This might be the worst Jack In The Box in the Valley. We have given this location a few chances and only go here because it is close to the house. Every time it is always something. This time 10/14/23 will be the last….learned our lesson…We went through the drive thru around 8pm for dinner and ordered over $26 dollars in food. The Chicken Pita Pocket was hard and couldn’t bite into it and the chicken was cold. Two orders of curly fries were cold and hard. The Jumbo Jack with with cheese was cold. I have never taken a bite out of a burger I had just ordered and have it be that cold. It seemed like it was sitting for a long time(IT WAS THAT COLD). To top everything off there was very little ice in our sodas so they were warm and a long wait time to receive our disappointing order…It’s almost like the employees do not have a since of urgency or seem to care about their jobs. Seriously the slowest service. There was also a car in front of us complaining because their order was wrong apparently. We tried calling this location four times to voice our concerns but nobody picks up the phone. I saw another review that someone tried calling but they would get hung up on…been to multiple other locations over the years and never any problems. Next time we will drive out of way to get better service at a different location.

This location may be the worst one in the valley. Which is unfortunate because it is the closest to my home. Tonight I ordered the number 7 with curly fries and I can guarantee that none of the items were above the serve-safe temperatures that is required by state law. The burger Pattie’s were for sure served below 135 degrees Fahrenheit along with the curly fries. I wish I could say this was my first experience like this at this Jack in the box location but it was not, however this was the final straw for me to leave a negative review. Needless to say I did not end up eating this meal but instead ate cereal for dinner in fear of the food making me ill. Please do better Jack in the box.

Went through the drive thru spent $24 and some change. The curly fries and the French fries were cold and soggy. Ordered a 4 piece chicken nuggets got 3. Sourdough jack was cold and soggy. Tried to call the store they pick up and hang up the phone.

This business is great!😃the cashier really took his time to explain to me my options. This is what I call great customer service and I wish I had his name to share it with you all. The place was clean as well and we will definitely be back.I ordered the 2 tacos for 1.49 I think and the box of mini tacos .

I had ordered from DoorDash, I ordered “loaded” tacos… but instead they came plain. I ordered a classic jack burrito and the chicken was so damn chewy I couldn’t eat it. The burger I had ordered the bun on it was almost twice the size of the patty. This is very disappointing. I would not recommend buying or ordering food from this store. Evidently they can’t read the receipts of orders.

I ordered the Snoop Dog Munchie Meal. All I gotta say is whoever made my sandwich 5 nights ago really loves Snoop Dog and is doing right by him because not only did the sandwich taste great, whoever put it together made it look AMAZING!

I asked for well done fresh tacos and confirmed this twice with the employee. I received 4 cold tacos and watched the workers stand there and talk while holding my fries, yes those were cold as well. Horrible experience at this jacks!

Went through drive thru. Guy at the window dropped cups on the floor told me “you didn’t see that” laughed and placed back in the cup thing. Got home tried eating the food was not good at all. My spicy chicken strips were normal chicken strips. Got the snoop box didn’t get a freshener and was not in a box. Spouse said her curly Frys had a chemical taste. Definitely not coming back to this one.

Went through Drive thru and had to pull up front the crew member who brought our food was very polite. Tried the angry monster tacos they were pretty good.
