Overall : Really bad experiences - already turned on "do no disturb" but the house keeper still knocking the door - there was a hole in the ceiling (close to ac), so we need to switch room. But they gave a room which was very dirty (on the bed & towel - like nobody clean up for a long time ) & the hair dryer is also broken.

Arrived and just checked in 03 Aug 2022 The images of the pool are old. There is no shade umbrellas on the roof top pools and it is extremely hot on the top level. The pool on the first floor offers shade but it stinks of mould and the decking is falling apart and the bar is still closed. I am a member of Wyndham and I would never come here again. I have not even been in the room. Lucky we are just using the hotel for the day. Shame on the owner for not using the locals to fix up the place during Covid. Using Covid as an excuse is not good enough. The place has been run down for more than 2 years. The staff as always are extremely friendly and helpful.

Experience here was just above average. Location is absolutely great and no doubt in that. However, property is a bit old, bathroom had no curtains and water was overflowing towards the room. Room was maintained quite neat and no complaints. Majorly, the front-end reception staff(Aditya) was rude while answering guests. We just requested for an early check-in if there is a possibility, he could’ve just answered ‘No’ instead, he asked me if I want to sleep with other guests..! We didn’t want to spoil the moment and hence I didn’t get into any argument. They drastically need to improve guest interaction if they want to provide pleasing experience.

Rooms are quite good for a family ( 2 little kids and parents), but the linen is disheartening. theres some stains 7/10 Breakfast is average 7/10 Service is great for hospitality, except the receptionist had to behave with a customer

Good stay, breakfast buffet have many options including veg/non veg, swimming pool is awesome, large swimming pool at roof top 8th floor, except some issues like (AC not working properly, in washroom water blocked, so we got our room changed, we booked for 4 adults still not got interconnected rooms even after requesting) rest all things were good. Location is good, not in the market, and not very far away from market. Overall experience was good.

Nice stay staff is supportive breakfast had varity and some indian dishes too, i find it awesome place to stay with family my boy love swimming pool its clean nd perfect for kids on top floor. Room r clean sunlight comes straight inside in morning hv open lobby rack for cloth drying.overall i can say its worth its value in budget stay near to krishna for shopping, circle K just around da corner.

Upon check in , I was greeted by all the staff They kindly collected all my luggage from my car & were happy to store my stand up paddle board & paddle They then told me I had been upgraded to a junior suite & also included complimentary breakfast This was fantastic for me to hear as I had had quite a busy day

The hotel location, staff and breakfast is great. Good restaurants are at walking distance including an Indian restaurant. You can book this property if you are planning to cover kuta and seminyak area.

This is a nice hotel, with service by Wyndham. A 4 stars hotel in Bali, Indonesia. It is located on the Sunset road, not near to the beach. Some nice place nearby, like Krisna shopping for Bali souvenirs, foods, and many other things for your beloved in your home. Nearby also Warung Cahaya, you can find it on google maps, where you can enjoy pork meals, good taste too... Another nearby is Laota, another restaurant. It has pool on top roof, small size, but it shall be very hot in noon time as it is open sky pool. Its room is nice with some welcome things.. you can see on the attached video.. On the top roof, it has restaurant for breakfast too.. Nice thing from the hotel for me is allowing me to have my room at 9 am, what a very early check in...or I just to be very lucky.. For the television set, it has standar channels, including entertainment like hbo and others.

Below average rooms. AC drips through the night. Corridor was musty due to constant smokers. Gym was musty. Buffet breakfast was average Location not so great, and limited options to eat around the hotel

The Air conditioning unit was not working at all. We complained about it and they send someone in 30mins but after filling in the coolant/gas it still didn't work properly (at 2am). Next day we again complained about it and they send another person and he did the same and suggested that the AC would cool the room in 10mins which it didn't. We requested to change our room but that also didn't happen, At last we checked out way before we should have to avoid sweating in the room. Informed the same while checking out but they didn't pay any heed to what we had to say. We could not sleep the entire night on our first night of stay and they still has no remorse. Room 5215.

Very unpleasant, the service is really bad and doesn't reflect a star hotel. I stayed 28 c/o 29 I had left my shorts which I had hung on the bathroom door, when I was in the car I just remembered and immediately called the hotel to say that I had left my shorts in room 7109 I told the FO to save them first, later if I had time I would I took a hotel. The next day I called and asked to check first at lost n found and until now there was no answer, then I called again and asked. It was said that there were no items or anything left in the room. Obviously I hung up my trousers in the bathroom when I checked out and forgot to take them. I think please check who HK checked the room on the 29th, it's not honest, the staff seemed to be the ones who checked my room. Who is HK's manager? Please check with his subordinates

Its more of a Ramada budget hotel at sunset road. Service is good. They upgraded us from superior to deluxe room. Hotel is old but rooms are good enough at the rate we got it. Location wise it is good and accessible Breakfast is okay for Indian vegetarians. Opt for without breakfast rooms.

Staying 2 times and stayed more than 2 weeks the service of your team were completely didnt represnt the standard of wyndham that people were expecting from you. Lack of staff i could understand but lack of manner that is totally unaceptable. Why you have to put please make up room button when you still need to call when you wanted you room to be cleaned. Please you better fix your issues i hope the respected GM come down check personally his team. Reception this is the worst area you need to improve need to train them really hard to do basic courtessy call. Restaurant: lack of staff however appreciated they work so hard to deliver the service. I got this hotel at the last minute booking because other venue was fully booked. BUT I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is located right in the Sunset Road, quite literally in the middle of everywhere esp when you plan to go to Denpasar. Staff service was excellent; they got many trainees with excellent attitude. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. It was informed upon check-in that cleaning service was request-based, the room was clean and airy (thanks to the balcony). All in all, it was a happy stay. I'd definitely return here again in my next trip.

The hotels room furniture is old not too well maintained, but quite spacy. Clean is average. Location is very strategic. Price is average. Bathroom amenities is available.

Possibly the worst possible experience I ever had in any Ramada that I have stayed at. First I was offered a room with no view, after requesting for a change got a better room and the AC started dripping water in first 20 minutes if my stay there. It took them 3 hours to fix that without offering me another room. The washroom drain had some problem so the floor was always wet and if you happened to spill any shampoo or body wash pray for your life then. The rooms have poor sound proofing, I could hear the guests next room. The AC started dripping again in the middle of the night.

The place has seen it's better days. I guess when the pandemic hits, they couldn't keep up with maintenance. Broken parquet, rusty fixtures, AC not working in gym room, etc. The deluxe room is somehow cramped, if you brought 3 suitcases and a kid, you really have to work your way inside the room. I've seen same space of room in different hotel where they arrange it quite well and felt roomy. I got a queen bed, that was actually made from joined single beds, not a good experience, especially if you happened to be in the middle. The first day we had breakfast, there's a huge group of tourists swarming the bfast place, clearly they were understaffed, the management should foresee this. Food was not refilled well, tables were not cleaned, leftovers was spotted on the serving table, it was not a good scene. They also have a good side, their selection of gym equipments, their clean pool, their helpful staffs, and their location (there's a circle K just outside the hotel).

I didn’t expect too much since I know hotels internationally aren’t always the absolute best but this one met my standards in terms of furniture, bedding and lighting of the room. The reason why it’s missing 3 stars is because we left early as a family at 11am and explored Bali the entirety of our day just to come to our room being unclean. The expected clean rooms with new towels and bedsheets but we’re disappointed. What definitely caught us off guard was some of our stuff was misplaced, meaning they came in to our room, yet didn’t clean it. Also super sus for doing that.

Room 1101 is priced the same as rooms on the 5th floor, but it lacks any signal like it was isolated, and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect upon entering the room. Despite my complaints to the receptionist, I was only asked to wait, and even after 4 days, the issue remained unresolved. There is no bathroom curtain, and the floor upon entering is dirty. The bathtub room feels like a basement. The TV consistently experiences issues; it requires multiple attempts of unplugging and replugging the cable to turn it off and on. On the third day, I requested to postpone housekeeping until noon, but upon returning at 7 pm, the room remained untidy. Footsteps from the back stairs echo loudly in the room. On the 1st floor, there is only one water dispenser, and it's occasionally left unfilled, necessitating a trip to the 2nd floor for water. The shower water temperature fluctuates unpredictably, sometimes failing to get cold or unexpectedly warming up. The door handle has been problematic since the first day, requiring it to be pulled up before opening.
