    If you are looking for Panamanian food, this is the best in Penonomé. Will be very busy during lunch time but the line moves fast and you get a full plate for under 5$. Also there is a lot seating with AC and wifi.

    For Expats: The food here normally is good and decent for a "cafeteria" style service. But! Several times now, after 5-years in Penonomé, I got really sick from the food. I haven't gone back since.

    Great comfortable atmosphere. Delicious food. Desserts natural fruit drinks. Easy to get to location. Air conditioned.

    The food is really good actually. Only that they break the chicken bones and when you eat it there are bone pieces you have to be careful about. The place was clean and people were friendly! Good!

    Quality food. Nice selection both cafeteria style and menu items. Very clean. REASONABLE PRICES. Reminds me of Luby's in the USA, but smaller.

    Good sancocho and always a variety of dishes that you can see in the buffet line. They offer a daily special for around 5 bucks.

    This is a really good restaurant, The only con in the food is that sometimes will depend the hour or day you visit. Some day the food is warm and fresh, others not to enjoyable.
