GMG Cycle classes are the boom, filled with energy, up to date equipments and fun music! Instructor Georgette and staff has a ball of energy to share with you when you are low, they’ll brings you right back to your high while cycling! Personal trainings are very personal, the trainers are dedicated to you and focuses on you only! This is the place to be before work, after work and on Saturdays for your exercise needs.

Georgette Is an awesome trainer! I’ve been training with her for several months and love my results! Her knowledge and expertise combined with her passion and love for people are demonstrated throughout each training session. I would highly recommend GMG Fitness! Doesn’t matter what level you’re on, you’re sure to be challenged in a fun, and healthy way! The gym atmosphere is amazing! It’s intimate with new, modern equipment. Always clean and smells great! Georgette listens to her clients without being a push over which is just the balance I need!

The best gym experience I have ever had. Georgette is truly the greatest. The gym is always pristine & Georgette feels like family at this point! She is so personable and knows I like a push so my workouts are always tailored to challenge me (in the best way) and I leave the gym feeling very proud & accomplished💪🏿! GMG Fitness is a five star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ boutique gym by all means. The gym is always spotless! I love the fact there are two showers that you can use after a great workout and a kitchen with healthy snacks...
