This
hotel
did
not
represent
the
standards
of
other
Hampton
Inn’s
I’ve
stayed
at.
The
hotel
in
general
was
outdated,
as
are
the
rooms.
Our
room
had
cracked
peeling
paint
and
tiles
that
were
poorly
repaired
and
just
slapped
back
on
the
bathroom
wall.
The
tub
stopped
kept
popping
back
open
during
my
children’s
bath.
The
refrigerator
in
the
room
just
sits
on
the
floor
under
the
desk.
I
asked
for
our
room
to
be
cleaned
and
it
never
was.
Possibly
because
the
employee
j
asked
was
getting
a
back
massage
from
another
employee
in
the
lobby.
The
waffle
makers
were
glitchy
and
hard
to
use
and
the
hot
food
was
standard,
sub-par
basics.
One
employee
complained
about
being
underpaid
and
the
hotel
being
understaffed.
I
left
a
message
for
the
manager,
Tiffany
slaw
wrap
days
before
our
arrival
and
never
received
a
call
back.
The
complimentary
cookies
Friday
night
seemed
like
they
had
been
out
for
days
and
there
were
no
other
cookies
out
the
remainder
of
our
stay.
Not
a
big
deal
but
just
another
thing
that
is
supposed
to
be
offered
and
wasn’t
done
