It was time to get a new mattress but I dreaded shopping for it. I stopped in two places prior to Mattress Firm Pembroke Lake Square. I had a very pleasant shopping experience because of the knowledgeable and awesome salesman, Daniel Larsen. He was so patient and helped me to determine which mattress was most comfortable for me. The shopping experience I dreaded, turned out to be very enjoyable one.

Daniel was my sales person and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I am a very difficult customer with back, hip and heat issues. He suggested many different beds that I tried. I finally decided on the Tempur-pedic pro adapt. I tried it for a few months but decided it did not work for me. Even though the bed didn’t work out for me, I highly recommend working with Daniel.

I had a great experience while visiting this location. Chris O. was very informative and attentive to my concerns. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased the Tempur-Adapt mattress aalong with the ease base. I FELT SOOO RELAXED!!!! I didn’t expect to spend as much as I did, but now that I’m older and starting to feel every ache and pain I realize a good mattress is worth the investment.

Wow, the customer attention at this Mattress Firm is beyond me. Chris had greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door even though he had been already helping another couple. Gave me the rundown and asked politely to give him a couple minutes while I got some glances in on the store. From there the real magic began, with a couple probing questions he had already seemed to create a profile of which mattress’s would be suit me; almost like he was the computer. He so elegantly showed me all the differences and was open and transparent about prices and what would be the best deal for me. I wish more places had people like Chris, will definitely be back soon.

Rather than counting sheeps, Dennis immersed us in a world of plush clouds. He was knowledgeable, informative and above all, very thorough but not pushy.
