I dropped off my parents' defective Jura coffee machine there. It was repaired within two days and has been running perfectly since then without any problems. The self-repair help was brilliant. With a little manual skills and a multimeter you can have the courage to do it yourself, Tobi will help you with that. I quickly identified the faulty component, bought a new component for around 15 euros including shipping and now the coffee is flowing again. The worst part was taking the Delonghi machine apart, the actual repair was very easy. 5 Stars.
