We were told about the Kelowna farmers market so we had to come check it out. The 3 hour drive was brutal though, as we arrived when they were about to close. I wish they were open until at least 1 or 2! The vendors were all very friendly! All the products they sold seemed very organic and the fruit of their hard labor. We didn't get a chance to get anything to eat since everyone was packing up. We did get to see a few jewelry places and get some honey. If you're coming, go really early. They open at 8, so we couldn't have got there since we would have driven at 5am.

The billboard said it opens on Wed and Sat from 8 am to 1 pm but I have only been here on Sat. It is so much fun! And you can support local businesses so why not? There were quite a lot of people coming last Saturday around 11pm so we literally spent 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot at Orchard parking lot. My friend got some local products for her mom. I recommended her coconut lime candles, a very cute bracelet, and delicious apple chips. She also got to pet chick at the chick petting station! Masks are recommended here but not mandatory. Totally will come back here again.

Large market with crafts and food, including fresh fruit & vegetables, flowers, food to take away or eat on site, drinks. Several local vendors of vegan products, including perogies by Flavors Kitchen (sold frozen; I chose Vegan Xmas Dinner ones - excellent!); Gaia Delights crackers, nori strips (great!), kale chips, truffles; grain salad mixes & dressings by Umami; fruity sodas by Farming Karma; freshly made falafel balls; frozen Indian meals by Meenu Indian Cuisine; dressings by Mama Hogg’s; treats by Big Fat Lion Bakeshop. The Wednesday market is a bit smaller than Saturday’s.

It's completely ironic that the SPCA is collecting donations for parking for an outdoor market that would rather dogs be left in a car in 35 degree weather than to let them roam the stands with thier owners. Does the parking donation come with a complementary animal cruelty ticket or a dogsitter?

Truly a must to attend. Anytime of your local produce arts and crafts and wonderful people. As this season gets heated up there are more and more people. Music playing and just an all-around good outing. I always get my groceries there And usually a fresh bouquet of flowers

We went to see this market and it was loaded of artisans, food, crafts and fresh vegetables. Parking is by donation and still alot of space when we arrived there at 10:30ish. Well recommended by the locals. It was fun to check out the stalls. Location: Good Food: 8/10 Ambiance and Cleanliness: 7/10 Cost: 8/10 Parking Accesibility: 7/10 Customer/ Vendor Service: 8/10

Nice market. Small. Out of all the beautiful Kelowna areas they chose a parking lot? Should allow all vendors (not just handmade/grown) and should be in City Park next to the lake year round with European winter market vibes and mulled wine/cider in the colder months. (Have to change the archaic alcohol public drinking laws first)

Great spot to check out. There are some actual produce places, but expect mostly lunch wagons, coffee carts, drinks and craft/art/clothing sellers.

If you like food and have money to blow, this is the place for you. Vendors sell everything from pretzels to samosas to mini donuts to kettle corn and everything is tasty. There is also a wide selection of fresh produce available whenever it is in season. Although you could probably find all these things 15-30% cheaper elsewhere, the convenience of it all being in once place, and the ambiance, can’t be beat.

Excellent variety of vendors! So much creativity and art to explore along with many food and drink stands. Got a lovely henna tattoo there from a henna artist who was stationed at the front gate of the market. Also, found these beautiful solar light jars (see photo) which are handmade by a vendor also near the front. However, a thing to note is that dogs are not allowed inside if you were planning on bringing your dog.

Too many crafters, not enough farmers! You still have to drive around to get the best produce in town. Still, it's a nice way to spend a morning outside, and a great way to support local businesses (go gift shopping here when you have an upcoming birthday)!

Enjoy farmer's market, and this one is no difference, there were several vegan options , this is a larger market, and you will enjoy your walk , to look for crafts, food, and to support local businesses

Beautiful market, but it's a shame that they allow these kind of stand. One should not play with animals and asking for money in return. ANIMALS ARE NOT TOYS, GO TO TOY'S R US.

On my first visit to Kelowna, we went to the market on Saturday and it was lovely to see all the artisans and to have that local flavour front and centre. People were friendly and because it was a beautiful sunny autumn day the market was buzzing and felt friendly and happy!

Great variety of vendors- who were all friendly without being intrusive. I love going to farmers market and browsing without being pressured to visit a specific stall. We got some amazing cards from a watercolour artist there that will stand out for upcoming birthdays!

Impressed by the variety of vendors on hand. I could have easily bought the majority of what I need for my weekly produce needs from local providers. Prices were slightly higher but the quality of the products quickly made up the difference.

So many wonderful farms are here with lots of variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables. There are also other food vendors with baked goods, poultry, eggs, pork, and cheese. If you need a cup of coffee or a glass of lemonade, you can get this too. Foods from around the world are also represented.

Super friendly market stalls with everything you can imagine! The vibe is nice and the community is lovely with many food stalls, local produce and live entertainment! I would definitely recommend parking at the mall lot across the street as it can get very crowded with locals and tourists, especially on long weekends.

Expect to pay more than you will at the supermarket, certainly, but you'll be paying for the difference in quality. Last time we were there (mid-late July), we got juicy tomatoes as well as cucumbers and eggplants we were happy with. There was also a stall for what looked like really high-quality seafood, but we weren't ready to splurge on it. Maybe another time! Street food stalls are really pricey, unfortunately, and the coffee I had was so-so. Five stars for the produce and overall selection, though, which are and should be the main point of going to a farmers' market anyway.
