**RENTERS BEWARE** I've lived on this property for about 5 years and I've seen at least 3 property management companies come and go. Each managed differently but when Greystar took over this property it has gone downhill very fast! The manager and most of her team are condescending and rude. It's crystal clear that Greystar puts their residents and this property far behind their larger priorities. After the ridiculous rent hikes they managed to get away with from long term residents over the last two years, the pool was shut down for 6 months last summer for very mediocre upgrades while the major drainage issues throughout the property and 4 ft. sink holes (not potholes) in parking lots go without repair and only get worse! The standing water on multiple locations smells terrible and is breeding mosquitos. This has been going on for over 2 years! So instead of spending money to repair these issues, what do they do?! They completely gut and renovate an already beautiful 3 year old previous renovation of the club house and offices. Also, closing the already beautiful recently renovated gym. Getting a response from the manager to get literally any info about these ongoing issues is difficult because she leaves the property at least a half dozen times a day to go smoke cigarettes in the adjacent neighborhood. I only know this because I work from home and my building is close to the office. I'm sure that more than two thirds of these 5 star reviews for Ora are not coming from actual residents and I'm sure Greystar/Ora will give a very generic, "act like they care" response to this review but PLEASE CONSIDER LIVING ELSEWHERE! There are apartments all over the city that are managed responsibly and managed with the care to their residents as their first priority. If there's anything positive I will say about Ora, it is about the Maintenance Staff they've somehow managed to secure. They are friendly, prompt and hard working. Needless to say I will not be signing another lease here and am regretting the last one I signed!

I love this apartment community because the property management staff are really nice here. The apartment customer service people take really great care of residents and love serving them! They love the residents here. Maintenance is always taken care of in an efficient, timely manner. The property is near a beautiful walking trail. 😊 They take excellent care of the property and landscaping. It is away from the main roads and traffic; yet, you have easy access to businesses nearby including Arrowhead mall. I am very grateful and blessed to live here and have nice neighbors. 😊 I always receive Wonderful Customer Service! The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind to me. 😊 Living at Ora Apartments is the best most positive apartment experience I ever had. Thank you very much! I am truly grateful. 😀

Rent increases substantially; 20 percent most times. They closed the pool during the months we’d want to use it (all summer+) the pool looked better before and barely anything was done to it for it to be shut down for the amount of time it was. They put up lights in the walkways that have created an obscene amount of light pollution. I used to watch the stars at night, and just sit outside. I can’t do that anymore, much less do I feel comfortable even sitting on my patio. They completely disrupted privacy. The pools now open 24 hours which is great, actually and the gym is relatively nice compared to many others I’ve seen in this area. The appliances often get switched for ones that weren’t as good as before. I haven’t dealt with many negatives with surrounding tenants. Parking is great, locations great, wish they’d power wash the common areas between the apartments though, they’re relatively gross sometimes. I also wish the carpeting wasn’t as cheap for how much they charge in rent.

I would look elsewhere. To save you money. I paid almost 1900 a month for a one bedroom plus all these fees they charge every month. I use to live here for 4 years and it was awesome so I decided to come back. Wasn’t aware they had new management. I guess I didn’t pay attention. When I moved in there was a leak on the roof. Big leak. Like it was dripping water down on the carpet so I had to leave a bucket. My first day. It was raining and all of this right when I moved in. My boyfriend notice the leak and the roof looked brownish. So it had been leaking for awhile. I called the office and they didn’t have someone come fix it for couple months. It was a headache calling and calling to get updates. I had to sleep in the living room for couple month. All of this when I moved in. By now it has mold smell. Waiting for my lease to be over so I can move out . I feel like I been getting sick from breathing mold that they paint over. Not worth the price of the rent. All and all the staff and Leah is nice. But the whole apartment and getting things fixed especially the roof or leakage takes awhile to be address. Not their fault but I know they have to go through management to get answers. I would look at other places that affordable and not getting fixed on the property to make it look good and not address the root cause of the problems. It’s like a bandaid.

Great place! I've been here for two weeks now and I got to say I like it! Easy access to the freeway and you can get pretty much anywhere fast. The complex is very well kept up! AC works great! I like the way of the apartment is laid out. I want to give Rachel a shout-out for doing a great job with getting me in here so fast! She has made the experience very seamless and easy! Update 3/9/21 Even after being here a year and a half this place still impresses me! Very quiet and relaxing, neighbors are awesome and Lea and staff go above and beyond! David is the best maintenance man ever! I appreciate how they took care of things during the pandemic and still took care of the tenants needs. Highly recommend this place!!!

We absolutely love Ora! It’s truly such a wonderful place! From the initial inquiry to the move in day, the entire leasing staff has been tremendously amazing! Marcia and Leah are so wonderful! They are so caring and understanding and they will help you in any way to make sure your happy and taken care of. They make it so easy for you to go through the process! They are a huge reason why we choose Ora! The complex is spotless and the grounds are maintained so meticulously and every one does their part to keep it a slice of paradise for everyone! The units are beautiful and modern and it truly feels like your living in a 1 million dollar penthouse.

Love love love my tour all staff were very kind my lease is not up until February but this is my top pick for sure!! Community was very quite and clean well taken care of.

Giving credit where credit is deserved, the office staff and maintenance really are an absolute blessing. They work hard to maintain the apartments, and tend to resident services and needs. The maintenance personnel is very helpful and response times are quick. Given my current situation, David and his colleague responded quickly and exceeded expectations when I moved into a new apartment and ran into a maintenance emergency. He took care not only of the main emergency, but he even helped out with all the other needs while he was here.
