Elizabeth at check-in is very sweet. She is very good at her job. Nurses are kind and efficient. Doctors and PA's are kind and they listen to patients. We always go to this facility because they always do a great job! If you're walking in, no appointment, average total time there is 1 hour! That's faster than most places WITH an appointment.

I'd been feeling unwell, but work long hours and unable to schedule with my primary care. However, my symptoms started getting to the point where I was needing help. I haven't been to a PromptCare before, and wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up receiving excellent care yesterday evening from Korte PAC, Nikki RN, Tara CMA and Tara the secretary. Tara (secretary) efficiently updated and verified my information. Nikki was friendly and made me feel at ease while taking my vitals and gathering details about my symptoms. Korte patiently explained what may be causing my symptoms and options available. He was thorough and checked for any other potential underlying factors. A blood draw was part of this, which was conveniently able to be drawn right in the examination room I was in. Tara (CMA) collected the sample, and I didn't even feel the needle. A prescription was even ordered for me that night. Very thankful for this valuable and convenient service.

Dr. Waugh came into the exam room with the worst passive aggressive attitude I have honestly ever experienced; and I’m a waitress at a breakfast place. She was extremely crass and belittling. I’m not sure if the previous patient upset her but she definitely took her anger out on me, which was uncalled for. It was so awful I immediately started to cry as soon as she left the room, which is very out of character for me. Staff and nurses were so nice and caring, wonder why they have such a horrible provider.

Absolutely amazing in every way. I came in a rush straight from work, with an unkempt uniform and everything. I expected to get the side eye or judgement like I've gotten from urgent care staff at other places, but they treated me so well. Patiently helped me remember all the medications I used to take vs am currently taking and answered my questions. Did not pry or chastize me. I have had horrible experiences with other OSF centers, so it was a relief to find myself in good hands here. I was given the proper care and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. No copay, either. Places like this give me hope, so thank you.

Very good experience. They took time to listen to my story, and provided a referral to Great Plains Ortho for further diagnosis and treatment. Pleasurable experience.

Ive been sitting in the exam room for over 20 minutes with my screaming baby and all of the nurses are outside of my room just giggling as we speak. 😡

Took my son to this prompt care this afternoon, in and out in less than an hour, the nurses and doctors were so sweet, and explained everything well. I also use rt 91 when I need to get labs done, always out in less than an hour. The best place to pick!

Waste of time and money. Our family has been here several times and have been disappointed every time. The nurses and staff are really caring and take a lot more time to listen and understand what your symptoms are than the “providers” I would like to believe that doctors and “providers” still care more about the patient then getting you out the door to see the next patient. Not at this place, I can can see the cash register lighting up more than slots at the casino. I suggest going elsewhere. Only the n places like this will be forced to change when the $ stops flowing in.
