Cannot understand why the customer rating on booking.com was only 7.5 (May 2022). Hotel was fantastic, staff were very professional, genuinely appreciative of customers, and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience with them. Some of the best sleeps I ever had in my life here, comfortable beds and luxurious bed linen, rooms completely soundproofed, ambient music played in all corridors (a nice touch) but completely inaudible once you closed the door of your room. Couldn't hear a sound from neighbouring occupied rooms either. Room was very spacious and has everything you need. The hotel leaves a keycard in the room so your aircon and minifridge and the likes are always on, ensuring your room temperature is perfect when you get back to it... shower and bathroom facilities were awesome too. My original booking was for 3 nights, but I was so impressed and satisfied that I extended it for a further 3 nights. I visit Bali a lot and this hotel will be my first preference in future. I cant recommend it enough.

A bit tired looking and not worth the price charged, breakfast had amazing options though. Having a duvet instead of a sheet was a pain as it was too hot also pillows were too full and hard so had to use a sofa cushion. One of the duvet covers had a stain very noticeably on top so didn't use that bed.

-Dirty washroom. -Phone were not working ( we were only notified the day after when we came down and ask) -The couch pillows were extremely smelly. -Smell of cigarettes coming in from outside -Electric outlets were weirdly placed and some were not working The good thing about this hotel -Friendly staff -Strategic location for business stay

This is a terrible hotel DONT STAY HERE! Our room was dirty everything in the bathroom was broken and the tvs didnt work. To top it off we had cigarette smoke come to our bedroom through aircon. When we complain they didnt care. No fair customer service at all!!!

Usually I came just for gym. Really bad for the motorbike parking.

You will know that this hotel has its wonderful history. The room is huge. Its old, but acceptable condition. Two air conditioning units and two TV in each room. Breakfast menu can be improved. Hotel location is a big plus. Clean bathroom and sheets. Very friendly people, no doubt.

POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I stayed there on January 23rd to january 27th 2023. At that time the hotel scanned my credit card to secure a deposit. They correctly withdrew my expedia bill. with which I have no issue. However 5 additional amounts accounting to 80702 JPY were withdrawn against google ads exactly at the time I stayed there. The hotel was the only institution to physically touch my card in the previous two months. I used it on the 25th in Ubud and it cannot be that restaurant as the amounts were withdrawn beforehand. I approached the hotel to report the possibility that fraud has been committed by one of their staff. I contacted Google ads and they confirmed the card details were used by a third party (indonesian name gmail starting with S). Their accountant basically just said they have secure systems and their hotel does not record credit card information, This is PATENTLY untrue because I was shown a print out of my card details (name, number, expiry and PIN) printed on a paper. This can ONLY be done if my information was stored on their system. DO NOT LET THEM SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD I am still awaiting a satisfactory result from their accountant.

The rooms might seems not with the newest tech nor interior, but i am in love with the hospitality. The foods, and the service are very great!

This is an older hotel with spacious rooms. You could get a "suite" feeling rooms while only paying for ordinary rooms. The only drawbacks would be the feeling of a bit dirty in the floor and upholstery The breakfast was excellent throughout, I really appreciate it. All in all, if the rooms were renovated, and cleaned better, this would be the best value for money hotels in Denpasar area

Need more improvement on the cleaning and the bathroom. There is moss on the swimming pool wall. The AC remote is broken. Overall it's a good stay but need some improvement.

Had an amazing honeymoon with Aston Denpasar! They're very helpful, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, and the staff have a good initiative! A strategic place to strolling around!! We love their porridge and Waffles!!! Their service went above and beyond our expectations!!

Only here for meeting in the large ballroom, cool A/C, spacious parking, clean bathroom, niceky decorated, and surprisingly tasty dishes! Decent price too for famed hotel.

Basement was soooooo dark, only active lift area was lit, we kinda confused at first on where to park and which way to go up. Receptionists and room services personnel are polite, Room and bathroom is quite clean, no funny smell, the wardrobe is missing its handle. We got a problem with the room key and ended up with 5 card, but only 1 worked, got to wait for the service man to check and fixed it. A bit suggestion, next time this kind of door problem happen, immediately change the guest room to a better one so they don't have to wait for the door to be fixed first before continuing their day at the hotel. Thx.

THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL!! We were so disappointed as we arrived, first the location is not good for tourists! It is a business area in Denpasar. We were first given a room with two single beds, although we have booked a double bed room. The next room that we were offered was not clean. We asked them to clean the bathroom, but since everything is really old, even the cleaning didn’t help. Then we asked for another room, the new room was again not much of a progress. The staff are kind and try to help but the facility is too old, so cleaning can’t help with the dirty bathroom and walls. We had the booking for 7 nights, but at our 4th night there, the air conditioning started to have water leakage during the night, we were woken up by the sound of water dropping on our luggages and we could not tolerate it anymore. We checked out the next day but the refused to give us a refund.

The building start to be really old, the elevator used a bad system which make you them wait a really long time, which is really annoying when you have to get your card because the card to open the door dont work 1 time out of 2, my room got flooded after a big rain when I came back, no one seems to care, my clothes were all wet... hopefully they provide a big room, but it is really not something I would advice for the price.
