I tend to avoid Tru hotels (past expletive). But I’m loyal to the Hilton brand. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to get to and so close to the airport. Immediately, upon entering, I was greeted by two front desk personnel. I had already checked-in on my lap, I directly went to the elevator and on to my room. Even the elevators smelled fresh. My room was a bit humid upon entering, but that was fixed when I turned the AC to my liking. The room basic Tru fashion—clean, updated and fresh. Loved the “welcome” on the tv. I could hear some neighbors and whatever was happening outside early in the morning. Not too much, but enough to wake me. By the way, what’s the thread count or what kind of sheets are the ones on those beds?! They were incredible! Beside the wake up so early, I actually slept incredibly well. Breakfast is provided. Everything is clean, fresh and tasty. Well spread out, too. I believe I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

I travel a lot and it was my worst stay at the hotel. Receptionists were rude and not helpful at all. The room they gave us was very very small with not even one carpet and not even slippers. Rooms were clean but cheap and really small. They welcome dogs BUT they don’t have even a small dogs park and not even bags at dog waste station, I told they a few times that there are no bags and after 3 days in a raw they didn’t put it! After we checked out we got charged another 197$ FOR NOTHING! I went back there and tried to figure out, they said we don’t know we can’t do nothing call customer service. And I call customer service and they say we font know why you got charged but we can’t return your money 🤦🏼‍♀️ And usually at the hotels they put 2 bottles of water in the room, we didn’t have it and I asked them at night for some water and got charged 8$ for that 😤 MY FIRST AND LAST STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

I travel weekly with work and I found a hotel that I LOVE! Great location and hotel! It’s definitely geared toward the younger traveler. The rooms have a small fridge. All okay for me! Gives you more room. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Front desk was helpful and happy. Already scheduled my next stay.

First of all - very friendly and accommodating staff! Second, location is very convenient, hotel is new, opened in July, good standard breakfast. Also, I love that they provide a FREE hotel to the airport upon request. This service is not listed on the Hilton site, but they do offer this service. Thank you to shuttle drivers they were very courteous and caring, especially the shuttle/kitchen manager, we had an early flight and he let us take breakfast before they opened for regular breakfast hours. Overall great experience, we would stay again.

This hotel is very nice and clean, in a gd location. Beds are comfy, but the pillows were too soft for me ( I prefer my firm pillow). Breakfast was 100% delicious, several options from cold to hot food, big breakfast area. The front desk personnel were very friendly. 100% recommended.

New hotel. Bright colors and nice décor. There were some technical difficulties checking in but the staff was really nice. I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't comment on that. Everything was really clean which was a plus! Unfortunately it was LOUD. I was on the 2nd floor. I could hear planes, helicopters from the nearby hospital, street noise, trucks delivering to the Publix behind the hotel, people walking around in the room above me as well as them moving the chair, people walking in the hallway and random sneezing. I had to sleep with the television on to block some of the noises. I thought maybe I was being a bit sensitive to the noise. When checking out I asked a man behind me if he thought it was loud. He agreed. He was on the 3rd floor and heard the same things I did as well as the dogs in a room close to his. Like me this was a one and done situation. Hotel is in a great location but I think they cut corners with insulating the rooms/building to cut down on the noise.

So, before I begin this review I want to say, I am a home owner who lives 5 miles away from this hotel. This location is fresh built, brand new, and my husband and I wanted to get away to see and experience the quality of this new establishment. First off, we booked a 2 night stay and the price was very fair for a 2-Star, brand new hotel. I was happy with that. Immediately after doing my reservation conveniently online, I downloaded the Hilton Honors app which I recommend all newcomers to do. Start accumulating some Honors points and you can check in with the app and get a digital key to your room. Signing up is free and easy as well. When it came time to check in the staff was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and professional. The lobby is BEAUTIFUL!!! Let me repeat that...THE LOBBY IS BEAUTIFUL!!! Very comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating, colorful, lots of sunshine beaming in...I loved it. My room was on the 4th floor. By the way, I was able to pick my own room on the app. I like to have a view, so I picked the highest floor. My personal preference and I'm glad I had that option. The rooms are so nice, clean, and cozy. There weren't any dressers to put my clothes in but there were hangers in case I wanted to hang some things up and hooks on the walls for coats, etc. To sum the room up there was plenty of space for a couple with a small amount of items on a weekend get away. I brought my Amazon Fire Stick with me and had some trouble plugging it up to the TV. I called for help and a lady sent a nice gentleman up to assist me. Help came promptly and I was very impressed with that. There are wifi options and the free option is a little slow but I was able to stream my Hulu movies without any freezing or buffering going on. So 5 Stars to the free wifi! The higher quality wifi was $4.95 but that was not needed for me and what I had going on. The bathroom is nice sized and the shower is spacious. I'm a fan of shower massages and there was one in the shower thank God. It is hard to maneuver when your are short and by yourself. I had to get my husband who's 6 ft to use his man power click it to the setting I wanted. If you're short and alone switching the shower massage settings might be a struggle for you. The soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were the best I ever had at a hotel! It's an aromatherapy brand that will leave your skin and hair velvety soft! I was so happy with this hotel's body care products. And there is plenty of it for your stay. The bed was comfortable and semi-firm. The sheets were warm with a little weight to them to make you feel cozy. The free breakfast was DELICIOUS. It's wasn't just some cheap junk to get you by. It was a self-service, hot, buffet breakfast. You will get FULL. There is plenty of seating and there is an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit that I wish I got the chance to experience. The only negative thing I want to say, which wasn't a huge problem but was an annoyance, I had to hunt down my clean rags and towels on my second day. And I didn't get trash service. If I had a lot to throw away I went to the large trash receptacle in the hall by the elevator. I don't know if it was because my stay was so short so they didn't bother coming to my room or if I have to request that service to get that service...not sure. But there were workers in another room that gave me and my husband everything I needed so all ended well. Checking out was sad, but I will return. Whether it's for a whole week or a weekend, I'll be happy to return here in the future for my getaways! Keep up the good work Tru Hilton!🌷💕

If you are a Hilton Diamond member, other than waters at the beginning of your stay, DO NOT EXPECT special treatment. There are no diamond member parking spaces, and they will not give you a late checkout. Most Hilton properties will allow you, as a Diamond member to check out at 2, 3 or even as late as 4pm. Not Tru... you have to be out at 12:00 because at 1 they will charge you for another day stay. No more Tru stays for me, this was my 1st one... back to Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites!

Everyone at this hotel is amazing. The beds were super comfortable for a good night sleep. Two girls at the breakfast area were an absolute delight. Their names are Judy Burnett & Tiyana Bradley are just full of kindness and hospitality. Thanks for the amazing service and I’m for sure coming back here!! ❤️

I was never "comfortable" during my stay here. The bed was truly an inconvenience. The air never set correctly to the selected temperature. The walls are thin, you can hear every door within a 6 room radius open and close. You won't sleep well if a room is occupied above yours bc every step is amplified. The shower had no pressure to it. The only positive was the tv and the variety of things to watch.
