October: Open 24 hrs but not staffed 24/7. If you want to use the gym after hours, you need to use a special door with your member barcode. My bf and I switched from LA Fitness to have 24/7 access. Two and half weeks later, our key cards and app are not allowing us in. We aren't going to miss our workouts, so we have to stand by the door and wait for someone to enter/exit to get in. I had an opportunity to get out of work early and go during staffed hours to get this fixed. A girl at the desk said the issue had been fixed that morning, she took my name and number and said the manager would call me. That was on Thursday and no one called me or my bf. I went this Saturday morning at 6am and it still wasn't fixed. I called during staffed hours and they said the manager was supposed fix that on the spot. He told me to go on Monday during staffed hours. Here I am Sunday at 1:45am, waiting for someone to use the door. This is a huge inconvenience and extremely irritating. We got memberships to have flexible schedules, I cannot be adjusting my schedule to them. I spoke with some members that were outside and they use a different app to get in, one which neither my bf or I received a link to in our emails. We only have the normal Amped Fitness App. As other members have said, the gym is really nice but it's packed during normal hours. After peak hours, there is no staff and hence the mess. July Update: Overcrowded and broken A/C (with 94* weather). There has to be point when you stop taking memberships; the gym isn't that big and there aren't enough machines. Switching to Planet Fitness. *Heads up: You will be charged an additional month upon cancellation. *People: Read the bad reviews before getting a membership, they're all true and accurate.

This gym is good on paper. It has a good number of benches and six squat racks/platforms, which I haven't seen anywhere. The gym looks really cool with its black walls and colorful lighting. The pricing is too good to be true levels of cheap. However, it has two major flaws: 1. The bathrooms are filthy 2. The squat rack area isn't properly cooled I went in with a free pass and I'm glad I didn't buy a membership. I could only get three sets of squats in before I started getting early symptoms of heat exhaustion. I've been squatting heavy for 15 years and I've lifted in all kinds of facilities, including garage gyms. This is the first time I've had this happen. The squat racks are way in the back with basically no ventilation. It's only a matter of time before someone passes out. On the bright side, if you can't use the saunas for whatever reason, you can sit back there for a while and get basically the same effect.

Fully packed gym. Dirty bathrooms and highly professional scammers wanting you to go into the training program and will make you then commit to a year plan without you knowing of it as they will tell you to get your plan via email but yeah if you don't read the contract you will have to pay 250 usd without you knowing it. Avoid at all costs. Rat hungry of money gym

I am livid! For the past couple of days, Amped Fitness has completely failed to provide hot water in the showers. Do you know how infuriating it is to finish an intense workout and step into a shower that feels like the Arctic Ocean? I am paying top dollar for a membership here, and I can't even get a basic amenity like hot water. This is beyond ridiculous! I've spoken to the management, and their lack of urgency to fix this issue is appalling. What are we paying for if not for a functioning facility? Cold showers are not just an inconvenience; they're a slap in the face to every paying member. This is an embarrassment for any gym, let alone one that claims to offer a 'premium' experience. I am beyond frustrated and am seriously considering canceling my membership. If this issue isn't resolved immediately, you can be sure I'll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging everyone I know to do the same. You've lost the trust and respect of your members, and it's going to take a lot more than an apology to earn it back.

Amped is a great gym with some awesome equipment and lighting however with that said almost always there is no equipment available (DBs especially) and there is crowds of people usually with a Brocoli Haircut that crowd benches and just sit there or play on their phone. it gets worse, don't try going to the bathroom ever at amped bc at least in the men's bathroom there is always no toilet paper and one of the stalls doesn't even have a toilet paper holder. when I approached management I was told " I only work here " there is also inconsistencies with management and their rules for example they preach "no shirt no membership" I have been their many times when someone has no shirt and even walks by the workers at the front desk and no one says anything. so yeah nice gym but definitely don't recommend. oh and I was told by management that it's not a "content gym" whatever that means bc all I see on their social media is well content.

The staff is great from my experience, all very friendly and helpful. The equipment in the gym is nice as well, although they need more duplicates of certain machines. Those are the only good things about the gym. Unfortunately $10 rates bring $10 crowds. The gym is always PACKED and most members have pretty poor gym etiquette. The locker rooms are also always filthy.

I read multiple reviews on how this gym signs you up for plans you don’t ask for but I give them a chance. I signed up in the summer of 2022 around June or July for 6-8 months. I recently came in to cancel my professional trainer contract since I wasn’t using it to find out they signed me up for 12 months instead 6-8 months. I now have to pay them 250 to cancel which they want on the spot. The gym is nice but don’t ever get a personal trainer with this gym. If you do throughly read the contract. I will never do another personal trainer again!!!!

Excellent staff, and equipment would be good if it was maintained. Machines are often broken and take forever to get fixed. I’m not sure why a gym with so many members doesn’t have a mechanic fixing equipment in a timely manner.

It’s a great gym, especially for the price point. Cleanliness and attention to detail not so great. The management seems to care and they do the best they can. They have a great attitude overall. All they need to do is clean up those bathrooms, and fix the water fountain. I saw the same pieces of toilet paper in the same place for about 3 days in a row. That tells me they aren’t cleaning consistently. Im glad they fixed the sauna though. That was awesome.

I’ve been a member at the gym for quite some time and this is my back up gym (last option). Only reason for the membership is the 24/7. Gym is dirty, bathrooms are always disgusting, machines and dirty rags with spray. If you use the rags to wipe the machines you are just dirtying them more. *Very very important, can the staff that leaves are night put the music at an acceptable level? The music is obnoxiously loud when I go during the early hours.*

The level of customer service at Amped Fitness is extremely low. I visited here as a guest on October 30, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. to look over the amenities. But when it was time for me to depart, I was informed that my driver's license was locked in a room and I was unable to locate it. I was not aware that visitors were expected to vacate by 9:00 p.m. The front desk manager, Jasmine, was quite unpleasant and said she couldn't do anything when I spoke with her. It should be possible to get staff at this gym around-the-clock. Not only is this an annoyance, but it also poses a risk because neither I nor your unattended customers are free to leave.

They charge everyone different club fees, and membership amounts. I pay $45 dollars a year in club fees. My sister only paid 20? This gym is also constantly dirty, and regularly out of commission. I have gotten sick here, the floor is dusty, machines stay broken and out of commission a long time. Open path which is supposed to give 24 hr access doesn’t work to unlock door. They over sold the gym so parking is not convenient you have to walk from very far away. PRICING IS NOT TRANSPARENT THEY’RE SCAMMY!

Love this gym & the classes offered are great. However, the poor teacher is loosing his voice keeping the high energy in the room with music blasting and him trying to instruct the class. Please get this man a microphone and possibly a fan to keep the air flow in the room going when it’s crowed.

I just got off the phone with an employee that could not give me answers as to why my card was charged a day before the schedule date on the SIGNED service agreement. I told the personal trainer offering services that I would get a feel for the gym before agreeing to go through with personal training services and was given two weeks which I felt was fair at the time. I called this morning and told them that I was not interested in the services and my card was charged the same morning I called to tell them I did not want the services even though the service agreement clearly stated that the payment was due at a later date. Now I have to schedule an appointment to speak with a manager about professionalism and why their employees are making charges on cards that are not authorized for the dates they’re being charged. Very decent gym. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY PERSONAL TRAINING. They very clearly do not care about their members and their health, only what they’re being compensated for the services that they offer. I am not the first Member to have this issue with this gym either. Hope this helps for those considering making this their home gym. I have not even been a member for a month yet and already have issues.

Cody is an amazing human being. He was very helpful and kind. Very nice personality and he explained everything I needed to know. He also gave me a tour of the gym and explained every section in detail.

I began my membership with this gym 5 months and everyone in the facility has amazing energy! I’d like to point out Esteban at the front desk. He is extremely welcoming and does everything with a smile. My trainer Nick has provided me with the tools I need to continue my fitness journey. Management is always kind and ready to assist you with any concerns.

Clean gym. Very nice equipment. They have a fine for people who don’t clean equipment or fail to put their stuff away. I hope they continue to enforce this rule so that we can keep this sanctuary an enjoyable and motivating space.

Amazing gym 10/10 recommend for any new and comfortable gym practitioner. Price is amazing and equipment is endless. Also have a water bed for smooth recovery and as well as a message gun team, known as revamps. Trainers are by far all great and haven’t let me down. This is where you want to he believe me

Joel at amped is the best! I was having a hard time with the open path app and even though he was off the clock he was very patient and even volunteered to help me. The Gym is clean the equipment is valid and the crew is even better. This is a great Gym atmosphere.

Great gym! Beautiful atmosphere and great people. I love all of the classes they offer especially Ax3 classes. Marcus the training manager has amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. I finally have muscle showing in my arms and Im so happy 😁😂Tell him I sent you and believe me you wont be disappointed.

Hey I really love this gym, no complaints at all, my trainer Justin is awesome, the monthly price is definitely worth it. I have recommended friends and family already to the gym. The management is also very helpful, Matt has helped a couple times with my open path when I had issues, answers every question I have.

Great experience and and plenty of equipment to use! So happy i switched gyms. Vivi at the front desk always takes care of me checking in and does it with a smile, she’s great!
