This hotel did not represent the standards of other Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed at. The hotel in general was outdated, as are the rooms. Our room had cracked peeling paint and tiles that were poorly repaired and just slapped back on the bathroom wall. The tub stopped kept popping back open during my children’s bath. The refrigerator in the room just sits on the floor under the desk. I asked for our room to be cleaned and it never was. Possibly because the employee j asked was getting a back massage from another employee in the lobby. The waffle makers were glitchy and hard to use and the hot food was standard, sub-par basics. One employee complained about being underpaid and the hotel being understaffed. I left a message for the manager, Tiffany slaw wrap days before our arrival and never received a call back. The complimentary cookies Friday night seemed like they had been out for days and there were no other cookies out the remainder of our stay. Not a big deal but just another thing that is supposed to be offered and wasn’t done

I love that they went pet friendly almost in every location. Makes travel with pets easy. The check in person was really friendly and it was a breeze. This location is close to the interstate but you don’t hear any noise. I am going with 4 stars as the toilet made some loud screeching sound periodically in the middle of the night- which we did let them know. Oh -one little thing that seems more like a mistake than issue- the sheet corners popped off the bed regularly. Must have been a queen cover put on the king bed. Maybe. That was a slight annoyance as the corner comes up toward your face. But overall very comfortable and room size was nice. We are staying at a Hampton again. The couple things aren’t enough to keep us away! Life happens.. corrections get made. Travel on!

First time at a Hampton facility. The staff was definitely 5 star! love the ladies who checked us in and also out. The rooms were fabulous as well. My only suggestion would be better lighting. My son has limited vision and had trouble moving around the room. This does present a fall hazard. So brighter lighting would be a big help. Definitely recommend Hampton Inn.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Room was nice just a little outdated but not bad. Bathtub didn't work but shower did. Overall nice place to stay. Several teams staying there and was a little noisy but not enough to complain to staff about

I am a diamond member and stay at Hiltons and Hampton inns across the country. My room was clean but shabby and blasé. Way overpriced, no fridge, no micro wave and no damn guide on TV. Will never come back to this location.

We had the best service. Sharon was amazing! She made sure we were checked in as soon as we arrived and in time for our wedding. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine. Breakfast was great!

The sales team is great to work with. Super responsive with competitive rates. Local shuttle is a huge benefit too. Thank you Hampton Inn!

My husband had eye surgery at the Illinois Eye Center, and we stayed at this Hampton Inn for a week. He needed special accommodations, and Rachel, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make sure all his needs were met. Everyone there - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast crew and maintenance was very helpful, friendly and respectful. Breakfast was great and each day was something different. Our room was clean and comfortable, and my husband was able to get the peace and quiet he needed to recuperate. Would highly recommend, whether it’s overnight or extended stay.

Very reasonably priced and very very clean. The room even had a ostrich leather chair. It might’ve been fake leather, but it was still pretty cool.

5 star purely because of Sharon (apologize if misspelled). She is the best most kind human possible, she is the BEST!

The Hampton Inn was very comfortable and a good value. It's located right across the street from the Grand Praire shopping area with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gas station, even a Planet Fitness! The beds are comfortable. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. There is a desk with plug in ethernet as well as wi-fi available.

Perfect location, near to the shopping complex, and within walking distance to restaurants, I wish rooms were more updated and maintained. The front desk folks were friendly and respectful. Free breakfast was enjoyable as well.

Overall the hotel is great but had a few issues. One of the lights next to the bed was burnt out. I feel like the sink in the bathroom was really high making it hard to wash face. Breakfast was great and different each morning. Close to lots of shopping and reaturants. Very quiet and peaceful.

The staff was awesome! Very helpful and genuinely happy to help. The lobby looked to be updated to match other Hampton Inns. The rooms however need a face lift. We had to move rooms because our original room's toilet didn't flush and the bathroom fan didn't work. Also, the hot tub jets weren't working. Hampton Inns are usually pretty nice for the cost. This one was a little below average. The staff made up for it.

Trinetta was a great employee to interact with during my stay. She has convinced me to use Hampton anytime I am in the area. Treat her right!

Beds were super hard. Rooms need a major remodel. Had a slow draining sink. Breakfast was good. Location was key.

Ok some of these reviews are terrible. But don't take those too seriously. This hotel is everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. A little dated but very clean. Main level king suite was perfect for my husband and three toddlers. Lots of traveling sports teams so a little busy and loud but we had a pleasant stay. This hotel was everything we needed it to be for a weekend trip.

When checking in, we asked about laundry facility and was told that yes there was one, only to after being there awhile finding out it was out of order. The gentleman working was like oh well, and an AMAZING lady was able to help us by calling the hotel across the lot and we were able to use their facility. While she was assisting us another guest asked about ice and the same guy at the desk was like eeh pretty much did not care and the lady stopped and said she would be able to get him ice. This lady was super amazing and the guy didn't seem to care about anything but sitting behind the desk.

The staff was great. The GM Tiffany was so accommodating. It was my grandsons 8th birthday and he wanted a hotel stay with a pool and whirlpool. The staff made him feel so special. I had let them know we were coming and requested an early ck in. Soon as we walked in the front desk girls said Happy birthday. They also gave each of the kids (3) snacks for the room. We rented a king suite and it was just perfect. Great little hotel a staff that goes up and above for their guests and a very caring GM

If you stay here, make sure you eat the free breakfast. Their omelets are amazing and the variety is great.

Pool out of order and Trinella J at the front desk unloaded on me in the rudest tirade I have received in decades. I asked a follow up question and received and absolute tirade. She kept going as I attempted to leave the lobby. If I were not here for a family wedding I would be more comfortable sleeping in my car in a nearby parking lot. Whatever has happened to a Trinnela J to fill her with such rage, I hope she finds peace somewhere. And I wish the pool worked but that's bygones.

Staff was amazing. Only 2 problems that I had. During breakfast, they only played the weather channel on the TV’s. And the coffee during breakfast was only light roast and was awful. Otherwise stay was very comfortable and rooms were very nice.

Great hotel in a great location close to food and stores etc. Inside is a bit dated but it adds to the charm. Exceptionally clean with friendly staff who even greets you by name! Great customer service and value for accommodation and location 👏

For Country Inn and Suites, this place is a notch down. Location is great and they provide great shuttle services to the parks. For this I will give them 5 stars. The personnel are very nice and professional. Rooms are large and well supplied, very clean and exccellent. If I like a hotel I usually give them 4 or 5 stars. However, here I was charged $6.95 as hotel fee above my reservation I paid at on check in. On priniciple this is so wrong that I would have given an ordinary hotel 'no stars'. Their breakfast is a notch down than typical 'free breakfast' but it is awesome as it is breakfast to go and saves time to the park. Hopefully, they will improve and earn my 5 stars next time.

During our stay in this hotel we were here for 4 nights. The hotel handle a situation horribly, I have two children who are autistic, very young kids 3 and 5. During our stay they a few guest made some complaints with my children yelling. Not one employee called our room or came to our door till our last day with an officer and a DCFS employee trying to take my children away from their family. We were here visiting for a family wedding from North Carolina. The amount of discrimination and emotions this situation gave our family due to handling a situation poorly. We will never be back here and I will never recommend to anyone.

Austin and the staff are very polite. Very well ran and maintained hotel, I do find it interesting how the tv was glued to the dresser though. Promote Austin, also appreciate the great breakfast and pool/gym.

Room very outdated and not the cleanest. Very dingy. Bathroom floor cracked and shower floor soft. Whirlpool jets did not work in hot tub Towels pillows, and linens all VERY old. No refrigerator in room, minimal lights in hotel room, I assume so you can't see the grime. Room set to 65 degrees on the 4th floor, I'm assuming so you can use your room as a fridge. Floor and furniture was completely covered in strange crunchy grimy stains. Only reason I gave any stars was because the woman who checked us out was very nice, and they had good juice at breakfast, and this is the ONLY hotel in Peoria that doesn't have bedbugs! It is so frustrating how dirty people and their bedbugs have just ruined the travel industry.
