This store deserves no stars; what a retarded concept, you pay with your debit card, which by the way IS cash and you can't get cash back or have it automatically put back on your card. What you do get, is a check to your house two weeks after the return. However, the employees are so incompetent they incorrectly write your name, even though you handed them your ID. Thus making it impossible to cash the check. Furthermore, despite the incident being the employees mistake, the customer has to send the check back to corporate via mail with a Letter explaining the issue. What day in age are we in? Step up your game Stevemadden. If you must buy a Steve Madden shoe I highly suggest you go to Nordstrom or Macy's where the people are competent and getting your money back isn't such a mission. P.s Your shoes are a copy of trendy better quality shoes anyways; done with this store FOREVER.

I called the store to see if the shoes I wanted to exchange were in my size. Nicole was very helpful she actually looked for my size while I was on the phone to avoid me driving there for no purpose. The store was 10 mins from closing and this lovely young woman waited for me to complete her final transaction. ironically we shared the same birthday no wonder she was generous enough to wait for me. Thank you so much Nicole for your excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting this location again

I would personally like to thank Jose Rodriguez, Nicole Bejarano & Steph Coby. Resin being is that there was a pair of sneakers that I had seen a month ago and never to advantage of buying them on the spot… this was 2 months ago. I came in today and they were not on display from what I could see, Jose found the shoe on a display in front of the store but we could not find the other one in the box…. Nicole, Steph & Jose looked in the. Ack of the store like crazy for me and after a few minutes not only did they find them but they were my exact size!!! Jose even went as far as cleaning them for me as one of the shoe was on display had been handled a little bit I removed all dirt and made it look brand new for me. This is a primary example of the pinnacle of customer service a big round of applause for these three employees and believe that you should hire more employees just like these and allow these three to set a standard on what hires to bring on moving forward. These three were amazing in every way shape and form and made my experience excellent.

I needed a pair of shoes for a party, the sales associate Nicole was very helpful and picked out the best pair for me! The store was also very organized and had great customer service!

The sales associates are awesome! Charessah M. was super helpful, smiled, and had great attitude consider it being Black Friday with shoppers being on edge.

Hello, I was at the Steve Madden store in Pembroke Pines on Friday, I searched the variety of shoes and found a pair that I wanted, the young lady gave me the shoes I tried them on. Love the shoes was standing at the counter ready to pay and I was the only customer ready to pay. I asked the young lady behind the counter who was at the register. Can someone ring me up please? She looked up and said in a second. Not only that there were 2 orher associates behind the counter. No one assisted me so I turned and left the $79 shoes on the counter. I don’t think it’s wise for store associate to tell paying customers. “ I’ll be with you in A second especially when no one else is standing in front at the register ready to pay. Not only that I’m a person who love Steve Madden 👠. I gave quite a few pairs. Need customer service training. Don’t think I will be going back to that store.

!!!!HORRIBLE!!! I purchased heels from this location where I then took home and tried on came to the conclusion that the Heels were extremely uncomfortable! I went back to the store exactly 35 DAYS later! With the intent NOT TO GET MY MONEY BACK… because I was well aware I passed the 30 days you have to get your money back which is COMPLETELY FINE! I simply wanted to either get a bigger size and or exchange for another pair of heels that weren’t uncomfortable. And I was accused of “walking on rocks” by the store manager! and was denied absolutely no solution! THANK YOU SOO MUCH TO THE KIND MANAGER AT THE SAWGRASS LOCATION where I addressed the same… thing I told the general manager at Pembroke Pines THAT I ONLY PUT THE SHOES ON INSIDE OF MY HOUSE ONCE TO TRY THEM ON! How else would I know the heels are comfortable or not unless I put them on! But because it was “clear” I wore them “over rocks” she refused to help! WHERE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT SAWGRASS GAVE ME NOOO ISSUE AT ALL. AND LITERALLY SAID “these shoes don’t even look that bad” SO AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE GENERAL MANAGER IN SAWGRASS! As Per the location in pines I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
