A great place to stay! Lee Ann was an awesome host: warm, welcoming, and informative. We stayed in the Pine Room and friends stayed in the Aspen Room. The rooms and amenities are exactly as pictured and described. Really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, interacting with the horses, and the sweetest dog: Nikki! Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Black Elk Peak, Prairie Berry Winery, Miner Brewing, etc... Loved my time here and will definitely look to come back in the future.

This place was a true gem, close to a lot of the must see stops on anyone’s tour through South Dakota, Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, Sturgis just to name a few. Very comfortable room, beautiful setting and the homemade cookies were a nice treat after a long day. Rich and Lee Ann very pleasant and easy to deal with. Next time we visit we will definitely stay longer.

The hosts are sweet and give you privacy. Nikki is an adorable collie who keeps you company while you are enjoying the hills and clean air. The rooms were self-contained without the need for housekeepers. The stay was simply lovely.

We had a wonderful family reunion at the Diamond Spur Lodge. The location has great views of hills and pine trees and the horses stop by in the late afternoons for a visit. My favorite was sitting on the back porch at least once a day soaking in the peaceful scenery. The kitchen has tons of prep space and storage capacity for a week long stay. The living room is built for a large family. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. This is a location to get away from the hectic work day, so do not come here expecting to sit inside streaming videos or checking emails all day long because the WiFi is not that strong nor should it be. Get outside and have fun around the Black Hills.

Rich and Leeann went out of their way to accommodate our gang of 6 with all our horses. Cabins were clean, well furnished and what a beautiful setting. Will definitely do it again.

Stayed at the Diamond Spur Lodge. Huge, beautiful, and extremely clean. Stocked with everything you need. Horses come up to the fence and you can feed them. Awesome outdoor seating area, grill, and a Jacuzzi. They have a volleyball net, and other outdoor games available for use. Great central location. Has gas station, ice cream shop, candy shop, lake, and town nearby. Would definitely like to come back someday!

The owner made us feel like we were at a home away from home! We stayed in "The Beach House" and enjoyed the deer in the yard and privacy of the home nestled in the Hills. We hope we can return someday!

This was a very comfortable and convenient place too stay while we're attended a wedding next door at the Diamond Spur event center. Our hosts, Rich and Leanne, were professional and friendly. The grounds at the ranch were well kept, and the landscaping was pristine. There was a hot tub and fire pit available for our use. Mount Rushmore, crazy horse, Keystone we're a short drive. The needles highway was a fun drive, and there were lots of other sight seeing attractive in the area.
