Grand opening in Pines. $1 drink!! Great coffee. Staff is Always pleasant! 3 stores strong but still a small business so come out and support.

We visited on the grand opening day! We had the pleasure of meeting and by served by the owners. This is there 3rd location in South Florida. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The staff are conprised of real awesome people. The drinks were $1.00 which is an awesome opening day deal that allowed customers to try different options of coffees, shakes, and other drinks. We waited in line for at least 45 minutes but it was definitely worth it! Highly recommended.

This is such a great place. The coffee is fantastic and the customer service is 10/10!!! The girls were super nice to us and give us a lot of good recommendations. I recommend the chocolate milk based drinks! My partner got the banana hazelnut and it’s really good too! The employees noticed I had my dog with me and they brought her a small pup cup, without me asking! Love this place. Two medium coffees with a couple of add one came out to $13!!! Their stickers are also super cool! Love this place, we will definitely be coming back!

Super energetic staff! How do they do it? I did a walk up order. There is no lobby---like a Farms Store or a Checkers. It is so hot outside! Got cold ice coffee. Great taste and cool vibe. They have stickers for $2-$5 for 1 or 3, respectively. Their rewards application is only for iOS, or webpage. No Android support. You can still join by phone number. I do wonder if they allow reusable cups or have a reusable cup program since the City of Pembroke Pines and many other metropolitan cities in Florida no longer recycle plastic.

Great Coffee, young ladies working there were really sweet and had great suggestions. Really doggy friendly as well!

The drinks are so delicious. I usually get coffee, but today I wanted something different. I asked the server at the window what he recommended and he kindly helped me pick out a tasty frozen drink. I wish I had his name for this review. I think he was the manager. I was there around 12pm today. Thanks again Cali! 🥤

First time at Cali Coffee and I loved it! The coffee is great and have a great variety os styles and flavors. Customer service was super. Chris at the outside window was very friendly and helpful.

Okay so what can I say? I’m actually not a huge coffee drinker but because Theresa works there, I HAD to try it! The customer service was absolutely second to none! I felt special! I left with a huge smile on my face (and the vanilla milkshake I got was delicious!). I’ve been back a few times now and continue to experience an excellent customer service experience, especially with Samantha and Michelle! Many thanks!!

I honestly didn’t expect too much, as I’m not much of a coffee or energy drink type of person, but I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of flavors and variety of drinks the store had. The menu didn’t make me feel confined to a select few items and the personnel was outstanding. Excellent customer service and very friendly team. I cannot wait to go back to try it again! Definitely recommend!

First time trying this place and I will return so my review is not bias and I can further understand the concept and reciepes Cali Coffee has to offer. Being that Starbucks is 1.2 miles away, which is 7 minutes away from my home and Publix is my home why not. I decided to drink a medium size frozen calypso soda. The first cashier was very professional and educated me on the options available you can have 3 types of bases soda, tea, or there house made energy drink. The second cashier at the window was nice as well. I would recommend however not to have your hands on the body of the straw especially playing with it so close to your face, the same straw ima use to drink, since I was sick which was why I completely caught that, not a germaphobe, but just keep in mind. Perhaps hold the straw with a napkin would be more appreciated. I was already sick so a lil germs wouldnt kill me lol. On the upside she did offer to exchange my drink if it wasn't what I liked and was nice to add a little note on the cup. Calypso Soda Ice Medium: refreshing, I can taste the sweet tones at the end, the ice overpowered the drink l, perhaps next time i should of chosen regular ice. It was very light, refreshing as if drinking a sparkling water with a hint of flavor. Over all experience of today: it was nice, the people where pleasant and the drink was refreshing. I'm glad that pembroke pines gets to taste and have a glimpse of this type of service. Congratulations Calicoffee on your opening. To be continued.... ;)

Blah Coffee! As coffee lover I came here with big expectations. Sadly I was disappointed with the menu, flavor and service. It’s drive thru mainly and is supposed to be fast, it took a while to get my order only with 3 cars in the line. Menu does not display prices clearly, so be aware. I got a simple iced coffee that cost $6 (not worth it), it was watery American coffee, warm not even cold, and didn’t have the kick of the expresso as they claimed it had… it could be a dream coffee place in the area… unfortunately is not. Location is new, clean and has a place to sit that is the only reason I give 2 stars.

The coffee was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer! Try walking up to the window and ordering for that old-school vibe. My coffee came with this very needed message. Highly recommend the latte with macademia nut milk and sugar-free white chocolate syrup 😋😋😋

1st timer so I got my free coffee! I got the cosmo iced coffee and the flavor was very good. The right amount of sugar milk n most importantly a great amount of coffee! staff was friendly and attentive. Didn’t wait long in the drive thru even tho there was a buncha cars. Definitely will be visiting again !

This is a nice drive thru coffee, shake and drink place. I MUCH prefer this over Starbucks. It's a nice treat on days when you want a little pick-me-up. Always friendly staff and tasty drinks. If you're looking to save money on your Starbucks drinks, this is the place for you. The drink size is bigger, while the price is smaller. Win-win! The only downside is a smaller menu, but I actually prefer that, too much to choose from otherwise. And they have what I want.

We love the Cali crew! The specialty drinks are delicious, the coffee is strong and the crew works fast. Plus we love the seasonal drinks and the stickers. Can’t say enough good things about our favorite coffee spot!

Off the bat, I can tell you their customer service is top notch. And I appreciate any business whose main goal is the service they provide to their customers. I have not tried all their coffee options, so this review is solely about their "Cuban" coffee. It was not good at all, to me and my two family members that were with me. I will return to try the other options.

I’ve purchased from here twice. Each time, the service has been great and lively. Most importantly, the coffee and the variety of options are great! I visit Pembroke Pines 3-4 times a year and it’ll continue being my go to spot for good coffee. Starbucks who?!!

The coffee and service here is 10/10! All the staff here are welcoming, so friendly and sweet, Tree, Katie and guy with the tattoos are our regular morning servers and they are phenomenal!! Always on point with our coffee and bring the best energy to our mornings. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick coffee spot

Happiest group of staff I’ve ever seen at a coffee shop and the coffee was delicious. Really helpful with starting my day off with a great cup of coffee.
