Hello everyone, I've had my hair cut twice in the last three weeks (“only 30 minute appointment”) The service and the ambience is great. Even with the warm temperatures, the rooms were nice and cool. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed with the haircut on both occasions. The sides were shaved at different lengths. The transitions are totally messy (short in some places and longer in some places). There are a lot of edges. Just totally UNCLEAN. I deliberately didn't arrange a third appointment on site. Why go to the same hairdresser twice if I was disappointed the first time? I wanted to give the new colleague a second chance. But when I saw these unsightly pages with all the edges at home, I contacted the owner on Instagram - because after almost a day there was no response; this review also publicly.
