Rude
customer
service.
My
wife
went
to
return
items
sent
as
gifts
to
exchange
for
alternates.
The
lady
at
customer
service
refused
exchanged
and
then
when
she
finally
agreed
to
exchange
she
did
it
with
nothing
short
of
a
major
attitude.
Had
to
have
a
manager
accept
the
return
and
then
continued
telling
my
wife
they
wouldn’t
do
it
again.
Then
on
a
subsequent
visit
to
pick
up
items
just
today
that
were
ordered..
a
different
rep
tried
to
tell
my
wife
one
of
the
items
wasn’t
ready
for
pick
up.
However
when
my
wife
refused
to
sign
saying
she
got
the
items
the
rep
when
in
the
back
and
miraculously
2
minutes
later
the
order
was
ready
for
pickup.
Yet
the
rep
had
nothing
to
say
about
why
he
suggested
she
come
back
later
for
the
items
when
she
was
already
told
it
was
ready
for
pick
up.
Do
not
buy
gifts
here
as
your
loved
ones
will
be
badgered
for
exchanges.
Also
just
rude
customer
service
reps
that
badly
really
badly
need
training.
I
can
see
a
very
good
reason
for
this
store
to
go
out
of
business.
Lost
all
touch
with
how
to
treat
people
or
do
business.
