Just want to express my gratitude in helping to find a necklace for my wife, which she absolutely loves. I would not have been able to make this decision on my own. Thanks to the staff for the advice & great service.

They accept fraudulent cards, stolen cards at this store. They authorized a $600 payment without checking the ID to the bank card. The man came back the next day to make another payment and they refused to take payment, but didn’t call the police after he made a second attempt and after I called them about it. Unprofessional. Unethical. She took the payment because she had a “merchant” to pay even though she knew it wasn’t me who made the purchase. They are liars and greedy. Karma will come for you.

So if you want champagne and caviar while you shop for your jewelry then this is not the place for you, but if you prefer to bypass the fluff and be treated like family from the moment you walk in, then this is the jewelry store for you... Not only does their customer service skills far exceed those of the big fancy stores, but they will bend over backwards to get you exactly what you want and at the most reasonable price you will find anywhere. I needed a specific saint medal that most likely would have required me to drive into Miami, and someone mentioned this place in the Albertsson Shopping Center. So I decided to give them a try and they had just about every saint medal you can imagine and in all shapes, sizes and prices, among many other type of beautiful jewelry off course... I strongly recommend that before you take a trip to visit other fancy places, that you stop by this little gem (no pun intended) of a jewelry store in the Albertsson Shopping Plaza, right on Pines Blvd., Just west of 75. Ask for Estela Truzman!
