Looks like an exciting place when you first enter. Large space and brightly lit. My kids love it no matter the deficiencies that I see. Many staff are available but seem uninterested and crowd around the cash area talking or on their phones. Need to constantly summon them to get their attention to the machines that malfunction. The machines don't give tickets generously and the ticket cost of the prizes is ridiculous. I understand the theory as they want repeat customers. Young children are disappointed with terrible prizes at the cheapest level. It is possible to pay the difference if you don't have enough tickets and it is reasonable in price. This is the real winner! May as well not spend so much to play the games but just buy the prize for cheap and young children may not be aware ;) There is a big fishing game (not to be confused with the video game version) at the front of the store that looks like it is not in operation but ask an attendant and they will get it operating for you. They give you a rod with line and you have to catch the fish that spin around and open and close their mouths. Must hook one to get a prize. Inside their mouth with indicate which prize you receive. A decent cost and the child always wins a 'bigger prize'... because children often go for size and quantity as opposed to quality. There are a couple coin operated soft massage chairs for parents as well as a small bench to sit. Just outside the arcade entrance are vendors for cotton candy and other treats.

Not recommended. Half of the machines are out of order. So the are nothing to play with and the prize ticket are bad and very high points. So safe your money. I didn’t read the review before i come here.

Did not see the review when playing where everyone mentioned most of the machines are broken. After we bought the minimum card limit, we just noticed this. No refunds are given and the token prizes are not worth it. With a 150k we got around 400 tickets and my niece can only exchange it for an eraser. There is not even options to exchange for candy/snacks like other arcades. Not recommend!

150.000 rupiah minimum purchase then you find out half the machines are broken and don’t work. Come and disappoint your kids. No refunds.

They are dirty scammers. Card does not work at all, it says please wait. On all machines. Then I want to ask for my money back and there is a stupid goat behind the cash register who says no refund is possible. But 250k rupiah taped off is just dirty dogs

Playground: Rules definitely mentioned about socks, but as you can see in the picture, either kids nor guardian entering the playground wearing the socks. When I pointed it out to the staffs at the playground gate, they just look at me blankly. Wash your kids with sanitizer after playing at this playground

Avoid. Lots of broken machines, ticket payout made up each time, awful selection of prizes (hidden in a shop that makes it look like prizes). No wonder the check out lady made sure we knew "no refund" when paying. Do not go!

As a Mega Bank CC user, I felt like I was being played, because the cashier entered the balance into the normal channel, even though I had shown the Mega Bank CC, they pretended "nothing happened". even though I know Mega Bank users should get a balance bonus. Actually, I don't mind if they admit their mistakes but it turns out they think I'm stupid!

AVOID!!!! Half the machines are broken, the prizes to redeem are pathetic. I asked to speak to a manager and both girls giggled, kept passing the walkie talkie back to each other, this was over 3 games that took our money but did not work. Yes they credited us, however the experience is terrible.
