    Leonor in the Men’s Department is the best employee here!!! She was very helpful with my husband even though the store was about to close! She helped my husband to tie the tie .She was very patience and kind.

    As I said within the building there are many shops & as you go round shopping or looking from one shop to another you don't really differentiate whether its J C Penny or what name but generally they are friendly and helpful.

    Worst experience ever!!! I went to jcpenny to take my baby his 6 months old photos I was 15 minutes late because the baby was sleeping so when I get there I told the lady but she was mad, so we started to take the pictures she didn’t even say something or waited for the baby to smile at the end she took 16 horrible photos to my baby and of those 16 photos I just could take 3…. So if you are thinking to go to JCPenney for photos think twice

    I ordered something online for store pickup at the store and the tracking number showed the item was delivered but yet they never updated the order status on the Jcpenney site. When my husband went to pick up the item they told him it wasn't in the store yet or may have not been sorted. It's been a week and the order status is still showing as "In transit to the store" I called Customer service and was told there's basically nothing they can do. I called the store and spoke with a manager and she was going to call me back and no call back.

    The worse shopping experience. There is no one in the department to help. One cashier with about 7 people in the line. Once I got to the cashier, I asked for help in the shoe department, and she called someone. 15 mins later, I'm still standing there with this cashier just looking at me. I finally gave up and left.

    Rude customer service. My wife went to return items sent as gifts to exchange for alternates. The lady at customer service refused exchanged and then when she finally agreed to exchange she did it with nothing short of a major attitude. Had to have a manager accept the return and then continued telling my wife they wouldn’t do it again. Then on a subsequent visit to pick up items just today that were ordered.. a different rep tried to tell my wife one of the items wasn’t ready for pick up. However when my wife refused to sign saying she got the items the rep when in the back and miraculously 2 minutes later the order was ready for pickup. Yet the rep had nothing to say about why he suggested she come back later for the items when she was already told it was ready for pick up. Do not buy gifts here as your loved ones will be badgered for exchanges. Also just rude customer service reps that badly really badly need training. I can see a very good reason for this store to go out of business. Lost all touch with how to treat people or do business.

    Not the same JCPenney's I remember years and years ago it's more like a clearance center but it's still my store I had to go buy some stuff they didn't have a couple things in my color but that was okay for me I got everything on sale I saved like 50 bucks on the product I need it and I was happy I didn't have time to go looking but I will go back it looks like and some of the areas there's a clearance center now.

    I had the best experience at this location. My husband surprised me with matching watches but mine needed another link. Pooja in jewelry really took care of us. She tried and she tried and we found a solution. She truly went above and beyond. Great customer service. Lately, great service and employees that genuinely care has been hard to come across. They hardly get the recognition they deserve. Thank you Pooja! You will see me again.

    One of the female managers with Carmel hair and thick black glasses was honestly the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. She was unkind condescending, stuck up and had an attitude which was very irritating. Awful customer service. I would rather shop anywhere else than ever go back there again lol

    Customer service from Cindy was probably the worst customer service I've had in a long time. Zero patience with me or the worker. Will not be returning, I'd rather go to other department stores

    The store is neat and clean. The prices are good. They have a salon, eyeglasses, photo, and much more. The clothes are a hit and miss with me. I'm not too big on fashion. I keep it simple. When I find my style I purchase it. The associates are all different in their approach to customers. I come here often, too often and I can chime in on customer service. Few employees are very helpful, others treat you like you are bothering them. Employees should not talk about the customers after they leave. Well at least not in front of other customers. That's very rude. The worst part neither employee have the decency to say this is not the time for this. I tend to ignore bad services but that is not good for the company. That's one of reason I tend to shop online. I don't have to deal with the associates that seems to be having a bad day. I wish they would bring back the scanners to check for the prices. It's a hassle to bring all those items to the register and leave them there because that's not the price I assumed. No wonder the employees are miserable. It may be from over working because of all those go backs.

    I did not like the attention of the cashier Nishat. She put the clothes I bought in the bag as if I were going to the laundry. I felt discrimination because I am Latina. Observe that with other clients, non-Latinos, the same did not happen.

    I've always liked JCPenny but haven't shopped in store in a long time. I had a hard time getting assistance in both departments I was looking in & no one tending the dressing room to try things on. When I finally chose a couple of items to purchase (probably would've been a lot more if I had some help) I had to walk around the entire 2nd floor to find a checkout station with an actual person there to check me out. (I know, I know, like everything else - it's because of Covid - right?) Gone are the days of customer service, Covid is a convenient scapegoat.

    Places an order for home delivery and it was changed for store pick up. I am out of the country and no one can answer the phone to put a hold on the order. Spoke with a rude lady at the store and without allowing me to explain what the situation was and ask for assistance she transferred me to “.com” where no one answered the phone. Frustrating. My order would be returned and a hassle to order again. Will find my product some place else once the money ir returned to my account.
