Not a good experience. Arrived on time for a 5 minute appointment and was seen half hour later first thing in the morning. Doctor argues for common practice blood work requested that I have never been rejected for. Basic levels and questioned when I’ve been to many doctors family practice and highly specialized for my illness for two decades. My opinion is coming from a healthcare background and mother in family practice in the U.S.

As a non-german speaking student, I had my first hassle-free appointment with Dr. Frau. Brummund. She's patient and speaks excellent English. She guided me with my next steps and is very sweet. Location is also convenient. She is on doctolib.

Such an incredibly nice place. They speak well English, they always help you kindly and fast. Appointments are also very readily available. My docter, Herr Mayer, is extremely friendly and helpful and makes me always at ease. You seldom have to wait long in the waiting room.

Please, stop calling me and scheduling appointments which I cannot cancel! I feel pressured and persecuted. I felt a lot of hostility from Susanne Jordan on the reception. On my ask for a glass of water, she pointed me to the toilet and said to drink from the tap. Apperantly from my hand as there were only (clean) urine cups. I was on the verge of crying from such a reception( Dr. med. Gross was kind and attentive and helped me with water and proper glasses. In general, all the doctors are super nice and helpful. Cannot say anything about the competence as I never got anything serious treated there.

Dr Stefan Mayer and the whole team is very competent, patient, and nice. Making appointment is also very easy and fast. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with this practice for almost 3 years now and I have 0 complaints. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they do try to accommodate you in every which way, whether it is with flexible appointment times or with important health care needs. My doctor, Frau Dr. Brummund, has always been super professional and cordial, I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable every time I had a visit with her. All in all I can only recommend this practice to anyone who values quality and reliability in their health care provider. The pharmacy across the street is also a small bonus, it’s very convenient to pick up medication right after a visit!

The front desk staff was really rude!!! Teach your staff to be friendly to the patients! We are not here for fun! I will never come again Update: My prescription is supposed to be ready on Friday. I visited the Praxis on Wednesday (next week) but it was not ready and signed yet. I waited at the reception for 15 minutes. During this time, yes, I looked at my prescription, but I did not read anyone else's information. Whatever happens, your staff must be polite to the patients. She can inform politely about privacy and rules. “A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.”

Great Doctor, great practice. I rarely have to wait and everyone is so efficient and friendly. My German is not good so it's very easy there to speak English . Highly recommend this to everyone.

I arrived quite late for my appointment because I mistakenly went to the wrong place. The doctor called me up twice and waited for me because he was about to close. He was kind enough to wait for me 😭🌸. He is very very sweet, funny and humble and very compassionate. Even the receptionist is so sweet. They both speak fluent English! Such cordial environment and I highly recommend this place ❤️

Really good experiences so far in this Praxis. From Dr. Gross or Dr. Eder to the assistants, they all have been very humane and sympathetic when I was there. They do care for your health and try to help you however they can even if you don’t speak perfect German! Top!

AMAZING! Dr. Gross has been my doctor for about 17 years! The staff are professional and super friendly and make you feel very much at home. Waiting times are minimal and one never feels like your just a number. The doctors here are quick and very informative. I recently discovered the Jahn Strasse practice where the location is allot quieter than there Balde Strasse one. I prefer this location because of where its situated and because of the ambient. Its very modern, spacious and stylish. I couldn't think of going anywhere else than this group of doctors. Having travelled extensively throughout Europe, I find this group of Medical experts to be the most efficient, professional, international and not to mention VERY discreet!

The staff is super nice and polite and so are the doctors. I have been going to the Hausartz for 2 years now. They have been effective in diagnosing and treating. I got my Impfung (vaccinations) from them. An overall experience has always been pleasant and healing.

The reception staff is mostly helpful. The doctors are good. Blood test is a hit or a miss if you have dizzyness

Dr. Gross is my Hausarzt and since I moved to Germany I always had good experience. Super easy to book an appointment online, always available in case of support also via e-mail and especially for me that I’m not german he speaks very good English. I would recommend him and his colleagues! The studio (both the locations) are very comfortable and all the employees are nice and kind.
