Peoria Zoo! We love it! Prepay wasn't an issue and we had a great time! Plenty of resting spots and much to explore!

This is my 3rd or 4th trip to this zoo. It's a pretty zoo and the kids enjoy it a lot. The animals aren't very active, but you still get to see plenty. Our favorite area is Africa. The entrance is beautiful, the walk up is so nice and being able to see a giraffe up so close is AWESOME. The walkabout is really cool too. That's possibly the kids favorite.

Most of the exibits are closed up due to covid...the ones that are available to see alot have them taped off 5ft or more from the viewing area...Still put a smile on my sons face though..

Pandemic be darned! The Glen Oak Zoo did not disappoint. Visited twice in one month. Both times the animals were out and enjoying the nice weather just as we humans were. Staff was welcoming and zoo was welcoming feeling even tho it was sectioned off and routed you in a specific direction. Nothing felt forced or like we were being ushered though. Enjoyed it very much so!

Second time we have been here. My boys enjoyed the animals. We were a little too early to feed the giraffes, but we're on a field trip and had to stay with the group. The gentlemen with the mould of the tiger skull was very informative and interactive with the kids! They loved it!

Our granddaughter invited us to go see the zoo with her and her school. The weather was kinda hot. We all managed to have fun anyway.

Playground for kids of all ages. Plenty of space to walk around too. The playground was unique I've never seen one like it.

The playground is getting older, but the fun is still there. This park always offers a diversity of interactions. Bring your own water.

Nice clean park. Not too crowded around 3:00

The lagoon used to be good fishing. Now not so much waaaay too many kids unsupervised throwing rocks and garbage at geese, ducks and in the water so you can't even fish. Unfortunately these are children old enough to know better too. This is why it's so hard for Peoria to have nice stuff! Like come on.

Its a nice playground but in order to get to the special needs swing or the baby swings its not accessible to users of mobility aides. Restrooms were rather gross and very inaccessible to anyone who cant do many stairs.

Always a pleasure . great friendly staff. . this is an amazing Zoo for it's size. A wide variety of animals and descriptions tell alot of facts. Because of the covid 19 pandemic be sure to bring your mask and practice social distancing.

We love this park! The wooden playground is so cool, with lots of places to explore. My kids love the "secret passages" and the tires.

WONDERFUL playground! It was freezing outside, but the boys LOVED it! Huge playground with unique toys to climb and play on.

Awesome park with a geyser, zoo and botanical garden within the park. The kids love their two playgrounds and vast fields. They have a picnic area and multiple tables throughout the park. Definitely my go to for the kids day out in the park

I'm only giving a 4 because the lodge, giraffe feeding and walkabout were closed. There are a lot of great animal exhibits: rhinos, zebras, giraffes, lions, tigers, monkeys, exotics and more. The facility is well cared for and they have a nice gift shop.

My kids love this park and are sad to see the playground is getting replaced. My son is a sentimental person. But I was his age when they built it and its wood so. It's not as cool as it used to be. There are other secluded play areas and picnic areas. If you get bore you can check out the overpriced tiny zoo
