as well. 👊🏼👊🏼

I ordered to go. My order was ready for pickup when I arrived. They have a great mobile order system. The customer service was great. However, the ice machine wasn't working. The sandwich was okay, and the meat was kinda wet.

Highly recommended! Firehouse is a sandwich shop that when I share with my friends and colleagues, everyone is blown away that they haven’t eaten there before. The location is always clean and there’s always this older gentleman behind the register every time I go, and he’s nothing but welcoming and kind.

Love Firehouse Subs. My favorite is the Italian-it’s awesome and I get it every time I come here. I now go to this one since it’s closer to me and it never disappoints. Staff is super attentive. Amazing sandwiches. Just had my first of many to come. Jose helped me with my order with excellent suggestion’s. Location is clean, friendly and properly staffed (something hard to come by nowadays).
