5 stars because Patricia was amazing. My mom and I came in close to closing time in December and she was able to get us a puppy that was located at another location brought over to us and made the whole process seamless. She is definitely a great sales person. The price was more than I expected but I am so in love with my puppy so it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend you all ask for Patricia

Jackie was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and went through the steps of not only finding the right puppy but everything that goes into the packages you go home with for the pup. It was an easy purchasing experience and we love our new pup

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They offered a lot of benefits like vet visits and training that we sadly couldn't use due to us living far, but they gave us everything we needed to start off included with our little Shiba! Kenji hasn't had any medical issues and got used to his new home really quickly. Overall a great place to start off if you plan on getting a puppy.

Fantastic experience. From beginning to end. Everyone was so nice and the help was so great. Nicolai was so attentive. He’s personality and positive attitude made our experience well worth it. Today we had the most amazing experience at Petland Pembroke Pines. We added the most precious little baby to our family. Our sales person Luis Andrew was so amazing 🤍 he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience and that we were 100% satisfied with our decision. based on all the wonderful reviews I was excited to visit Petland for the first time. upon arrival, I was not formally greeted. I did not feel welcomed at all. the first dog I met had dry hair with dandruff. One of my son's shoes came off and I can tell you this floor does not get cleaned. my son's sock was so black with dirt. the employees are huddled up in the back chatting amongst themselves. overall I was disappointed in the employee's behavior no eye contact from anyone. the employees care more about the latest gossip instead of attending walking customers. the puppies are so cute and deserve better treatment, someone in the back yelled at the dogs for barking and jumping? that's how dogs behave, why punish them for it? juan the manager is helpful, attentive and has great mannerism.

Thanks to both Adrian and sal for the help of getting my new best friend. My dog was love at first site and with their help we got the deal done. If you ever come to Petland if Pembroke Pines these two will help you out and you too will walk out with a best friend

Pet land pembrook pines is great. They were super helpful from the moment we walked in all the way through finishing the adoption and paperwork. Caitlin in particular was really awesome and did a great job getting our applications processed and helping us figure out exactly what we needed to buy. Would definitely recommend this location!

We came in without any type of expectations, but we ended up with the most beautiful pomeranian. Jade was amazing, she explained everything to us and made the process extremely easy. If you guys are thinking of buying a puppy I highly recommend coming here! The entire staff was amazing.

Visited the Pembroke Pines location about 3 weeks ago. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Enzo and Stephanie were knowledgeable and had made it easy for us to make our choice. We came home that night with Roxie! Definitely recommended!
