Their

states
they
depart
for
Sawgrass
Mills
9:00,
10:15,
and
noon.
I
signed
up
for
the
10:15
departure
on
their
site.
I
received
a
call
around
9:15
stating
I
needed
to
be
there.
I
asked
why
because
the
site
states
30
mins
before
departure
which
was
9:45.
[
was
then
informed
the
site
was
wrong
and
they
only
have
one
departure
at
9:30.
I
inform
them
I
could
uber
over
since
we
were
dressed
and
only
.8
miles
away
and
could
be
there
by
9:30
They
told
me
they
couldn't
wait.
I
then
asked
could
I
just
pay
a
one-way
return
trip.
We
would
bare
the
cost
of
a
uber
to
Sawgrass
Mills.
I
was
told
I
would
have
to
pay
the
full
round
trip
fair
this
despite
the
site
ALSO
showing
a
one-
way
fee
was
available.
I
even
asked
since
we
missed
the
bus
ONLY
because
the
site
incorrectly
had
the
wrong
times
could
they
accommodate
my
wife
and
I
for
the
return.
Still
told
no.
What
poor
customer
service
despite
them
having
incorrect
info
on
their
own
site.
The
did
absolutely
nothing
to
attempt
a
compromise
despite
them
admitting
they
were
aware
the
site
was
incorrect.
I
typically
don't
even
write
reviews
but
felt
compelled
to
make
other
consumers
aware.
I
guess
they
have
enough
other
customers
trying
to
attempt
to
remediate
this
situation
was
important
enough.
