I went to Carls Jr the other day and I witnessed who I believe to be the manger yelling at an employee. She was a very dense women, black and blond hair and she looked Hispanic. I was in line to order food for my children when I witnessed the incident happen. I was in shock when I heard her say “ You idiot, how did you mess up that order.” She was yelling really loud and made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable. I also witnessed her dropping food on the floor and picking it up and serving it to customers. I will never eat food from this establishment ever again until this situation is resolved and she apologizes to that poor employee.

I love Carl’s Jr. but for some reason this location is not up to par. The food is never good quality and it is always cold. I do not understand because it’s fast food and I’m coming to the driveway. It should be fresh. I tried to call but no one ever answers the phone and I have tried it a couple times now thinking maybe just bad day but unfortunately at this point dissatisfied and will be just disputing the charge. Oh plus never coming back to this location.

Got the Santa Fe chicken meal… sandwich was covered in a gooey cheese that didn’t go well with the sandwich at all. Almost couldn’t eat it it was too mucm and soggy. Don’t remember it being made that way. Pic is after I took off all the cheese. $13 for this.

I'm lucky to live close by. This has to be the best Carl's Jr in the Valley! Play place is open. They're usually not very busy, so the food is fresh and they service is great, and it's always clean. There's no stress, the employees are super nice and chill. They usually bring the food to my table! It's been great to take my 4yo daughter her to eat and play for a bit, it's been way too hot to play outside. Keep up the great work. 🙏 appreciate you guys/girls.

Viri was súper pleasant she brought the food to the playground area,, restaurant was spotless, with okay ground, nice music playing but above all food was incredible, thank you for bringing back el Diablo and the new lemonade ❤️❤️❤️

9.50 for a super star sandwich, and that's not a combo . You can get a large domino's pizza for 10.90 .

Waited in the drive thru on my lunch break just now, only to be ignored! Then they took the person behind me after I got tired of waiting and left. Thanks for nothing. There wasn't a single person there either. I think they didn't want to help me bc I'm white, is that it?

The play place was disgusting. Dried ketchup smeared all over the entrance to the play place. It would have been cleaner eating outside in a mud pit.

Service was good food was great And very clean . Employees are very polite like coming to this location my son likes to play in the playground .
