    The worse experience ever, never thought that it would have been me. Today I was racially profiled by a BJ’s employee who the manager later identified as being a front end cashier personnel name Liza. As I was at the self checkout, Liza who is a white female was right in front of me at one of the self checkout lanes adjusting something then suddenly I accidentally scanned one of my items twice. Once I tapped the button for assistance this is when she overlooked me as I said "excuse me" she deliberately ignored me and proceeded to assist a Hispanic couple who light had just went off, at this point I remained calm until I saw that there was another opportunity for her to come over to assist me when she proceeded to ignore and help yet another guy who was a white male at this point I was furious and immediately went to the front desk to ask for a manager in which I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Maureen. At this point I will be canceling my membership I refuse to pay on a membership where I am discriminated against because of the color of my skin. This is hideous and beyond sad.

    I googled Bjs gas near me and was directed here. 4 miles from where I was only to get here and see they do not have a gas station for the store. If I would have known I would have just stopped at one of the stations I was close to. Drove out of my way for nothing.

    Visited this BJ’s again and Nae in customer service was such a great help! I purchased multiple items online, and somehow I ended up not receiving the whole order. Nae was friendly and helpful, making sure I left a happy customer and with all the times I purchased including the items I did not receive the last time!

    The last few times I have visited this location have been awful. The wait for checkout is entirely too long; there are not enough open lanes with cashiers and the self checkout lines always need cashier assistance. It is really a drag. I also signed up for the store card and it works everywhere but doesn't work at the store. I went the customer service counter to address the issue and representative told me he wasn't the bank. Not a fan.

    My husband bought a huge box of Apple Turn overs. These had dried out little bit of apple pieces inside. So dry, no taste, hardly any apples inside.. Terrible. Worse ever. But they have good Juices, and oranges..

    I went to get my order from BJ they say my order was not ready and I come back again and it still saying the same thing and when I was going inside and find out they had my groceries all outside on shopping cart they did not keep inside the refrigerator it was all inside in a shopping cart the meat was inside a shopping cart the sour cream was inside the shopping cart and the guacamole they had inside the shopping cart it was not inside the refrigerator the workers and BJ’s are not doing their job right i Talk to the manager she seems like she’s on their side because they were busy that’s no excuse to keep food outside of the refrigerator when it supposed be inside of the refrigerator

    You guys really need to look into the people that pack and deliver the groceries to your car. It’s every-time I go, that I have this issue. On Thursday I go to pick up my online order. First of all, the guy packing the orders TELLS me to go grab a cart rudely. Then he proceeds to put my things in the cart within 2minutes, mind you I ordered a lot of things. When I get the cart everything is basically thrown in there, the bananas and bread were all the way at the bottom under EVERYTHING. My laundry detergent was missing the cap and the bottle was basically about to pop from how squished it was. The softener was completely upside down and the lady checking my receipt was the one who noticed it was completely leaking all over the ground. Thankfully she sent them to fix the cart and she helped me check off the list to make sure my items were there. This location by far has the worst online order packing employees. Don’t get me wrong, I love Bjs and out of all the other clubs bjs is my preferable option, but this issue needs fixing.

    One of my products was open and missing an item. The only option provided by customer service was to drive back 30 minutes away from my home to return the item. Even if it is pouring out, check all of your items when using curbside pickup.

    Lots more choices than Sam's Club, but no one wants to work. There's one cashier. Line as far as could be. There's self checkout but for 10 or less items. They've recently changed the other self checkouts to 20 items or less. It did not have a limit previously. So my husband went to it anyway. No one was using them. We were ALL in line at the one cashier. Horrible. Nothing but side eyes from the "manager" at her podium in front of the registers. The EMPTY registers. Then, I love how after you check your own groceries out, the people at the front use their "x-ray vision" to scan your receipt to see if you're a shoplifter. I'm going to Sam's from now on. They have their checkout process better honed.

    Been a member since 08. Our place to buy automobile tires, every time we have the installation of tires for $40.00 included balance $ Rotation every 6000 miles. Enclose our last purchase.

    Overall, I always have a good experience. However, I needed Clorox wipes but I was told they did not have a forklift driver, so they were not able to bring the pallet down from the rack. I thought you would always want to have a forklift driver available in a warehouse setting.

    I have been shopping at this location for years. But today the cashier, Carletha, deserves a special shoutout, she was the fastest cashier and truly took care of all her customers. If I were a business owner I’d hire her in an instant. In general too, the staff is very kind and polite!

    Horrible service been there 4 times in one week and the only size diaper I need has been sitting on the shelf for a week, apparently there is never a fork lift driver working. Never coming again

    So they put the slowest cashier on 20 items or more standing here now going on 20 min. If you are buying less than 20 items come here if it is more get ready to waste your time in line. Should have gone to the one on 57th they are so quick!

    The worst customer service I ever seen. The rewards promotions are just a scam. I haven't been able to use mines. They said I'm supposed to have $30 but they never credited as they said they will post to my account automatically, but every time I call customer service all they said is that I have to wait a few more days, months went by and there's nothing. And this is all over bjs. Fake promotions, fake rewards and Noone has a clue of what they are doing. So unprofessional and annoying.

    I love BJs over any other wholesale store. I haven never had issues until today when I came across A gentleman with name starts with B end with a t maybe he was having a bad day for being a long weekend but to my impression he shouldn’t be at the door greeting or checking receipts when heading out the store he didn’t even smile or a hi. He needs to relax and not judge people for how they look or talk. Next time smile and don’t answer back or be a smart mouth. Customers are the ones you make your store a success and so you can have a job

    There is almost never a line. The employees are always polite and helpful. In my opinion it is hands down better than costco and Sam's club.

    Visited today, Locations entrance is structured wrong causing for customers to collide as they enter or exit the store. You can't ask for help because everyone ignores you.

    This Bj is the worst, costumer service is very rude , Lorna took forever with one costumer, did not call back up for help, other employees passed by you ask something and their reply is I DONT KNOW. Train this people ASAP

    Service at tire department is non existent. Usually only one person working and they don’t honor appointments. Will help walkins with minor problems and not work on my car. Hire more people. BJ’s is not like it used to be.

    I was charged $25.00 last year to renew my membership but this year I was told by a store manager I can’t do it even though I get a discount through my company then she hung up…. Great customer service should be ashamed of themselves
