I'm not a easy reviewer and feel that I'm a little to Honest most time. I also work in a industry which is constantly reviewed. Sometimes it stings. Hospitality industry. I would like to do a review for Dr Eric Hofmeister,DO & his nurse Danielle. I'm mean just wonderful. From the beginning staff to the actual Doctor and nurse. They diagnosed me properly and and gave me the proper medication. The facility was clean well organized and just plain friendly I was extremely surprised I don't usually use this location. I found myself in need at 3 a.m. in the morning the Urgent Care. I was suffering from a major gout attack. I could not use my hands and my fingers work crippling. I'm now typing this thanks the doctor and his nurse. I like to say thank you again for your kindness and your wonderful bedside manners appreciate it.Joey

The best service I’ve had at a small hospital ever. When it was urgent care, there were issues I will not disclose. Because today I forgot all about the part. First, Krystal is such amazing nurse, no she didn’t even know I do reviews. I took my 79 year old stubborn day that hasn’t been to a hospital since he was around 10 yrs old In New York. He is hard of hearing and seeing..yup! Because he is Stubborn and won’t go to a doctor..anyway..Krystal was patient with him and understanding and made him so comfortable to the point I didn’t even have to calm him with all his paranoia. Awesomeness!! Then the nurse practitioner Sandra came in and her patience real showed to the point she was glad that I was helping my dad understand what she had to do to find out what was really going of after he explained his respiratory issues. It came down to him having to get admitted to the major hospital Memorial West for observation. Amazing job ladies! We appreciate all you do! Such an asset to this organization! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯 Then the icing on the cake. Dr. Whitley told a story about his childhood with a teacher the same name as my dad! Absolutely hilarious! Had us all laughing and changed our thought of my dad having to be admitted in the hospital. Who has this much enjoyment in a ER! Wow! Crazy right? But we did!! Absolutely The Best!! Everyone gets raises! Just saying 🤣🤣🤣🤣👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯💯💯💯

After visiting this urgent care several times, I have had no issues until now. The facility itself is deceitful to any patient thinking they are waling in an urgent care that is now billing as both! I am beyond exhausted with the way the billing is. I was charged an urgent care facility charge and billed my urgent copayment for urgent care service and hours. I payed upfront to only receive a level 3 emergency room charge when nothing was done except the doctor looked at me and confirmed it was a pink eye. This is deceitful and high way robbery. The name should immediately be removed and not advertise as Urgent Care! Absolutely horrible to the patients! I would give zero stars if I could. Spoke to the physician assistant and nothing but attitude.

Please avoid this Urgent care! I came with my husband because he have an ear infection, around 11:30 pm on 07/03/22 he couldn’t hear anything I was assisting him, the receptionist was extremely rude, she was acting like she was in a bad mood, we approach to desk and she didn’t even said good evening, she asked my husband are you the patient? He said not, then I told her he’s the patient, she said you can be here without a mask with an bad attitude, she even call the security how couldn’t understand here , I was like seriously… is Sunday 11:30pm, we came to emergency room because we are having an emergency and you are giving me atitude interested have empathy and offer one face mask ? Really Baptist and south Miami hospital even make you change the mask and offer you one ! People like this should not work in this place ! Horrible first impression, I will never comeback here again!!! Simple thing can be results easy !

Beware! This facility looks and feels like an Urgent Care Center however bills you as an EMERGENCY ROOM. I am now paying ER charges out of pocket when I was seeking simple care for my 7 year old's sore throat due to allergies. And by the looks of the comments, I am not the only victim in this scam. Sorry I didn't bother to look at your Google reviews when my kid was sick... This is truly disgusting in my opinion and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a pleasant visit. The nurse and Doctor on shift were attentive to my concerns. They were informational and detailed to how and what I should avoid, so that I may not experience the health concern again. I was nervous but they both made it easy for my anxiety. The x-ray tech. was just as pleasant. Impress with the shift. Also, I must add that there was no unnecessary conversation as I experience several months ago, though it can be entertainment. So, overall it were nice, quick, straight to the point. Rate 5

They are thieves. Before it was an urgent care. Now memorial changed it to a care facility where they transport you to the hospital if needed. I went in with a cold and they billed my insurance as if I were in a level 2 (whatever that means). They discharged me, no IV no nothing no x-rays and they are billing my insurance as if I was admitted or was worse than I was. Ridiculous! I will fight this one and report them to whatever agency is necessary for abuse of the healthcare system. I will be requesting their level 2 criteria. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This is not my first time visiting this location. Just like everytime i come they ALWAYS take care of me (my grandmother as well) and Always treat us nice. With respect as well as talk you through everything they do. I can say the in house wait time is long but that’s like ANY OTHER hospital and urgent care. THIS one though is different( you’re treated well and everyone does their very best to communicate and make you feel comfortable). I would say they get you in and then get you OUT. The majority of the time spent there is depending on the treatment they best chose for you. Also , depending on the amount of testing needed to help them get an understanding. Over all I would recommend people to come here and when you do TELL YOUR DOCTOR the truth about how you feel, i promise It will better help your OVERALL experience. My doctor for Thai visit was (Dr. Roy Dubash)the staff on shift from 11-3 top notch 👍🏾👏🏾👌🏾

Do not come here unless you have no other choice. I came here because I was told this was the only location that did bloodwork but once I was seen by a doctor she just told me there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to see a primary doctor, then they proceeded to bill my insurance over $1,500 after charging me $275 for the visit.

Best Memorial emergency center ever!!! The staff is very professional, kind and compassionate. A couple days ago I had to take my mom there, and the attention was so incredibly good, that in a blink of an eye we were heading back home. We are so thankful to all the members of the morning shift, especially with Mr. Kennet Scott, Mrs. Sandra, Nurse Maribel and all the technicians that so kindly took care of us.

The wait here is incredibly long. The nurses are nonchalant, there’s no way this is an emergency room. I would never come back here. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I walked in there and I told the lady at the desk about the pain I was having she was very helpful and called Code 1. Then a elderly man came and some white lady in a black suit came out to help I guess. She told the paramedic nurses to help the elderly man before me. That’s so not right and unprofessional. It was like the hell with me he goes first. So I walked out. You don’t ever have to worry about me coming back there.

I never write reviews but this place very much deserves one. This place has become a crook house over the years. I see now they’ve changed their title to “24/7 emergency care” so they can charge people more to come here when it’s worse then ever. It’s always Atleast 50 people waiting, no one is moving with any urgency, this is no hospital care facility more like a nursing home. The staff is incompetent and lazy I waited for 2 hours only for the doctor to try and tell me I had Covid which I had already tested negative twice before I even went. I need antibiotics for my upper respiratory infection and I was prescribed a stupid Covid drug and cough suppressant. Oh and when i went back they’re telling me i have to wait again behind 100 people to be reassessed again. This place needs a overhaul. Trashy, complete trash.

I'd like to share my experience at the urgent care center with this physician God allowed me to encounter. He was totally a blessing in disguise. He was well mannered, very professional, precise, and detailed. He assured me that all would be well during and after my outpatient procedure. This doctor explained everything to me prior to placing a hand on me after his evaluation. I only pray that God blesses to him to continue providing excellent services to is other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Eric Hofmeister and I thank him foe caring for me to make me better.

Once I entered I was greeted and instructed to sign in with Kiosk! Honestly everyone had bedside manners and was very friendly. The staff had me in and out in an hour which I was shocked. Normally emergency rooms take forever! Thank you to the 5 star staff!

The front admission went very well. The doctor was very short with me. Didn’t ask if I had any questions before exiting the room. After the nurse came in I had to tell her that the doctor mentioned a test she was going to order, but the nurse checked and there was not an order. No one ever came back to let me know my results were in. I got a notification from my email on MyChart that informed me. The wait time for my discharge paperwork was over an hour and would’ve been longer if I hadn’t summoned the nurse to find out what was taking so long. This was not the normal service I’m used to when I come to Memorial Health Care.

I am very impressed with the doctor and staff especially nurse Elainia( if I spelt her name correctly). They were very attentive and professionally vigilant! They saved my life by the grace of God. I would recommend Memorial Pembroke emergency care to anyone! Thanks to the Doctor and staff! Yours sincerely, Bernette McKenzie, grateful patient.

Dr.Jane was awesome, great bedside manner, attentive, and very caring. Nurse Abby was fantastic, also very caring, gave me an injection, didn't even feel it. X-ray girl Natalie, another fantastic tech. Every one was great.

My registration process was fast, easy and friendly. Triage nurse was also professional and very respectful of my privacy. The PA Manuela was friendly professional, knowledgeable with great bedside manner. The only downside was a fire the day I was there and we all had to leave so I can’t comment on discharge but I fully expected that to be a good process as well. I was treated well and explained my chart would be available for all d/c instructions as I turned in my wrist band. I was impressed with the calmness of the crew in the situation.

The worst hospital. I have hospitalized my wife 2 times in the last two months, she has to have gallbladder surgery urgently, because her pain is unbearable, but they always refuse to schedule a surgery, they say someone will call us, but they never do it.

Memorial has always provided me the best service. I love the positive and upbeat staff. Unfortunately last night I had the worse experience at Memorial Hospital Pembroke. Sadly, I’m Covid positive and I went to the hospital with concerns about my breathing. Every nurse that had assisted me provided the best level of care but I can’t say the same about the provider Dr.David Smith. He was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I told him that I’ve had asthma since I was a child. He asked me was I “sure”… then proceeded to tell me that I “look healthy”. He spent about a total of two minutes with me. At the time of discharge I asked the nurse could I have the opportunity to speak with the doctor regarding my breathing concerns. I could hear him shouting from outside the door that “he is not going in the room with a Covid patient”. I don’t understand why would you choose a career in the medical field If you don’t like to be around sick people. While leaving I addressed my concerns to him about him being extremely dismissive towards me … his response was “I wouldn’t have wrote a prescription if I was dismissive”. I reported his behavior to the staff and they did take my complaint seriously and with compassion. Next time I most likely will just go to another hospital. I don’t like the way I was treated by the MD. I’m extremely disappointed.
