We came here from out of state, 3 hours away. We were here to see a concert. It was an incredibly hot day, so the staff brought out water coolers and cups for us while we waited in line, which was very appreciated. Parking is simple, convenient, and reasonably priced here. The security was professional while being helpful and friendly. The main guy outside before the show, I believe his nickname was Lucky was amazing when it came to interacting with the crowd that was lining up outside. He made sure we all knew which lines to be in and that we all got inside on time for the vip and the show. He told everyone to stay hydrated and was instrumental in keeping it a friendly, calm environment for such a large crowd of people. He was a communicator and people person. The venue was great. The set-up was nice. The merch booths were just inside the doors. There were multiple food and drink options and plenty of restrooms. It was easy to get around for being a big place. We had a meet and greet with the band, which was amazing. We had great spots in the front of the pit. The security inside the venue was amazing. They stayed out of the way of the stage as much as possible except when they were helping to secure crowd surfers. They were all friendly. They tossed out mini bottled waters to the people in the pit who were getting overheated. There was a situation that unfolded on the left side of the pit between bands, and the security did a great job of getting all the kids out of the way and keeping the situation contained. The police quickly removed the person who was causing trouble. Overall, it was a great set-up there. Everything flowed perfectly. The bands sounded amazing in the venue. Everything was organized great as far as getting everyone checked in before the show started and leaving everyone time to buy food, drinks, or merch before the show, although the booths were open throughout the show and the merch booths were still open as i was leaving. This was the biggest venue I've ever been to for a show and I was a bit nervous coming in about how everything would work out but it ended up being one of of the best shows I've ever been to and I will definitely come back to see another show here in the future and I recommend the veune to others for concerts as well.

Great venue to see a live band. Everyone was friendly. The set up sound and lights were all done very well. Atmosphere was overall very friendly. Area was kept clean and sanitized. Saw the Cult and was impressed enough to say one of the best live shows I've ever saw.

Sound was awesome and my seats had an amazing view for the whole show. Seating was a little too tight for my liking but overall a good venue. Security did a great job handling 2 women that thought they could steal other people’s seats because they weren’t smart enough to book their whole group together.

I just visited for the first time; took my child for the Bluey Event. positives: very organized, helpers were there for the parking, concession was very organized and ready. negatives: The sound system was not working properly, or perhaps they didn't invest in that part for this program. It was hard to hear from Balcony level I. We were right in the front row. Also, the balcony guard edge is too high, so if it's kids event, avoid taking the first row, small kids can not see over the balcony edge. All in all, the organization was impressive compared to another kids event that we attended at the Chicago Theater!

Clean, well managed and staffed. Everyone I met had a great time. Went to see John Cleese. Close handicapped accessible parking and entrance. A short walk to the theater, the seat location was easy to find, plenty of helpful staff to answer questions and help people around. My only complaint is the theater seating. First the rows are way too long without an aisle, it needs at least two to break up the long long walk you have to disturb everyone seated to get out to the restroom. I hate to say this but, what appeared to be a 3 to 4 hundred pound man sat next to my wife. His flesh spilled over the chair arm and into her seat and she had to lean over into my seat to fit into her space. She had worked all day, rushed home, changed her clothes, and we rushed to the show only to find she couldn't sit comfortably in the seat we had paid for. She is 5'-1" at 108lbs. and couldn't sit straight in her seat because of this person's size. Then it happened, some people needed to walk through and the large man was grumpy about having to move because there was no way of walking past him. Size limit? Special seating? I don't care but I will never go through this again.

Mid-sized 11,000 seat arena that is well laid out for its age - great views from every seat and easy access to concessions & restrooms. As you can see from the pictures, the ventilation system needs a major upgrade to accommodate indoor motorsports like monster trucks, demolition derby, motocross, etc.
