Service was slow. Got asked what we ordered just to get the food. No access to napkins or ketchup, no tea. A question for BK. When did a whopper Jr become the size of a slider? And $8?!?!? And to boot, the order was wrong. Glad we're just traveling through. If not, we'd never come here again.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could. The old lady at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no right to terrorize my daughter and scream at her while it’s her fault for not cooking the chicken burger the right away X2. Omg how hard can it be to just fix the order and let the customer leave happy. Poor customer service, poor food quality and poor management.

The manager old lady was extremely rude to us today! I understand she was short staffed. She needs more and better help. This is not the customers fault! We will still be expecting normal service. She’s obviously too old and angry to be working on simple BK orders especially understaffed! Do better BK!

Old Asian lady can't hear anything in the speaker, I don't even know where the speaker is. Was asked what I ordered when it was a mobile order, they should have that on the screen yes? Too many potholes all over the parking lot especially the drive thru. Not sure why they have a speed bump in drive thru I guess they want to damage cars along with the potholes. Will not go there again. Don't want to damage my car.

No salt and pepper no silverware spoons and forks for pies and ice cream in a cup. Took forever. Missed some food had to ask. No choc ice cream terrible service . Worst visit to Burger King never go to Pembroke Burger King ever. Spent over 200.00. Everyone was disappointed Need to hear from corporate to prove they care about public.

Today, I went to the bufar king for the first time, and this lady yelled at me and her attitude was ridiculous. She has no right to yell at a customer especially if it’s their first time or in general. Ordered seven items and only received five tried calling the store location which results in a dial tone and disconnection. No way possible to reach out to the store via telephone to talk to them about missing items and they delivered order.

absolutely disgusted at how we were treated. would give a 0 if i could. me and my friends got there at like 11:30 and they close at 12, ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and an oreo shake. we sat there at the window for 30 minutes with the workers sitting on their phones and not making the order. once we got it, we asked for marinara sauce on the side. couldn’t even get the question out before she slammed the window on us and the other worker flipped us off as we were driving us away. they didn’t even give us the right order and charged us for a root beer that we didn’t even order. i understand it was late, but it does not take that long to make a meal.

My girl ordered a rodeo whopper and was given a cheese burger wit onion rings on it mage then asked the person at the register and that woman told her she never got a whopper here before like how you gonna tell my girl what she has or hasn’t gotten here before terrible service pretty disrespectful

All one star reviews aside—I’ve been a Burger King fan for years and I’m kind of sad to hear they’re closing hundreds of restaurants in America this year. I’ve dined into this BK today and I’ve had a great whopper and fries, just like always. Hopefully none of the burger kings in Massachusetts don’t get shut down. They’re a huge contribution to society.

I have been really wanting to try the new crispy chicken wrap. So I went three weeks ago and ordered a burger, fries, and a wrap! I got an old chicken sandwich and onion rings. With no wrap. I went last week, ordered the same thing and got a whopper with fries and no wrap. I went tonight again asking for the same thing and was handed a very small and light bag. And I could have said something but I just drove away laughing. And when I opened this bag tonight i was hoping beyond hope for a wrap and there was a… junior whopper! I don’t expect perfect service from a fast food place and taking the time to write a review is a bit silly. But with the price of fast food going up the service needs to better. I’m sure I’ll go back but it’s going to be a long time…

21 minutes to get mozzarella sticks. They favor drive-in orders which means you’re left waiting around.
