booked
for
two
nights,
but
due
to
a
missed
a
connection
on
the
train,
I
arrived
only
after
the
first
night.
Since
I
booked
fix,
I
wasn't
eligible
for
a
refund,
so
I
didn't
cancel
the
first
night,
since
I
wasn't
going
to
get
a
refund
anyway,
and
I
had
already
paid
for
it.
When
I
arrived,
they
said
they
had
cancelled
my
complete
booking.
They
said
I
could
stay
the
second
night,
but
I
would
have
to
pay
again.
This
in
unacceptable.
They
kept
saying
it's
standard
in
Munich,
it
doesn't
matter.
If
I
have
paid
for
two
nights,
I
get
the
bed
for
two
nights,
it
doesn't
matter
when
I
arrive.
He
kept
saying
there
was
nothing
he
could
do,
and
that
if
I
wanted
to
stay,
I
would
have
to
pay
again
(after
already
having
paid
for
two
nights??).
After
arguing
for
30
minutes,
he
suddenly
found
my
booking
was
able
to
let
me
stay
for
the
second
night
of
my
booking.
While
I'm
glad
that
in
the
end
he
was
able
to
check
me
in,
the
fact
that
I
had
to
argue
my
case
and
supposedly
be
grateful
for
that
he
could
open
it
again,
was
not
acceptable.
I
don't
care
if
it's
standard
in
Munich
or
not,
if
I
have
booked
fixed
and
paid,
you
can't
cancel
my
booking.
If
it's
fixed
for
me,
it
should
be
fixed
for
you
as
well.
I
didn't
even
get
an
email
saying
it
was
cancelled.
Apart
from
that,
the
room/bed
itself
was
fine.
It's
about
a
15
minute
walk
from
the
main
station.
A
towel
is
provided
free
of
charge,
which
is
nice.
Room
and
bedding
was
clean.
It's
quite
a
dark
environment.
