I like the prompt request for service and get help seeing specialist the receptionist are very helpful and knows me by name which makes me feel very comfortable.

Front desk is always pleasant and helpful. I love the team at Pines office. Miss my Dr.Karia, but my new physician is great doctor and gentleman as well.

Office staff is unprofessional and the office manager is just as bad. I had to find another pcp because they don't have a protocol for emergency visits for their patients. The doctor is good but the staff is horrible.

Dr Karia and staff are absolutely the nicest & caring doctors office I have been to overall in a long time. I really enjoyed my visit here. Everyone was friendly and took good care of me. I'm new to S.Fl so I needed an appt to see a doctor ADAP and the receptionist actually booked me a same day appointment. Also Tina Thank You for taking good care of me and getting my medications taking care of.

Everyone in the office was very pleasant. My insurance was giving me issues because this was a new primary care physician and Natalie made sure to be persistent with my insurance company to make sure I was not charged. I plan on being a patient here for a long time 😊
