Rona is a very patient, understanding, and knowledgable professional. The first appointment took a little longer as there is first time paperwork to be filled out and in addition, she talks to you to see what is going on so she can try to help. The place itself is very zen and relaxing and the times I have come in with others receiving treatment, everyone is quiet and respectful. All the lounge chairs are clean, the place itself is clean, and there is a spot in the back if you need acupuncture done face down (like me) and I believe it is better for you to make an appointment for the chair in which you can lay face down. It’s affordable ($35, first time, $25 after) with flexible scheduling!
