Wonderful
and
massive
park
with
attractions
and
community
activities
throughout
the
seasonable
times
of
year.
Great
park
to
drive,
bike,
hike,
walk,
wheel,
or
amble
thru.
There
are
definitely
some
woodier
shady
nooks
for
those
who
love
nature,
but
this
is
also
a
very
curated
and
walkable
park
that
is
accessible
to
many
ages
and
abilities.
Beautiful
Pagoda
and
bridge
has
been
a
great
picture/selfie
spot
for
years.
Barbeque
pits,
benches,
sports
fields,
grassy
ways--lovely
spot
for
picnicers,
people
watchers,
families,
loners,
books
and
earbuds.
Also
features
Cornstock
theatre
and
some
of
the
nicest
public
restrooms
in
the
known
universe
are
located
in
this
area
of
the
park.
Whether
you
see
a
show
(recommended)
or
not
(bit
spendy,
yo),
take
advantage
of
the
food
court
on
show
days.
There
are
usually
great
local
food
vendors
while
shows
are
running
worth
a
wait
for
a
bite.
This
is
a
really
great
place
for
folks
who
may
have
troubles
accessing
other
parks
as
well.
Handicapped
parking
available
in
several
places,
wide
paved
paths,
regular
benches
and
trees
to
rest
if
needed.
Shade
is
easy
to
find
here.
