Fantastic "old meets new" addition to Pensacola in a beautifully restored former historic church in Pensacola's wonderfully diverse and culturally-rich Old East Hill neighborhood. The attention to detail in the renovation is truly remarkable — from the the carefully preserved architectural elements to the smallest of details, every corner of the hotel is a work of art. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities that blend seamlessly with the historic charm of the building. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable stay in a historic setting, Lily Hall is a must-visit.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway, and we had a wonderful experience! Kari was lovely and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable, and went out of her way to leave a handwritten note and gift in our room. Lily Parlor is a cozy nook to socialize or relax, and there were plenty of complimentary local snacks and beverages. You could tell that everything was hand-picked and thoughtful. We also enjoyed dinner at Brother Fox (Jeff was an amazing server and really made our experience special!), which was unbelievably delicious. We ended our night at Sister Hen (an intimate speakeasy with moody lighting and yummy cocktails!) Good vibes all around. We stayed in room #203 which had the comfiest king-sized bed that I have ever felt in a hotel. Our room had a powerful AC unit, a record player and records, coffee and tea, an iHome and a very nice bathroom with some great soaps and haircare. The check-in experience was seamless and contactless! We absolutely loved our stay at Lily Hall and will be back in the near future for sure!

My wife and I had an exceptional 2 night stay here! The entire property and our room was very beautiful in person, and very well taken care of down to the smallest of details. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made getting here very easy. We had zero issues with parking which was our initial concern, but there were always a few open parking spots on the property reserved for guests we used each night. If we ever make our way back to Pensacola in the future, we will absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful boutique hotel well deserving of a 5 STAR review! SUPER easy check in, elegant rooms and lobby/rest areas. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe and you are minutes walk from dozens of restaurants, shops and night spots. Brother Fox is one of most professionally staffed the overall BEST restaurants in Pensacola and conveniently located downstairs in Lily Hall - be sure to dine there at least twice! We will be back in the new year and truly can't wait!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the downtown area - easy to walk into town. It is not staffed so everything is done remotely. You receive an text/email with the front door & room codes. NOTE: there is also an elevator on the ground level by the restaurant so you don't have to lug your luggage up the stairs. The restaurant staff is very helpful and polite. Restaurant opens at 10:00 am for breakfast then again at 5:00 for dinner. The rooms are beautifully appointed and have nice enough amenities such as lotions, shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc. The beds are comfortable and the room has a charming old Victrola-like turntable with 50's 33 LPS. Plus a coffee service set up (no tea - bring your own). The hallways are just as nice. A heads-up on some quirky things I found: - We stayed 2 nights - housekeeping never came to change out towels or fix the bed. I don't care about the change but appreciate fresh towels. Maybe we were supposed to call or text them? - You have to let the hot water run a while before it comes up so be patient. It will come up = ) - There is virtually NO PARKING since it's a small property. There are a few spaces in the parking lot but most of them say PRIVATE and usually taken - first come/first serve. So, after you unload, you pretty much have to park on the street right outside the hotel. We did not find it to be a problem though. Overall, our experience was positive and we would definitely stay again as the hotel is beautifully renovated and the rates are very reasonable.

Let me start off by saying the positives: the rooms are beautiful and spotless. The lounge area has a relaxing, luxurious vibe. We requested an early check in (we had a wedding to attend at 4:00 pm and needed to freshen up before) and our request was granted. The negatives: In our room, Santiago, the a/c unit was directly over the bed and emitted a bright blue light from the power button that made it difficult to sleep. We could hear the neighbors in the adjoining room doing adult things. The neighbors above sounded like King Kong and Godzilla were having a pillow fight with all the stomping around. The uneven decorative bricks in the parking area made is impossible to roll suitcases. I did not see a ramp and had to carry my luggage up and down several stairs to get in the side entrance. The code on the smart lock on our door never worked and we were made to feel like it was our fault. Kari acted like she was doing us a favor to come to the hotel the following morning after we checked in to fix the lock after we had been locked out since we arrived. Kari was condescending and argumentative in every unfortunate interaction I had with her. I asked for her supervisor and she refused. I did some research on the ownership and was able to let him know how dissatisfied we were with Kari. He was gracious and apologetic and refunded our stay, which I insisted was not my intent on contacting him. I wanted him to know that we could have overlooked the issues with the room, and that Kari was the reason we were not staying. We left and went to the Holiday Inn Express Downtown for the remainder of our trip. The Holiday Inn Express, while not as cool and swanky as the vibe I wanted, was comparable in price to Lily Hall, but there was no comparison for the prompt, professional service and quiet room, we received at the Holiday Inn Express.

What an absolutely wonderful place to spend our anniversary weekend!!! Lily Hall is so perfectly curated! Warm, welcoming, comfortable, inviting, eclectic and peaceful!!! Our room was perfect, from the bed to the linens, the tiles in the bathroom… all perfect! Our brunch at Bro Fox after a fun night of cocktails at Sister Hen completed our wonderful weekend! And….. the service was exceptional! We will definitely be back !!!

Lily Hall is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the branding, design/decor to the smell of the hotel it all was a chefs kiss. 🥰😍 I loved seeing the cute illustrations from the website on the walls of the hotel as well as the green paint on the doors with the room numbers painted with gold paint. I wish every hotel had this aesthetic it was exceptionally beautiful. Being a illustrator myself it made me happy they took the time to ensure the branding on the website reflected the branding in the hotel. The tiles in the bathroom are gorgeous as well as the curtains they used in the room we were staying in. I also loved that we had easy access to the speak easy and Brother Fox both of which were incredible! There was no front desk but they emailed me and texted me all the details I needed to get in and when I had questions Kari was very quick to respond or call me back right away. My only small complaint is that the walls are very thin it was very easy to hear neighbors above us moving furniture around and music through the walls. They were muffled but could be annoying if you’re trying to sleep. Definitely bring ear plugs or request the top room if you’re a light sleeper like me 😅 They also only have limited reserved parking spots at the hotel but we were able to park in them each time we got to the hotel. I would happily recommend Lily Hall and hope to come back one day.

Lily Hall was absolutely lovely. As a solo traveler I’m very particular about the places I stay at and Lily Hall exceeded my expectations. Check in was easy, everything was covered well in the instructions, and the location is great. The design and remodel of the building is absolutely phenomenal. The intentionality of the details, to the hand written notes in the rooms just adds a special touch. I felt safe and would recommend Lily Hall to anyone visiting Pensacola. I look forward to staying again in the near future!

What a unique and wonderful place Lily Hall is! We stayed here overnight for a special occasion and thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband, who's stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world, said it was one of the most enjoyable hotels he's ever stayed at. Although remotely managed, check in was a breeze and communication with management was excellent. The attached restaurant, Brother Fox, had excellent food and attentive staff, and the little speakeasy around the back was a cozy way to end the evening with delicious cappuccino martinis. I cannot say enough good things about Lily Hall and our experience.

Fantastic experience at Lily Hall for the first time this past weekend. We stayed here on a weekend trip to attend a wedding and could not have been happier with this Hotel. Firstly, the check-in process was seamless with them texting you a door code and you go straight in you room. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the entire hotels interior design was spectacular. The remodel from an old church building was impressive. they did a really nice job and you can tell they didn't cut corners. every detail was thought out and brought to life. I will definitely be staying here on all future trips to Pensacola.

Lily Hall was the PERFECT place to stay for our overnight trip! Kari was so helpful. She called ahead to see if I had any questions about our stay and checked in with me throughout the trip to make sure everything was up to par. Her customer service alone would make it worth coming back. We loved the whole vibe of Lily Hall. It’s very quaint and adorable. The decor is beautiful. The room was very spacious and don’t get me started on how comfortable the bed was!! We didn’t try the restaurant or the speakeasy this time around, but looking forward to doing so when we visit again in a few months. 10/10 recommendation!!

My flight got in late on the day I was checking in. The process was easy and convenient. My stay was lovely. The room was chic and very comfortable. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out Brother Fox while I was there but was able to get an old fashioned in the speakeasy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying at Lily Hall to anyone who is looking for a unique and fun experience.

I absolutely love the Lily Hall it is truly unique and not like any other place you have ever been. I love the Lily Parlor where you can use the typewriter and relax reading good books and enjoy some tasty popcorn ECT. The rooms are top notch and extremely clean and refreshing. The whole place is clean, comfortable and cozy. I can't say enough about how neat this place is! You must plan to visit soon.

We stayed 2 nights for my wife's birthday. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This was their first weekend for brunch and the staff and food were amazing! Natalie made sure we were happy! The parlor was nice and we loved the soft music playing throughout. If you stay 2 nights you will need extra toilet paper.

This was my first stay at Lilly Hall and I was overly impressed. From the quirky yet captivating decor to the warm and welcoming ambience, my stay was a delight. Everything was tidy and the bed was super comfortable. We had a delicious dinner at Brother Fox which is on site and enjoyed some speciality cocktails at the speakeasy (Sister Hen) following dinner. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay in Pensacola that also offers a five star restaurant/bar, look no further.

We booked this hotel last minute as we were traveling to help our son who is stationed in Pensacola. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the photos in the listing actually matched up to our room when we arrived. Everything about the building is well done and it is clean and very inviting. We had a great stay and I would absolutely book again.

Lily Hall was the perfect stay for our visit to Pensacola! The location is perfectly close enough to all the main attractions while still being in a quiet and safe area, and the check in process was extremely easy and smooth. Kari was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything and was very easy to get in touch with. Lastly the space itself was impeccably clean and the decor was so well done! We didn’t get a chance to dine at their restaurant but next time we visit we definitely will because we will definitely be staying here again :)

What a great guesthouse! Clean and appealing! Kari, the lady of the house, greeted us very lovingly and explained the entire process to us. Since we are on a road trip through the USA, we think it would be nice to get some exercise in the evening. A town really worth seeing is within walking distance! Completely satisfied!
