I've been living here for two years and I really like it. The location is close to just about everything. The area is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to 74. The bedrooms are big and you get a lot of space for the price. The bathrooms are a little dated, but still in good shape. The water pressure in the shower is also great. The appliances in my apartment are relatively new and everything works well. There is also a large amount of storage throughout the entire apartment. Every issue I've reported has been fixed by maintenance in two business days, tops. The apartments are also surprisingly soundproof. I've never heard my nextdoor neighbors and the only thing I hear from my upstairs neighbors is the occasional footstep.

I went and looked at these apartments back in 2018. I thank GOD everyday I decided against these. My best friend currently living there and he been having problem with management and maintenance doing their jobs. Since 2021 he have experience flooding which cause molding and mildew. Two years he have live with a busted pipes which cause the flooding in the first place. No should have to live in an apartment that unlivable. Pictures below to show proof. They need to be sued.

I have really good friends that live there and others that have lived there in the past. The office staff is AWESOME! Really responsive to problems and the maintenance staff is great. They are super fast at tackling problems and they keep you up to date if they need to order a part or something. The property itself is so pretty and the neighbors are really friendly and kind. When you talk to the staff you can tell they really like working there. They create a nice welcoming atmosphere. If I lived in town I'd to live there.

Went to my brothers birthday at their club house / pool. Even on a rainy stormy day it was gorgeous and the building so nice. My brothers 3rd floor apartment is soooo nice and cozy. He has so much space and theres even a sweet castle style common area with large windows he can watch storms roll through, the rain /snow fall or sunset when he takes a walk outside his apartment. Nice place and he loves it there.

Overall an okay place to live. It’s a standard apartment. Maintenance is timely. The main issue is the washer and dryer situation. Laundry can only be done with a five dollar card and bills can only be loaded onto it during office hours. Plus, washers and dryers are not standard sized. A weeks worth of laundry takes three washes and more like four or five dries. Not only is that costly, it’s annoying.

I wish there was a zero star button because they deserve nothing because that’s exactly what they give to the people who live here! My apartment floods constantly every time it rains due to faulty windows doors and whatever other excuse they want to give us they constantly raise the price of living and refuse to relocate me to a different apartment that won’t flood refuse to break my lease and they don’t fix any of the damages even if there is mold! they just expect you to live in horrible and uncomfortable conditions and still pay rent on time this is an unacceptable establishment and the fact that they take themselves seriously is laughable the whole apartment complex and staff are disgraceful and blame their residents for their problems

I have been avoided and ignored for 2 months in regard to getting a refund for the fees associated with the application process. Ive been told a check was on the way and its been almost 2 weeks since then and nothing has arrived. I will be starting a small claims court case against this company.

Don't mind the silly username, I've had family that has lived in these buildings for a generation, despite how old they are the owner and management team have done their very best for me and my husband. Yes they cover things with paint but I do to, everything works and of course you're gonna have ups and downs, that's a home. The neighbors usually trash the place but they take care of the property. When our apartment flooded and I was in utter tears and tired from vacuuming poop water they helped me and even cleaned our rugs no charge. Even putting us in a nice balcony apartment. I have no issues with this place and they are always hear to listen/ within office hours. Their office building is wonderful as well.
